DO NOT LET THIS DEALER DECEIVE YOU! His model is to buy cars that HAVE been in accidents, but not reported to insurance (thus not on the title), then fix them up and sell them as if nothing happened. The guy straight up told me the car had not been in any accidents! A month after buying the car I take it to the dealer and surprise surprise, the vehicle has been in a front end accident!! Not only that, but the repairs were done as cheaply as possible, literally parts were just epoxied in! Now the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty he assured me was on the car is likely void on any front end issues.Dont let his prices $1-2k below market lure you in! The cars are worth much less if the warranty is void!The best part is when I confronted him about it, he tried to claim he had told me about the repairs from the beginning! Nothing is further from the truth and I have two witnesses to confirm it! Please, learn from my mistake and steer clear of this dealer and his deceitful business practices!!

Pacific Autobody has sold cars to 5 members of my family and they have all been thrilled with the work Mark did for them. Plus the prices are unbeatable. He is now concentrating on cars that are 2017, 2018, and 2019 just in case someone wants to still have the factory warranty.

I had taken my car to a DIFFERENT auto body shop first for a quote. The guy waved his hands over my car and presented an estimate of $3k, or $4k or I could give them $1k to start to tear down and then wed go from there. OH, airbag light! Well, could be more than $4k. The car is a good car, I didnt want to just junk it. So I took it to Pacific Auto Body. Mark opened the hood, looked at the broken pieces and then spent an HOUR calling around to three different suppliers to get prices on the parts needed. The quote was clearly stated in writing and LOWER than the other guy. Repairs were done really quickly. During the process Mark found a leak. (I knew the leak was there. At every oil change the techs would tell us the car was leaking) He offered to get the part and change it out since the car was already torn down. The car looks great! Mark communicated at every step. Were really happy to have it back.

Mark recently repaired my SUV after an accident and my experience with him was the best! He went over and above what I’d seen any other body shop or dealer do in terms of service- he was on time, he did extra things I’d asked at the last minute and didn’t even charge me. Mark did a phenomenal job repairing damage to the back driver side of my subaru. He was very professional and friendly. He matched the pearl blue color perfectly and had it done in a timely manner and for half the price of what another local company quoted me. I would recommend using him. He is a one man band so there are no frills....just great service and a killer deal!

My little sweet corolla slip into the hitch of the jeep in front, resulting a totally damaged grill, front bumper and bended hood. Mark was the man, we were able to carry good, fair and honest conversation on my car problem and hes not pushy at all. at least 1/3 cheaper than the big names out there and did a great if not a perfect job in a timely manner. Mark is amazing! We were in an accident and got the run around from cops, insurance companies, and other auto body shops for over a month. I called pacific and mark was able to get my car in that day (compared to other shops who told me I was on a waiting list for two months out) and he was able to get it fixed in under a week. That includes a holiday weekend! He gave us 10% off because hes genuinely a nice guy, he does it for everyone! When we picked up our car he had done other work for free as well i.e. Pull another dent out in a different door, and install new speakers. I will always go back and give him our business for as long as he is around! I highly recommend Mark and Pacific Auto Body! Oh and the paint matches perfectly, only problem is now the door he fixed looks better than the rest of the car! 😂👏🏼

Mark is great at fixing cars. And not only that, he can get you great deals when looking for a car to buy. Also, he definitely helps you out so your pocket is not affected that bad!

I had the misfortune of rear ending another car with my Subaru. Pacific Auto Body repair my car and did an excellent job. The front end work included hood, headlight and various other part replacement, all looking as good as new. The multi-coat paint job matched the rest of the body exactly. The final cost was as estimated.The other car I hit was done at another shop because the drivers wife liked the look of their shop waiting room. Cost overruns, time slips and a much higher price than expected was my experience with the other shop (not to be named).Lesson learned: Use Pacific Auto Body.
