Great food, great prices, excellent service

My Rueben on Rye came out piping hot and delicious! The sauerkraut wasnt soggy and the meat was mouth watering. The fries were great as well perfectly crispy which is hard for wedge fries. Our Server was awesome as well we came in around 2am and everything was quick:)

I was very shocked to fine you have to pay for hot water. I wanted decade tea of which they didnt have. I dont drink coffee but, hot tea will warm you up. So I had some and just asked for hot water and order my meal. SURPRISE YOU CHARGE ME FOR HOT WATER.....WOW if I would of order ice water its free. I paid the same price as if it was a coffee or soda. I could see if our group of 4 was just drinking and not eatingBut, we all order a full meal... HINT FOR THE DAY.... Keep some decade on hand. I was told you dont even do that. Sorry but, I did deduct it from the normal tip of 25% I give...

One of my favorite diners to eat at. Its super cheap but really good. Only downsides is it is pay by cash only (but they do have a generic atm inside) and sometimes the service has felt awkward or weird, but for the price and the quality of the food, Its worth it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service. The owners? asked me to silence my newborn baby and acted extremely weird about me breastfeeding in their restaurant. Will NEVER come back. Terrible service ran by terrible people. Would never recommend to a single person in my life.

The meals are always great. Come hungry because you get so much food for such an amazing price. Service is also really good.

I’ve been here at every time of the day imaginable from 3am to 3pm and the service, the food quality, the speed is always amazing. I’ve never had a problem here and I hope this establishment continues to be a staple of the Oregon community! Please keep up the amazing work you do!

A place that gives a great experience as well as quality food. Has arguably the best food to price ratio in all of the greater Toledo area as well as the pleasure of being located next to the Laundry Mat they used in filming the blind side. Only reason this restaurant is a 4 and not a 5 is due to the waitress not believing that me and my party could fit 7 people in a 4 person booth.

Added to the Sunday brunch rotation! Friendly staff, never a terrible wait and the coffee is good. Homemade biscuits and sausage gravy rivals my husbands (dont tell him I said that!)

Just found this place a while a go and its become my favorite late night/ early morning restaurant. Great affordable food with wonderful hospitality! Love the atmosphere as well.

Freeway is the Best. My husband and I ate there while we were dating and 25 years later our children & grandchildren eat there to now❤

This place has awesome food. Their French onion soup is so good! Ive never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this restaurant. Its also open 24 hours so u can grab a bite to eat anytime!

Same food Ive eaten with my father when I was 6, now Im 27 and nothing in this place has changed and thats why I love it. Great breakfast, waitress always on top of the coffee refills.If it isnt broke, dont fix it

Great service, even when it got busy. Not the most updated place. Only takes cash, but does have a ATM inside. Kinda olden time resteraunt. Foods fantastic though. Breakfest all day too.

This place has gone downhill.The perks chops were just simply cooked in a skillet. Dry and no taste what so ever. Smothered chicken also had no taste but fie the onion and peppers. A little salt and pepper goes a long way. Salad bar was half empty and was only a Wednesday night. Waited 20 minutes for more salad and they never brought out the egg. A little kid got sick all over the floor while we were there, we understand as we have kids. The issue was it took three staff over 5 minutes to clean it up. The waitresses said it wasnt their job so they had to wait for who appeard to be the cook to come clean it. This may have been our last visit

Not bad but chicken tenders sold as one each are kind of expensive. Service was great. Bring cash or use their ATM Machine!

The food at Free-Way was very good. The service was really good too. I had the Western omelette and white toast. I would recommend Free-Way to anyone that likes friendly service and likes good food. Free-Way is open 24 hours.

I have been frequenting for years. Staff is always friendly, even remembering my meal after not seeing me for weeks. Food is great any time of day. Prices are good for portion sizes. Love this place!

This place is such a local staple. Ive been going here for over 20 years. Never disappointed with the food or staff. My fave go to is a veggie omelette with smothered home fries! Yummm!

Service was great and the food was perfect. My bill was pretty high but i left a really great tip for my pretty waitress. Yall need to leave better tips i left a 7 dollar tip on a 28 dollar bill.

Food is great and service is always good.I forget her name but the one waitress is always there and always seems to still be in a great mood. The food isnt as good as the first time but it is always acceptable. Just wished they took credit cards and had a better salad bed.

This diner has been a staple for many years in Oregon. A favorite for the nights you’ve been out with friends and want to stop for a quick meal with friends. Breakfast foods are their best menu and the place fills up on Sunday mornings too. Make sure you understand what the server is bringing compared to menu. My fruit with my pancakes were canned pie filling 😳😂

They offered only one cooked vegetable and that changes daily. Yesterday it was corn which I consider a starch.They did offer a salad bar so that helped.

