Very nice pistol range, but the rifle range is a tad short.They always have ammo, albeit at convenience store pricing.Also, they have quite the selection of pistols/rifles to rent.Id have given 5 stars if they had a longer rifle range.

I did my CCW class with Corey who was very knowledgeable and professional!He also helped me on several occasions at the range with valuable marksmanship advice that honed my skills! I’ve bought several firearms from Cory there as well. He always treats customers like Family!Taylor helped me find the perfect Pistol within my budget. I went in to buy a new gun for home defense and I have never owned a gun and don’t know anything about guns but Trent helped me with the best suitable gun for me and he was very knowledgeable. A great place to practice and learn. The staff go the extra mile to assist, and or trouble shoot issues. The facility is aesthetically pleasing, and well stocked with resources to help one be successful in their endeavor. Everything is clean and organized. What is also really nice, is that there are separate ranges for handguns and rifles.

They have a wide arrangement of accessories and gun availability during hard times and the staff are nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. the range is well kept and the ammo is fairly prices so its a good place to test out your new firearms as well. when you go in ask for Trent, he helped me find everything i needed for my glock.

Taylor and Peyton were fantastic to deal with. Really helpful and patient. I see a lot of new shooters come in here too and they are very welcoming to inexperienced people.

Took my fathers guns there to get appraised. Guy offered us $350 for all 7 of them. I was offered $300 for the one gun from a friend. Basically told us they were all junk. My fathers Heters he bought brand new. I remember when he bought it. They told us it was a modified gun! So not true. Let’s just say we brought everything back home. I think they’re a bunch of shysters, trying to get stuff for practically nothing. I would not recommend this place. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I love their customer services theyre very helpful when it comes to safety and anything that you need help with theres an employee that was very helpful his name was trent i asked him a couple questions about the gun i was looking at he was able to educate me very well any question i had about a gun he had the answers to. It was also my first time being here highly recommend people to go to this place !!!

Pro: I got the gun Ive wanted.Con: I had to wait an hour because the guy that was helping me, Taylor I think it was, went and ate a salad. After that he said he was aware no one was doing background checks. Mind you he didnt inform me of this or that he was going on lunch. Just had to wait standing against the counter.Now theres no way he couldve known I have a sprained ankle, so I wont fault him for that, but he couldve at least had the courtesy to tell me hes going on lunch or that there might be a wait instead of walking off with my ID and then eating lunch without a word.I mean, maybe its different in a restaurant, but usually when theres a wait on something you tell the customer.Keep up with the salads, certainly need them.Edit: the older gentleman, I dont know his name, but kinda lanky with a grey beard, looked genuinely concerned when I explained my situation. He also seemed to be the only one that was interested in actually selling guns, which is nice. Always saw him doing something, restocking or helping people get on the range and stuff. Good worker.

First off this gun store is the baddest in Ohio and Michigan they always have so much in stock even during the plandemic! The prices are good and the customer service is great!!! We went to shoot machine guns for my bachelor party it was insane!!!! The owner and his son are very nice and outgoing his son was a awesome instructor in the range!! We shot a m60, 249 saw, barret 50 cal, tommy gun, oozi and more. Only other place you can u can shoot these machine guns is vegas!!! GOTTA GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

Purchased a set of quick detach scope rings. Decided to go a different route. Package was never opened and provided receipt for a return. Nope! ALL SALES FINAL. What kind of BS is this! I try to shop local and not give my money to big box stores. Mom and Pop stores are supposed to take care of their customers who take care of them. I will not buy from here ever again.

Bought a 9mm magazine drum. Found out it was bad. Towers told me buyer beware. $100. Out the window. So BUYER BEWARE OF TOWERS ARMORY. I guess they have a no customer help policy on damaged goods. Thats my take.

Multiple employees walking around not servicing customers. 5 customers in store when I arrived and it took almost 15 minutes before I was helped. Do not clearly mark cost of firearms in cases which requires you to wait for an employee to pull the details. Been dealing in firearms sales and purchases for 12 years and must say it’s the least professional establishment I’ve been in, which is disappointing considering their usually large selection of firearms. Would only recommend this place as a last resort unless they fix their customer service standards.

This place is amazing, well priced, great used and new gun selection and all the accessories you would ever need especially for tactical needs. Nicest indoor gun range Ive ever been to bar none! And by the way, you know Bubba? You know the guy, youll find them at most gun ranges and some gun stores, hes about 60 lb overweight and is obnoxiously quick to point out everything you may not know. Well, Bubba does not work at Towers Armory! All of the people there are super nice, knowledgeable oh, and willing to help. This place is newbie-friendly

IDK how anyone can buy a gun when there is a line of people standing in front of the case, you couldnt see them.... I told the clerk, how can you look to see what we want and people are in line waiting and not moving???? I was looking to purchase a Red dot sight for my Ar 556 pistol. I had very little knowledge of these particular sights.A gentleman by the name of Brayden helped me find the right one for my specific needs. He started off by asking me what I intended using it for. I responded self defense .He showed me several different versions and explained each one in great detail. He never once tried to push the most expensive ones.As I already know expensive doesnt always mean better.He is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.I had the chance to witness other employees working with customers and they were very professional as well.I highly recommend Towers Armory.Definitely have a wonderful place.I will be doing more business with them in the near future.

Towers armory was amazing today. I take my 13 year old shooting there all the time. We got a new DTI 15 which is like an AR 15. It kept jamming it was brand new. The older gentleman with the white long hair helped my son so much. He is an awesome employee. Thank you Towers for being this way love great customer service and a great range.

The customer service at Towers is unmatched any where else in our area. I recently bought a semi automatic rifle brand new that would not cycle to the next round. I took the rifle back the very next day just to see if its something they could possibly work on. They test fired my rifle and they had the same problem. They swapped out my malfunctioning rifle for another brand new one and I asked if they could test fire it before I left with it and the new one had zero issues cycling rounds.
