I was camping with my family up Provo Canyon and got a nail in my tire. I made my way down the canyon and stopped at this shop to have it taken care of. The staff greeted me immediately and were professional and courteous. They got my truck in right away and it was taken care of in almost no time at all! I have always been treated well at Big O and this shop was no exception. That’s why I’ll always keep coming back to Big O!

We got a piece of plastic in our tire when we arrived for a bike ride at Provo canyon. Limped to big o. They got our tire replaced very quickly before we even finished the ride! Great service.

Came to the shop because I had a leaky tire.. Fully expected them to charge to do anything. They recommended I get 2 new tires, my tires were pretty bald and needed to be replaced. However they were not pushy at all, and even fixed the flat tire for free.

Chad, Jeremy, Trevor, Keller and Brad have an amazing crew and customer service that can’t be matched! These boys have helped my family out like you can’t believe! Went in for an oil change and found out that my tires were worn out and probably needed an alignment! They have a great selection of tires and got me a set of four tires with road hazard which will do a free replacement of a tire if anything happens to it for three years! Who does that now a days, I’ll tell you these guys do! Offered a free alignment check, with I didn’t know I needed, and got a great price to fix it up! Finished up the oil change and was out of there in an hour! These fellas couldn’t have been any nicer to me and my family and I am just grateful I came in and was treated like a regular! Not to mention a free bottle of water while we waited and this has to be the cleanest shop I’ve ever seen!!! Top Notch Service backed by the best customer service I’ve ever had! I took my family on a little trip over Memorial weekend and my tire blew. Most tire shops couldnt get taken care that day. Big O tires had plenty of staff. When they changed my trailer tires, 4 guys jumped on it and got all 4 tires done very quickly. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and Service was excellent. Keller was the guy who took my call and rung me up.

Quick service, but they never told me when my vehicle was done, so I ended up sitting there for like an extra 15 min.

Was in and out in 15 minutes, super helpful and made things so easy!

Went to Big O with a tire that was slowely leaking air. They said there was a nail in the tire, they could not fix it and I needed to buy 4 new tires for $800. I ask them about the advertised special of buy 3 get 1 free and they said I did not qualify. I ask them to put the old tire back on. They did. They we soooo lazy they could not even bother putting air in the tire I paid a dollar at the chevron next door and went on my way.Went to another national brand tire store and they took the tire off and said no problem on fixing the tire. In fact they did it for free. I am back on the road and did not need to spend $800 on tires.Beware of Big O. Verify they are telling you the truth when they tell you it is required to buy 4 new tires.

Very sympathetic to my needs as a customer with an unexpectedly expensive car problem. Employee explained everything thoroughly, showed me the problems on my actual car and on their posters and model parts, and went over all of my options. He was patient with me as I made decisions. I trust the information they gave me here and their ability to care for my car. For anyone looking for some ideas of cost:$109 for alignment$350 per arm (the things on the bottom of the car that need to unscrew in order to do alignment)$350 per shock (there are 4 shocks on a car)$100 off if you purchase all four shocks at once (while the deal lasts?).There did not seem to be any hidden or surprise fees. The numbers are the same as what they tell you over the phone.

Stopped with a busted axle on a boat trailer in an emergency coming out of provo canyon. They immediately got right on it, everyone was very helpful friendly.Stay away from pep boys!

We got our tires from here and of course the financing plan ended up being too good to be true.they told us the tires would be $2000 or less because that’s what we were “approved” for and that no interest would be added to the loan. We’ve been paying our tires off for a few months now and out of curiosity I looked up the loan details and it says we still owe $1900. I then found a contract that we didn’t even sign that said the tires cost a little over $2600 before tax.

Went to get my tires rotated and they didnt balance them when they rotated my tires. My car started shaking on the highway so I took the car to the Big O by my house in American Fork since my car never shakes and they informed me they werent re-balanced. Awful service not going back to this store.

I love writing positive reviews, and this was for sure a positive experience.I brought my car into Big O Tires in North Orem a little over a year ago to have my brake pads replaced. As time went on, I noticed a little bit of noise coming from my car each time I pressed on the brakes. I would commonly check the rotors and wheels and everything seemed to be fine. As life does, time passed very quickly. I found myself outside of my stated warranty period, but decided to stop by the shop nonetheless. I asked if they could take a look at it, and they were quick to do so. They took my car in, and returned it to me in a reasonable amount of time, fully warranted, and squeak free.I wasnt coming in for free service. I realized that I had unknowingly passed my warranty, but I was very pleasantly surprised to be taken care of by the management of that shop.I would say that they are very fair, and good to work with.

