The support for the products LVS sells is better than you can imagine. I purchased a security cam which was programmable from an app. Dan knew exactly what setting was needed for my application. LVS sales pricing and product support are the best.

Best customer service of any company Ive dealt with in monthsI bought $1000 worth of alarm equipment from them (a 2gig wireless system with extra sensors), installed everything myself, and then signed up with them for self-monitoring. I was going to sign up with another monitoring company that a friend recommended, but Low voltage supply service has been so fantastic, theyve answered my questions questions by email (very quickly, and accurately), and they have so much useful technical information, and the technician who called to walk me through configuring my alarm for the monitoring was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.