Freeway is the best for hamburgers, their fries are the big thick ones. The burgers are juicy and they have 12 different coverings for them. I always get the bacon lettuce and cheeseburger. I have never had a bad burger from there.

Me and my cousin go here regularly and we love their food! The night time servers are our favorites, especially Linda & Kim! They DO NOT take cards, which isnt a problem if you know in advance. They do have an ATM with a $2.50 charge inside the restaurant.

Ive been going to Freeway for over 20 years and love it every time. The staff is always friendly and wearing a smile. Its obviously not a high end restaurant but with that being said, the food is great and the prices are very reasonable.

Home cooking and nice big portions! Not a fancy place, just very good food and our waitress was outstanding. Try the hot roast beef sandwich and gravy...yum!!!

Freeway is a community favorite! The food is good and well priced. The service is typically great, Ive had very few times where I thought maybe it could have been better but honestly I have been going here my whole life so just a handful of poor experiences really says a lot about this place. I suggest everyone go grab a bite and enjoy!

I have been a Patron of Free-way for over 15 years. Every time we come the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is inviting and clean. The food is always amazing even leftover. Thank you for you wonderful service to your community!!

The food was good, but they dont accept card payments. Its 2019, who carries cash? There was not an obvious sign stating this which led to an ordeal when it came time to pay. Dont see myself coming back; the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food was really good, the service was excellent, the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was, the place needs some updates. But if you can look passed the interior design, youll have a great cheaper meal!

The food the serve is simple and tastes homemade. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The only down side is that they don’t take credit. However, there is an ATM and they’ll even take a personal check.

AMAZING. Family owned, very clean, wonderful service and food and coffee were hot and fresh. Im a Detroit, MI native, traveling home from Cedar Point and was looking for a hole-in-the-wall diner to stop at. This place really impressed me. If youre traveling through the area, Id highly recommend it.

No firearms allowed, no credit cards accepted, no seating if all of your party isnt present, no A/C (set at 78 degrees during the summer), interior is still 1973 and feels and looks dirty. Tables were greasy and smelled like old wash rags. You leave smelling like old grease on your clothes (I realize this happens at a few places, just stating as a fact if you dont want to smell like old grease afterwards).On a plus side, they are closing for good soon. Also on a plus side, theres never a wait.So if you dont mind sub par food, smelling like old grease, always pay for cash, love sweating while youre eating, your Second Amendment Right taken away, and you have all of your party with you, then this place is for you!!!Before you think, Well if you dont like it, then leave!, WE DID!!!! No wonder American Table is always busy!! Freeway is only an Oregon staple because its open 24/7 and its where all the drunks go after bar close because theres no where else in the area to eat at 3:00am.

Small place with a very dated interior. food was really good. service was a little slow but very kind. The menu was extensive, a bit overwhelming but again the food was good. I will definitely keep it on my list of lunch spots for work.

Small Mom and Pop restaurant. Didnt feel welcome by the staff overall. Food was ok. No credit card machine. Very dated interior. The water tasted very badly. The only reason Im giving any stars is because the waitress serving us was pleasant and attentive.

Me and my husband ate here and we got a very discrimination vibe when we left he said I dont ever want to eat there again. We barely seen our watress she ordered our food someone else brought it out then she brought us our check before we were even done eating my husband asked for to go boxes and nobody brought them I had to go ask as a person in an interacial marriage I felt disrespected for the Way my husband was treated. Maybe were wrong but it just wasnt a good vibe and everyone else were getting great service. Food was good for the most part.

Good diner food, eating area is dated and much-needed of an update, very friendly staff and they dont take electronic payments like credit cards. We go again down the road sometime.

I specifically requested they inform the cook NOT to cook my food in cooking oil but butter/margarine due to dietary issues only to be served food with a pool of oil on my plate. Hopefully, it was just a bad day. The prices are good for a small familly restaurant/diner. Freeway restaurant has been around for years. Another late night hangout for those who prefer not to drink and for those who need something to eat after theyve been to the bar. Located in a plaza, close to shopping, hospital, busy roads and highway.Though if they cannot find a new location Im understood they may be closing perminately. Good Luck Freeway!

Open 24 hours. Just a standard breakfast. 3 eggs, over medium, hash browns, with bacon and wheat toast, a cup of coffee. An Oregon, ohio historic resturant. waitress very nice. Said she had been working there for twenty years or so. Must be a great place to work. Good food, good prices.

We arrived late at our destination and found limited choices to eat at - but what a pleasant surprise to find this gem! Great tasting food with generous portions, fast friendly service and very reasonably priced. On our Favourites list now!
