I should post two reviews-one for the actual quality of the product and one for the customer service.Quality of the product. I was not happy about buying a new mat and having the stitching come loose after only 7 months. Since this is my first purchase with them I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that I received a defective mat.Customer service. Probably the only reason why I would give them the benefit of the doubt is because their customer service was really on time with taking care of the situation and sending out a new mat right away. I honestly didnt think I was going to be taken care of but they stepped up and took care of everything rather quickly. The jury is still out on the quality of the mat-time will tell, but in the meantime I would highly rate them for their customer service.

We ordered a mat for our trampoline, and it was delivered quickly. We realized it was the wrong one, on the fault of both us and the add we ordered from. However with an email to them I got such AMAZING customer service! So helpful and pleasant! The ended up not having what we need BUT recommended somewhere else we might find what we need!! That is AWESOME customer care!!!

I placed an order on 05/20/2020 (order included a trampoline replacement mat & 5 packs of premium springs) which was shipped out on 5/22/2020. I thought that was a superb turnaround time. I received the package on 05/27/2020 & the only thing included was the replacement mat & a spring tool but no springs. I called & received a recording that they were currently not taking calls due to high demand & order volume. I sent an email to their “help” department per their recording & website direction on 05/27/2020. I promptly received a response that they should respond to most emails within 5 days. It’s been 10 days, 8 of which have been business days & I have still not received a response. Yesterday, 6/4/2020 I left a voicemail to follow up. Still nothing. Today I received a request to review my recent purchase. I cannot review the product because all I have is a replacement mat that is no good without the springs I also purchased. I can say as far as customer service, at this point I am extremely dissatisfied. I understand that current circumstances are difficult beyond what can normally be controlled, however, communication can go a very long way. This was my first & probably very last purchase through this company.

Anyone there? Its like a lot of the other reviews. I placed an order over a month ago for a mat, pad and springs. They sent me one tracking number but just the mat showed up. I emailed support with no response then a week later the pad showed up, still no springs. We have called and emailed support numerous times with no response at all. They say they are busy. To busy to respond to an email in a month? Hire people if you cant get to people or stop doing business. The pad seems cheap but I need springs to truly test it out...

I was really excited to get the new mat and springs for our trampoline. We got the mat, spring puller, and NO springs. I emailed to find out where the springs were but have gotten no response. My kids are impatient and want to jump on their trampoline but instead we are waiting on an email response because they arent taking phone calls. Its been 2 weeks since I emailed. It did take a little time to get the mat which we were good with because we couldnt find a trampoline anywhere.

I would love to review the actual performance of the replacement mat and premium springs i ordered but they decided to charge me for all the items i ordered and confirm shipment and confirm delivery even though they did NOT send the 7 packs of premium springs (the bulk of my order). This wouldnt be as big of a deal if i could actually get through to a person on the customer service/help phone line they advertise to call in this situation... you call to hear a recording tell you they are not taking any calls. They say itll be at least 5 days to respond to emails, as if we havent waited long enough for a super slow delayed shipment that took forever to send an incomplete order. Customer service should at least be taking calls for missing shipment items. They had no issue rushing to take the funds, but sure take their sweet time communicating via email, delivering incomplete orders, and resolving issues(still waiting on a resolution).

I ordered an enclosure net for my 14 round trampoline. It fit perfectly and was pretty easy to swap out for the old one. I did it myself in about an hour (while my 4-year-old was jumping!) Will definitely order from SkyBound again in the future.

I ordered a replacement mat for a 15ft trampoline with 96 springs at 7 in length. The mat i ordered stated it was 159, but the mat i received was 161, which adds 4 overall around. The springs are loose and there is hardly any bounce in the mat. I sent a message to SkyBound to see if they will send me the correct size mat or springs to offset the difference and am currently waiting for a reply. The mat looks to be good quality, but Im disappointed it is the wrong size and hope they will remedy the issue.

I needed a replacement net for my trampoline. I searched Walmart.com where I originally purchased the trampoline with no luck. I had no luck with Amazon either. I came across skybound online and their website made it an easy process to purchase the correct enclosure net. I had no idea there were so many different kinds! Installment of the new net was easy. Seems like it will last a long time. I’m hoping to get 10 more years out of it when my youngest will be 16. 🤞

EDIT - Christina from Skybound is truly a hard worker. She said they turned their phones off (terrible customer service idea!) to concentrate on the thousands of emails they were getting. She made my concern a priority and serviced my request very quickly. She redeemed where the company fell short. Thank you Christina.ORIGINAL review - Purchased a Skybound Stratos last year. The mat now has little holes. It has a 2-year warranty so I tried to reach out to customer service. Ive called 3 times. No answer. Left two voicemails. No return call. Sent an email. Nothing. Its been 4 weeks since I first called. Id suggest bringing your business to a company that supports their products with customer service.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a reply on how to return my mat. I bought the wrong size, ordered another one, received the other one, put up the new one, and still have not received instructions on how to return the first one. I contacted them weeks ago.

I ordered a 12 trampoline mat from them as they are still taking online orders. They sent me a 10 mat so it will not work. I have emailed a dozen times in the last month and have not recieved a response. They are using covid as an excuse to not provide customer service. All i want is the 12 mat i ordered. Can someone please help me resolve this?

We ordered a new net and pad. Only got the pad. They don’t have a way to call them and talk to someone you have to send a email and they don’t respond to that. Vary upset. Pay for something and we done even get it.

The pad is much less than was expected. It is thin and flimsy with hardly any padding...and it was $85. I will not order another one.