Been going to this BigO for years and have never been disappointed with the service or price.

Stopped in today 9/16/2020 for new shocks and alignment on my Pickup truck. Asked for pricing on Tuff Country 61262 Shocks, They told me that normally they were $279 each but could get them for me for $209 each plus 2 hours labor to do all 4. Seemed high to me but he assured me that it was a competitive price. I trusted him, Guys name was Keller. Told him to go ahead. While waiting I decided to look at the price online. I know they would be less and I dont have a problem giving local businesses the work, prefer it even. But when I saw them selling for $44.87 to $53.99 each online, I was taken back by the interaction that Keller assured me that their price was competitive. If they were even $99 each I wouldnt have begrudged them their business. But 4X as much! Plus $220 in labor! That is down right dishonest. When I confronted them and told them to back my truck back out of the bay and not to do the work, they tried back tracking and saying that the price included labor, but I was done dealing with them at that point and their prices were still unreasonable. Buyer beware! They will try and take advantage of you to get more money from you than is reasonable.

Our customer service tech Jones was great! He wasnt pushy at all, just friendly and very helpful. My new tires were mounted quickly and professionally. Also, what a difference in my driving experience! The Big O tires he suggested really hug the road. Thanks Jones! 😃

Went in for a nail in my tire, they left papers out on my floor that were in the glove box, they could of easily put them back.

Ive been going to this location for four years. The staff are nice and friendly. But they have continued to lose my trust. Dont expect them to honor your tire warranty. And dont expect them to make trustworthy recommendations for repairs.However, they are great at fixing flats and being friendly.Every time that I have gone in, they recommend at least one new repair. The repairs added up and somehow there was ALWAYS something wrong with both of my vehicles. I started talking with other mechanics because I became suspicious of the repairs they were suggesting.Among the repairs, they were saying that I needed to replace the rack and pinion in both of my vehicles. I went ahead and replaced the rack and pinion in one of my vehicles that cost me $1,200. But it didnt feel right. So I took my other vehicle in to two separate mechanics and had them check the 5 repairs that folks at Big O tires said were necessary.Both of the mechanics said that no repairs were needed! I went back in to Big O to talk to them about it. They simply dismissed that the other mechanics were trustworthy and added in two additional new repairs that needed to be fixed.In addition to this, I dont think my tires were rotated properly, never checked the tire pressure when requested, lost a hub cap (never replaced it either), and didnt honor the warranty on the tires when they wore out surprisingly quick.Needless to say, Im not going back.9/10/2020 - UpdateThe response from this Big O continues to show that they simply arent listening. My biggest complaint is that there is somehow ALWAYS something wrong whenever I take a vehicle in to them. The suggested repairs add up to a lot of money over time. But when I go to other mechanics, they dont recommend the repairs.They continued to focus on repairing the rack and pinion (an expensive repair). My alignment was way out of wack, which is the reason why my tires wore down quickly. Did they focus on helping me with the alignment before my tires become way worn down? No. They focused on my loose front end and leaking rack & pinion rather than addressing the real problems. I also asked them to rotate my tires every time I went in for an oil change, which apparently those rotations didnt happen properly either.I have now had THREE independent mechanics (each from different shops) look at both and there are no problems with the front end being loose nor is there a problem with the rack and pinion.There was however a major problem with my alignment, and turns out that there was a leak in the power steering line ($200 repair), not the rack and pinion ($1,200 repair). But they simply didnt listen and didnt care when I told them about what the other mechanics were saying.

I’ve been going to Big O Tires for years and they are the best place to go for new tires, oil change...etc. and they have great customer service!! Definitely recommend them to everyone!

