For my sons senior prom, he received the wrong color vest and bowtie. He did not realize this until they were dressed for prom when he saw it next to her dress. I was very disappointed for them as it was his one and only senior prom and there was no opportunity for a redo. The owners told me they would discuss it and contact me to make it right, but its been two weeks and I havent heard anything.We were impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness at the beginning, and were planning to use them for attire for an upcoming Fall wedding, but have decided against that now since they have not followed up on the mistake.

I was looking for bridal shops in my area and Final Touch Bridal came up along with others. I called and Ms Georgia answered the phone with a warm greeting. She assisted me and told me to come see their selections. I found a dress for my mother that I was sure she would like. We tried another place; the dress was more affordable, comfortable at Final Touch, and actually what my mother was looking for!!

Very unprofessional the owner sits in her car and fuss with the customers. I have been here three times to get a dress altered which is unacceptable.
