I wish they were better, but Kristin gave me the hardest time. A UPS note with the statement UPS Store was placed on my door for me to pick up my package from there. I never use UPS and thanks for this store I will try my hardest not to. Its not this ladys fault if she couldnt find the package, my issues came when she did not know how to direct me to her line. The only line open. The other line was helping customers already. I really hope they find people with better customer service skills. I literally had to ask where the line was and there were only 2 line and 5 people in the store. Its like she didnt want to assist me from the beginning. How sad. She needs to find a better job or a clue if she decides to stay here.

I don’t know why people have left bad reviews? I had 3 returns for Amazon, walked in, was immediately helped, I was in and out in 3 minutes. I have no problems with this place at all, and this was at lunchtime. People expect everything to be done NOW and IMMEDIATELY these days, well, they took care of me immediately and I’m very pleased. Wish everything went this smoothly in Orangeburg. HAHAHAHA. You can’t even get a hamburger in the drive thru made right,“No onions and mayonnaise” - the only thing they put on it is EXTRA ONIONS AND MAYO!! And people gripe about the UPS Store?!

Ive had this happen a couple of times already, but today ups sent me a email saying they tried to deliver my headset i bought from Amazon, but my address was incorrect Which is not true

After several successful deliveries all of a sudden the driver claims my address is invalid and they cant deliver my package. Mind u I paid for 2 day shipping and 4 days later Im still waiting on my order to arrive after leaving a vivid description of where I live. Worst UPS EVER!!!

The lady charges me a $1 for putting 2 pcs of tape on my box! and not helpful with shipping either. I needed to ship a box back to my address in Canada and she said I have to have an ID with a US address to be able to ship to Canada. First time wver happening to me!

Fedex always deliver on time and in the right manner. Ups never deliver my packages I have to call around and chase the delivery person down a lot of emotional stress. A few years ago they gave my kids Christmas gifts to a stranger.

The worst delivery service ever! Package was supposed to arrive at 10:30 a.m. Didnt receive my package until 6PM. Please choose FedEx or DHL.
