Not very often youd find furniture online that turn out to be better than the photos on their website. We absolutely love the log bedroom set, bunkbeds and coffee table that we ordered from Rustic Log Furniture of Utah. We had few changes to our order and Rodney was always courteous and helpful. They delivered to S. Lake Tahoe, CA and set up the furniture for a small extra fee which was well worth it. The wood is solid with great color, texture and the furniture is well put together. We have had them for only couple months but feel like theyll last for a long time. Everyone who came to our house has complimented on the log furniture. Get the engraved checkerboard with liquid glass option if you order the coffee table...youll love it!! Plus, youll be supporting a genuine family owned business vs. the giant retail store.

I have known the owner, Rodney Jackson, for over 15 years. I have worked with closely in business, scouting and church responsibilities. He is completely honest, hard working, and a very talented individual. I have great respect for him and would highly recommend he and his company, Rustic Log Furniture.

Poor customer service.. I enquired about buying a couple pieces of furniture for my store to see if they might sell. I was met with automatic admosity and a insult to my business, because this company automatically assumed that their product is the only product in my store. Then they proceeded to informed me through email that it would fail because I only bought a few pieces from them. Then when I took offense to their lack of business manners by putting down another business in the first email we exchanged, I decided to warn other business owners, big and small, of their poor customer service, I then received another email regarding my review that said much much more than what they allowed the public to read as their reply on Google. (Which included more insulting)

Rodney is a master craftsman and the ultimate businessman. When our first order arrived damaged by the freight company, he took it upon himself to make things right and replaced the item at no cost to us, with an entirely new piece. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The customer service is out of this world and we intend to return in the future.If we could give ten stars, we would.

We have searched all over for log furniture and we didn’t see anything that we fell in love with until when we travelled to Utah and came across this store, their furniture is beautiful and handmade. We fell in love with it and bought the entire bedroom set and it is still very sturdy five years later and we are very happy with it. Very reasonable priced too for this handmade and beautiful piece of work. Customer service is excellent and the owner is very easy to talk with. Highly recommended this place and would buy furniture from them again.

Friendly and professional staff combined with beautiful furniture, that was our Rustic Furniture experience. We absolutely enjoy the bedroom set and the craftsmanship is outstanding. My wife and I met with the owner, Rodney Jackson, and quite frankly, were blown away with his customer service, his knowledge, his ability to respond to all of our questions, his overall friendliness, and the feeling that we had that he really wanted us to be happy with our choices. We had shopped around and the day before we were in a competitors store in a nearby town and we also looked around on the internet. Rodneys prices are very fair and very competitive. Rodneys customer service and his prices were better than the store in the nearby town. I just love my log furniture. Its so nice to have a friendly store so close to home. Also the owner is so great to work with. They wanted us to be completely satisfied. I just bought my 5th piece today. Now I have 2 couches 2 recliners and a coffee table. It makes our cabin complete. I love that it makes me feel so comfortable.

Amazing craftsmanship! Ive always been frustrated buying furniture. MDF, veneers, inferior particle board, assembly required, etc... Im building my dream home, a log cabin in the mountains, and Ive been searching and planning for the past 2 years. I was originally going to go the Amish furniture route, but wanted the log cabin feel. I happily stumbled upon their site and spoke with Rodney. I asked if I could upgrade to soft close drawers...he replied, oh, thats standard. That got my attention. After seeing the showroom I was hooked and have been very, very happy with my entire purchase. It is very clear this is a passion. It comes through in their work. Solid construction, great customer service, the whole package.If you decide to buy, I highly recommend you get the liquid glass. I did on a few of mine, and then put it on myself for the remaining pieces. This is a one-time, stays in the family for generations, type of purchase. Protect it with the liquid glass...looks great too. Putting the coating on myself was doable but expensive and time consuming. The end tables actually ended up costing me more in materials then if I just had them put it on in the first place... not to mention the huge learning curve. These folks are pros...leave it to them.
