I can’t thank mission belts enough for stepping up in a very difficult time. We had a very unexpected passing away of my brothers baby and as a sentimental gift, I thought it would be a good idea to have a custom belt made with the babies name on it made for my brother for the funeral(which was in two days). Not only did they do flawless job on the belt, they cut the fees for customization and the overnight shipping.It was a special sight to see my brother cry as he first saw this belt with his little girls name on.I was already a fan of mission belts, but now i feel like a diehard fan. Tl:dr You can’t always count on the store being open regardless of what the hours say but their belts are first class amazing and I hope they keep making them forever!Full disclosure, I would have left a half star off because this is their headquarters and I realize the majority of their business is online, however they have this small shopping area open to the public. I have come a few different times (during business hours) where they put up a sign that says they are closed until (insert arbitrary time here) and then I come back at that time and they still are not open. This was even pre-COVID. So just don’t travel here always expecting to go in and look at their belts because the doors might be locked.

I purchased a mission belt a few years ago and unfortunately the buckle ended up breaking. I went into this location expecting to buy a new buckle (which I would of gladly paid and replaced) but instead was given a new buckle free of charge! It was quick and easy. Okay here is my first ever review - but I am so happy with Mission Belts that I had to do it! I travel a lot (less now with Covid) but still I am in airports a lot. I went through the TSA pre-approval so we could get through security lines faster. One hiccup in the process was my belt - I had to remove it because of the metal. I bought the Poly buckle and a new belt from Mission Belt. It looks great, works great, and best of all I just walk through the detectors at the airport with no problem. The buckle and belt are truly TSA friendly. If someone in your family travels and youre still looking for a Christmas gift - you have to go to Mission Belt and by this buckle and belt today! I had purchased a mission belt like 4 years ago. The pins that held my belt together fell out due to a design flaw in the first line of belts. The rep in the store was very kind, and replaced my buckle for free, and assured me that the new design had fixed that problem. I bought another belt because I love my mission belt, and am very satisfied with the customer service that was provided. 👍

Best experience ever! Walked into the store front (which is actually only their back office, that they open as available to allow customers to come in and buy merch. )I was promptly greeted by the nicest staff! Mission belts are amazing!! They are fast to put on and take off as well as stylish. I have multiple and they have done me well and lasted super long!! These are the best belts I have ever had!! Another thing that I have loved is their nylon and canvas line of belts they look good with shorts and can be taken on adventures without the worry of them getting scratched like the leather.

I LOVE my mission belt. Not only is it comfortable and looks great, it also lasts forever! I bought mine over 2 years ago and just recently a couple pins in the buckle fell out, so I emailed them to see if they could send me a couple new pins to replace them, and they just decided to send me a whole new belt! Just got the belt and it is even better than advertised Im 55 and have been through a lot of belts but this one is in a league of its own. Comfort is the main thing I love about it and it looks great with dress pants. I have a nerve that my belt inflamed and the doctor wanted me to wear suspenders and that wasnt going to happen yet. This belt because you dont have to put more pressure on your waist than is needed has been a lot more gentle on that nerve. Ill buy more!

I received my first Mission belt yesterday.I had to cut down about 3 inches to make it right.Cutting and re-attaching it wasnt too hard.The belt is really well-made and good looking.The locking mechanism isnt too smooth but manageable.The leather and stitching are both top quality.The buckle is really well made.The only negative I have on the belt is the buckle is a little thick and it sticks out a little when worn.Saying all that, Im going to buy a few more .I might even start a collection of Mission belts.

I have a couple of Mission Belts and I love both of them. I have one that is my dress belt and another that is nylon and I use it for other occasions. Both belts fit well and look great The first one I ordered had a small malfunction, but their customer service resolved it promptly and without questions. Mission Belt rocks! Thanks guys.

I stopped by to purchase a gift set of three belts for my husband‘s Christmas present. No one was in the store I looked around for five minutes and still nobody appeared I went in and out of the door three times so that the doorbell with chime and still could find no one around to help me. I left extremely frustrated that I had wasted my time to go to the store when nobody was there to meet me. When I contacted customer service about my experience....they apologized that nobody heard the bell and came downstairs to help me and said if I wanted to set a time to come back they would be sure someone was there. I feel that they completely missed the pointx. I had used up my time to come to their store, and because they don’t manage their shop well no one was there to help me! They did not offer me a discount or anything to make up for their mistake or to give me an incentive to want to make a purchase from them! I was very disappointed!

Mission belt is awesome, I have a brown belt with The gunmetal buckle, the finish began to chip after a few months any they replaced it free of charge. They have great customer service!

These leather belts are not genuine leather but fake bonded leather. Genuine leather does not scrape off to reveal foam underneath. For these prices one should expect solid COW HIDE which lasts for years & gets better with age.

Wonderful product! I used to have to go to Japan or China to get one of these belts, and did not understand why USA did not have this kind of belt -- thank you for starting up this company. The belts are high quality -- belt I got from China was poor leather, and went bad in 6 months.These are so much better than belts with holes, and should replace them altogether!

I got this for Christmas and love the belt. However, it has already broken at a spot that cant be fixed. Im not sure who makes the belt for them but they need to be a higher quality if they last less than a year.

Very poor customer experience! Received defective belt buckle and took over 25 emails 5 videos and 5 pictures being sent for replacement to be mailed. When I received replacement it had the exact same issue!!! Contacted and was sent another replacement that actually worked. Took over 2 months to receive a working product with no compensation at all!!!! When asked for compensation they said there would be none I received a working product. Advised yes but after 2 months and a painstaking process and terrible customer experience!!!

I dont usually leave reviews, but had great customer service from Gillian at Mission Belt. I had a slight issue with a belt buckle and they solved the problem and did it quickly and professionally. I ordered a belt from this company. The buckle has torn off the belt six times and the belt has torn in two twice.They replaced the belt the first time it broke. The new belt (the leather strap) broke again three months latter. This time I asked for a refund of my money because it is junk. I cant depend on it if it continuously breaks. They said they will send me a third belt but will not refund my money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and this company would not respond to it. Stay away from this company. I ended up buying a Kore belt and it is a much higher quality belt!

I have 4 mission belts and my wife has 1. This is the first belt I have owned that the leather has lasted for years with little to no wear. This company has earned my business for years to come!If a bulk breaks they will replace it if you contact them. Like any company they do have ocassional defects.

I dont know how anyone can rate these belts less than 4-5 stars. I received 2 belts as a gift 2-3 years ago. I wear them every day. This week, a screw came out of one of the belt buckles, rendering the belt useless. I contacted customer support, and within two days I had a new buckle in my mailbox to replace the broken one. I didnt have a receipt or anything, as I had received as a gift. I am loyal to companies who are loyal to their customers. I will be buying another belt (in a new color) today!

February 26, 2018 I ordered two leather belts from this company on January 30th, 2018 and received two canvas belts. I ordered the wrong item number because of a confusing website and my order confirmation email did not specify canvas or I would have corrected the mistake then before anything had shipped. After emailing about the mistake, I received a return label and mailed the belts back on Februray 6th and I have confirmation from the shipper that they received them on February 9th. By February 21 I had not received the replacement belts so I called customer service. Their response was, It doest look like our returns department has it, so theyre going to look around our office to try and find it, it might have just been put in the wrong pile. That doesnt make me feel confident at all and has me picturing people working out of their garage. After reading several other negative reviews here, it looks like I made a mistake trusting this company and recommend you dont order anything from them.​
