They lie. They promised the script would be ready in a couple hours, but I wasnt able to get back there until the next morning. Guess what. It was still not ready. They LIED TO MY FACE. Then they had the nerve to tell me Were doing the best we can. Really? Lying to customers and not doing what they promised is the best they can do? My advice: go elsewhere. The location of this store is convenient, but the service is awful! Im switching pharmacies ASAP.

Their hours are wrong& the customer service is the slowest ive ever experienced. They have lied to me& have been caught. It was over the dumbest thing is what really gets me. Honestly..... This kind of behavior is at every Walgreens ive ever been to. I think that the Walgreens company doesnt have a good employee selection process because the star rating at almost every store is super low.

The pharmacy Seriously needs some management, or something. They have not been able to fill my prescription on time ever. I call it in early, I check on it a couple days before I need it, and still its never there on time. And then they give me part of it, which in turn previously makes me pay me copay again. And then my manufacturers coupon wont work, and my copay is alot more expensive. Ive tried to call and explain everything, but it still never seems to go through the way its supposed to. Every other walgreens seems to get it right whenever Im traveling so it has to be someone in this store Making things alot harder than it needs to be.

I have always had friendly, helpful service at any Walgreens pharmacy Ive used in the past, until we moved to Oregon City. This pharmacy is by far the worst Ive ever had to work with. Incorrect information given on automated calls, and if you call to speak to a pharmacist to get the correct information you are placed on hold for 20-30 minutes and then hung up on when the hold music stops - and this has happened MULTIPLE times. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Bridget is extremely helpful, went out of her way for me which did not occur with either of the technicians when I went just days before.Bridget is the only reason this is not a one star review.

Very condescending employees. They hung up on me we while I was in mid sentence telling them I sent a message to the doctor on the issue we were discussing. We still dont know if they will call the Doctor or not as they hung up before I could confirm. Pharmacy change time. Very rude.

Im CONSTANTLY having problems with the digital coupons and deals not being done right by the cashiers in this store. The only times I dont have issues with the coupons being taken off or the deals being done right is with the cashier named Barb. Shes amazing, and everything always goes super smooth with her. As for everyone else? Nope. Not only do they ring up the deals incorrectly and neglect to take off digital coupons, but they give ME attitude when I nicely point it out. And trust me, Im no Karen. I hate confrontation, and anything I say is usually said in a sweet way or I dont even point it out at all. And I always double check to make sure Im doing everything right on my end as well, but for some reason I still end up having issues here. So not gonna lie, it makes me very hesitant to shop here.

GREAT service! blonde girl with shorter hair, I wanna say glasses helped us in make up department. She was amazing and had so much holiday spirit to spread! She deserves a raise or promotion for sure, best shopping experience in awhile at a Walgreens.

I have had nothing but pleasant experience at Walgreens. Including this morning. The crew is always helpful in finding what I need and I frequently ask the pharmacist questions about what to give my kiddo if shes sick. They are always wonderful.

Jason T in the pharmacy is extremely condescending, trying to tell me he knows more about my prescription than I do when I’ve been on it for 7 years.

I do not recommend this particular pharmacy to anyone that wishes to have any prescription filled! The staff is very rude and takes it upon themselves to decide which prescriptions they think you should have.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude! I was receiving someone elses personal information sent to my email and they constantly called my phone number about this person from this location. When I called to ask about why, I was abruptly paused and told that we will just remove your info, have a nice day. I never even got an apology for the harassment. Anyone else could have gotten this persons information!

Been thru the drive thru on several occasions. Each time after being behind only one car, I end up waiting 20-30 min just to pull up and take my turn at the window. Slowest pharmacy I have been to in oregon city. Dont waste ur time.

Declined service recentlyAfter using this store for over 6 years I have noticed a decline since their changes last year. The new staff have made mistake after mistake and after yesterday I have totally lost confidence in their service getting denied on my prescription because they switched my info instead of adding a dependent. I suspect this is why I have been declined for several over the last few months for both myself and my dependent.not going this store again.

There pharmacy is terrible, you are just a number. They talk to you like you are a 5 year old. Lots of DRAMA behind the counter. Time to change pharmacies.

Super rude staff who is likely overworked and underpaid. About 50% of my scripts have issues on their end and they behave as if it is your fault. If you have a choice - go elsewhere.
