This is the worst place and Luis is the worst doing his job.They had my car for a month and in the end the job was badly done, starting with the fact that he told me that he was going to buy new parts and in the end he had to return the parts because it was not the same and he just repair the damaged parts, after supposedly the job was done, On the third day the paint began to crack down and at the end of the week the paint was completely out.nothing professional with the time and schedules, he asked me for a weekend to repair what he had NOT done well and when I told him that I was taking the car to the shop he told me that he was not there and in the end he stopped answering my calls. I had to lose another week trying to get my car fixed, also most of the time I went to see the car progress the shop was closed and when I called him he did not answer the phone.At the end the hood of my car is still badly put on, there is a gap between one piece to other and so there are several details badly finished.

My wife, a nurse, saw Japanese Engine Exchanges special offer of a free oil change for health care workers and we decided to try them out. Luis, the mechanic, was great to work with and they were true to their offer of a free oil change, even though our truck has a large engine and takes full synthetic. He was quick, courteous and helpful through the whole service. We will definitely be taking our cars to them in the future.

I am a nurse and saw an ad from Japanese Engine Exchange for nurses week. I set up an appt and showed up for my oil change. It was done SUPER FAST, with a detailed inspection of my truck. He honored the offer for nurses to a T and was fast and professional...including thanking ME for my service. I thanked him sincerely for his service as well. I WILL BE BRINGING my car back for any needed service. THANK YOU!

Our Tacoma was totaled due to some extensive body damage. We were quoted over $11K by a body shop to fix everything. Later on we brought it here to Luis. He said he could fix it for a much lower price and assured me I would like the finished product. I was a little bit skeptical, but was amazed at how good the truck looked when he was finished. There is no evidence of the damage whatsoever. Luis did a phenomenal job and saved us thousands.

We bought a car from here. The car is great but we were told services had been done to it that were not. Great and friendly staff. They answered or questions and the prices were just what we needed.

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!! We were charged $4850.37 for an engine exchange. They had our car for 3 months when they said it would take 2 weeks. They lied to us the whole time and did not know how to fix our car. They admitted to me that they ordered the wrong size parts 3 times. They are Clueless!!! They said our car was done and when we got there they had a hard time starting it. When they got it running the car would not go into reverse. They ruined the Transmission. We ended up having to TOW our car to car max and sell it for parts. They refused to give us a refund. We could not drive the car and they messed it up even worse and just walked away?! They caused me nothing but stress!!!!

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a repair shop and would not recommend anybody use them. They dont answer the phone, they dont provide any updates on what they are doing. They had my car more than six months and still couldnt fix the problem or even tell me what was wrong, they actually gave me the car back with more problems than I gave it to them. My car was left outside in the rain with the window down causing the interior to get drenched, the car alarm no longer works, the hood latch is now broken and who knows what else is wrong that I havent discovered yet. I wouldnt recommend them to fix a bike let alone a car. IF you care about your vehicle DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!
