Dont know about sales but skip the service department. Made an appointment for simple oil change 1 1/2 hours later still not started. Why make an appointment if they cannot even get close to honoring agreed upon time. Why is there not a dedicated tech for such simple maintenance tasks. Poor management

I will never go back to this dealership. I have always done business with this dealership since I purchased my first car. I ordered a really nice custom chevy malibu from the factory last december and got some custom work done recently and a 1 to 2 day job turned into a 6 day job. Even when I got the car back and paid $1700 for the job they still managed to mess it up and had to take it back to get areas rebuffed on the car that they did. I then went through my car cam footage which is motion sensored, and reviewed the dragatory remarks that the mechanic was saying about me and my car and also was banging an air hose on the roof of my car. If anyone has a brand new car, I would recommend to not take it to this dealership if you care about your car. I will also be calling GM about my experience and showing them the footage.

Awesome salesman. He wasnt pushy, and the price was great. We bought a 2011 Chevy traverse, and its like brand new. The sales persons name was Danny, ask for him.

Have had my car serviced here twice. Both times they could get me in when Dave White could not get me in for a week or so. Would probably service my car here more often if I lived closer.A quick note on car sales here. They put their name and logo on the paint of the cars they sell. I may avoid buying a car here due to that. I am not buying a place for a dealer to advertise.
