I have been coming to this UPS store for years and all the staff is very nice and friendly. I am in and out of the store very quickly. Thank you for the great work!
The guy was very helpful when I went in to mail my things and they have the envelopes there is convenient I havent been to the post office in a while but to me is worth maybe paying a little more to avoid the line whenever I use this store there are people in and out its a small store sometimes it feels crambed when there a lot of people but they take care of customers pretty quick here have used them a few times will go back

The owner of this location, TJ, is so kind and helpful. I was able to drop off all sorts of mismatched equipment that was fragile. They packed it all up and shipped it to Colorado. Not one thing was broken. I cannot recommend this location enough!
I took in 2 Amazon packages to be return. They asked me if I wanted a receipt and stupidly said no its OK. The items were never return to Amazon. This is quite upsetting to take advantage of me not getting the receipt and then keeping the items. I went the following week to return something for my dad and myself again (obviously thought my other packages were in route for return). This time I got the receipt and Amazon has already issued the refund. Tell that this is OK. I was excited to go to this location as it has had no lines, but I will never go back here again and will make sure that all my coworkers and family do the same.
Always awesome! Granted, it can get busy and you might have to wait, but it’s still my go-to for shipping. Plus, we have a mailbox with them and they know us so I feel our packages are handled with care. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and ready to help!
I have had a box at this location for several years and I was transferred here because another UPS Store where I was at suddenly closed and changed ownership. I have been with the UPS Store 15 years and I realized that my box had lapsed and I hadnt been here the UPS store for a couple of months but I called in just two days ago and asked them to hold my box for me since the gentleman on the phone told me it was still available. This was the manager of the store who now Im feeling is not such a gentleman because he did not Note my account and did not hold my box for me. Thats no way to manage a store. That manager was always kind of a douche and doesnt provide the friendliest service either. There were girls that worked here before that were way more friendly.

Notary did unacceptable job twice upon the third time coming in to have it corrected staff was rude told me they were losing money doing it over when it was their errors. Very rude had to leave without having them correct they were that BAD and rude. When leaving the staff member Bethenny stated well you said you would write a favorable review and did not. Here is your review madam BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE will never return.
I had 3 notary signatures done here and I had to redo them with another guy because they were incomplete. I recommend Orange Cheap Mobile Notary.
I use UPS stores often for our business. This one in particular is very pleasant. They deserve 5 stars for service and speed. I highly recommend this place.

Spent over $285.00 on shipping, clock was damaged as the glass was broken. Called the store they advised to get an estimate on the repair...got the estimate after driving 1.5 hours to the repair shop, than after I sent the estimate UPS calls and tells me that they will not pay the claim as they need to inspect the package with the shipping item. This is what I was not advised of and now I am out $120.00 for the repair as the clock is at the repair shop, as the store says one thing and the UPS people say another........Do not trust them to pack an expensive item and now its up to the store to refund for the claim......I work for a major hotel firm and UPS has lost my business for good. We will see what they do but the run around has started and I WOULD NOT USE THIS STORE FOR SHIPPING.Very displeased with this UPS Store and UPS as a whole...Never using UPS again, my hotel in DC Hilton will pull my UPS account and use only FEDEX.
I received a shipping quote from store 5432 on the 20th December 2017 this ups store quoted me $219 to ship to Australia two items which I gave them exact measurements, I must say there quoting on shipping was very poor because the end price was $290 od dollars BAD BAD BAD BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU CANT KEEP TO YOUR QUOTE.I bought from International auctioneers which recommend shippers on there Website or after you buy.I will definitely be using another shipper when buying from this auction the next time.Lester Devere Australia