The team here at this specific Big O Tires location is definitely on point! I went in because of an air leak in the sidewall of our tire and since it was on the sidewall, it was irreparable. They recommended a new tire but we decided to get a completely new set. Since only one tire was bad, I asked if it were possible to make a spare tire out of the old tires and they made it happen. Now I have 4 brand new tires and a very good full size spare in my trunk, just in case. They were very quick on their work, explained the warranty of the tires quite well and gave me the best pricing that they had. Although the lobby isnt super comfortable, youre not there for the lobby, you are there to get quality work done on your vehicle.

Jones serviced me, and was incredible! He answered my many questions so well and helped me understand. He is amazing with people and it was because of Jones I went with Big O Tires instead of a different shop. Service was great, and I was always given timely updates on the status of my car. Service was super fast even when busy.

We came right before close and they were able to help both my wifes car and my tires be replaced.

Tire service was much faster and cheaper than I had expected. Very happy!

We got a flat on our boat trailer on the way to go boating at Deer Creek. Big O Tires helped us put on our spare and sent us on our way to go boating in ten minutes. We Had a wonderful day of boating. We tried to hurry back before they closed but we still ended having to call them and they stayed after it closed to give us a new tire. Thank you.

I have always had a good experience at this Big O except for this last time, they accidentally broke the key lock that helps the lug nuts unlock. Jones is really nice and personable and he ordered new lug nut bolts for me. I was thoroughly impressed by his customer service! Everything was made right! Treated me like I mattered!! I brought my car in here because my CV Axle recently broke which caused a ripple effect of issues. They replaced that and the wheel bearing, corrected the alignment, changed the oil, and rotated and balanced the tires. My car now runs and works so much better and I feel so much safer on the roads. The workers were so pleasant, kind, patient, and understanding. They were also very informative and explained things very clearly with everything going on with my car. If I ever have any future issues - I will definitely be bringing it back here!

Wow! Best customer service I have experienced in a while. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day to quickly fix a flat, and didn’t charge me despite the fact it was on a tire they didn’t even install. Keller and the rest of the staff were very nice, the waiting area was exceptionally clean, and I was in-and-out in under 15 minutes. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on - they go above and beyond!

Big O did an awesome job on my husbands car! We started hearing noise and they were the closest to us so we pull in and it was our best decision since! Jones was awesome! He started helping us right away and made sure we were kept up to date through out the two days the car was in shop and got us a lender car! The service was absolutely fantastic. Even though I came in a bit later in the day they still got me through and were very attentive to my needs. That is up until the end when I asked about my tires.I had asked them to inspect my tires during the oil change I had come in for, but somewhere the ball was dropped, when I asked about it in the end no one had checked on them.Then the associate that checked me out quickly responded and checked them out on the spot.The services arent the greatest price nor the fastest service, they are reliable and consistent.

These guys are amazing!! I had no power steering for 3 MONTHS!! Trevor and Bryan helped me figure out everything with an extended warranty on my car. I didnt have to call the warranty company once!! They just called and figured it all out for me!! It gets better, when they told me it would take almost a full day to fix, they instantly offered for me to use a car they had and didnt charge me a penny! Talk about star customer service. I love how nice and patient they all were. They didnt pressure me to replace or do anything I didnt want or couldnt afford (unlike the South Orem location). And the best part is, they called me at 2:00pm and told me my car was ready for me!!! It was done so fast and they were just amazing to work with!! :) I would 100% recommend ANYONE to go here!!! :)

Big O Tires have always helped with a variety of problems I have had with my car. I dropped by today without an appointment because my tire was really low. They took my car right in and checked the tire to see if it had a nail in it, filled the tire with air and didnt charge me anything. Great place to get your car worked on.

My tire had a screw in it. They were able to fix it. I was out the door in 20 min. It was so fabulous

I have been so frustrated with the work done on my car. I have taken my car here twice, my mistake, but each time I’ve had to take it back for them to fix issues THEY caused. They act like I’m at fault when I have an issue with something they did to my car. They are constantly looking for things so they can charge me more. I feel so cheated and I will never go back. The staff was super friendly but I just feel like they’re shady and all they care about is getting more money from me. They failed my safety inspection for something super minor and the next day a piece off my car that they had messed with, fell off going 70 mph on the highway causing a super scary road hazard, thank goodness no one was harmed, and then they had the audacity to act like it was my fault. They replaced the piece for me at no charge but they ordered it cheap off eBay because they didn’t want to pay to have the manufacturer send it. They cut corners. They’ve caused problems and then acted like it was such an inconvenience to fix them. I would not recommend this place or company to anyone.

Weve been servicing our trucks at this Big O location for several years, and ALWAYS receive excellent service. They have a great staff and genuinely seem to have service and client retention as a first priority. When off duty, I take my personal vehicles there for service.

I went in with huge problems on my rebuilt title car. They explained, named my problems, showed them to me, gave me a quote and let me do some work. Then they hooked me up with great tires, aligned my car for the normal fee. Then when I had to I do more work to get my car right they did the next alignment for free. Great experience. Good price.

They were so nice from the moment I walked in. I was all stressed out because I was worried about my car and they made me feel like they were going to take care of everything! They were really attentive and called me to keep me updated about what was going on. I am so happy with the way they treated me and my car!!

Excellent customer service! The customer service/ professionalism of this Big O has won a customer for life. There was a slight misunderstanding with my transaction and the way that Jay and the rest of the staff handled it you could tell that they were focused on the customer and creating good relationships, instead of just doing their job. Love these guys! My tires completely blew out, with no appointment I stopped in. They were able to get me 4 brand new tires & checked the alignment- same day!! I expected to be there much longer, or having to come back. I was in & out in just under an hour.

There was an area for my children to play around, and the representative even brought my children balloons to play with. My vehicle was finished around the estimated time originally stated. I love this location of Big O Tires. Brad & Keller have ALWAYS taken excellent care of me. I have bought tires here, had my vehicles tire pressure systems serviced here and had flats fixed. These guys really care! They remember me when I come in, and they treat me like a friend. I can’t say enough good about them, nor could I recommend them more. If my mom needed tire work done, this is DEFINITELY where I would send her!

I just needed a flat tire repaired but it was super quick and super easy. 15 min later I was walking out. Very nice.

They get great reviews because theyre very friendly, but if you believe a word they say theyll charge you $1000+. The guy today tried to sell us a replacement on the front control arms for $592 each ($1200 total). We looked it up, anywhere else it costs less than $500 total. What a scam.

I came by the other day with a flat tire. They were able to patch it and replace it within about 10 minutes. It was very efficient, and the service was very pleasant. I would recommend it.

Our business uses the North Orem Big O Tires for all of our fleet needs, and they are great to work with. We work with Chad - who is awesome. He clearly explains any repairs that may be needed, and gives us advanced notice if were going to need something down the line (instead of trying to sell us everything at once). We know that if he tells us we need something, hes not just giving us a line. They have great prices, great customer service and we trust them to keep our Companys fleet in good working order - which is critical for any business.

I went there to rotate my tires. They showed me that my brakes were low and my shocks were leaking. They were honest with me about everything. They were nice enough to let me borrow one of their cars so I could run errands and go home while they fixed my car . Great service and great people.

They do great work! I dropped my car off without an appointment and they installed my TPMS sensors and fix my alignment with in a couple of hours. Definitely would go back because they do great work at a very fair price.

Took my side-by-side tire in for a flat repair. They said that the hole wasnt fixable and that Id need to buy a new tire. I knew that in some cases this can be true but having worked for a tire shop all through high school I knew this one was easily repairable. The whole wasnt near the side-wall either. The rep on the phone was unwilling to work with me when I told him it could be repaired. I took it to another tire shop and they repaired it without issue and it cost me nothing.

Just got done listening to this Big O tell me that they couldnt fix my flat tire... I went across town (small town) to a local tire shop and they had my simple problem resolved in minutes.I think that they were extremely busy and perhaps my issue was not one that they wanted to work on. I would have preferred an honest conversation instead of brush-off.Usually this location of Big-O is reasonable. I think that I must have caught them on a bad day.

EXCELLENT customer service!! After waiting at Walmart for thirty minutes to not even have anyone say hello, we came to Big-O. They greeted us at our car and had our tires ready in about five minutes. They were also the cheapest of all the places we called for quotes. They have earned a loyal customer.

I go to your store at 703 North State in Orem, Utah. All of the personnel who meet and greet are as good as it gets. They get the mechanic taking care of your vehicle almost immediately. EVERYONE is extremely courteous and explain what they need to do to fix on your vehicle in a very easy to understand way. If you need tires or other repairs, this shop is the only one I will give my business to for life.
