The store manager is rude, unpleasant, does not care about your needs. I think shes angry at her company and does everything she can to make people miserable

I am having the worst experience printing out my photos at this location. First of all everything in this office is slow. Nothing works fast not even the people. The computers are dinosaurs. If you’re trying to print photos from your phone you’d have to go through your entire library and it only loads 6 pics a minute. Then when it came down to print because I had around 40+ the computer froze. I asked for help and they said this happens often. So why when I asked you about the process did you not warn me that a lot of photos would take over an hour to print. So now I’m here waiting to print my photos from. This dinosaur and I’m going to be late for work. I started this at 12 it’s now 2. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER PRINTING PHOTOS AT FEDEX unless you have 1. But even then that could take you 30 minutes. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Buy the ink and photo paper yourself

Kinkos is great its simple to use straight forward and self serve for copies and printing and the internet theyve really reduced their hours I remember them opening until late i came to this store twice and its was closed

Seems like the staff here do not like any customers. There is no one in the shipping place and if there is any staff close by and they see you, they take their time to help you out when they are doing nothing. The staff have attitude and always deny next same shipping. Ive gone to other FedEx facilities and they are able to do next day shipping but according to this FedEx they never have anyone available to drive to the destination no matter if you come in the morning or afternoon.

Was helped after not knowing how to print 2 things on a single sided paper. Amazing staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Service was poor. I was working all week when my delivery was expected so I redirected it to this FedEx and when I went to pick it up from FedEx they would not let me have it because my address on my ID did not match the package even though it had my name on it and even with approval of release from the sender of the package. Just moved to the area and disappointed at the difficulty and lack of help.

ROB IS THE GREATEST! Went last night really late hours and all trying to print out a photo for a mother’s day gift. Self print out stations were completely failing, the place sounding like a call center of constant phones ringing (very busy), yet Rob was able to professionally work out a solution and able to print me out the photo on gloss paper form their computer. You’re the greatest Rob! Definitely recommended. has great jokes/encounters about past Work experiences there too..Thanks again Rob!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. All Im trying to do is pick up my 2 orders from them and because I originally had it going to my place of business and they were delivering it 3 hours after closing therefore I could not get my product so I had it shipped here because they are 24 hours. However since my address on my drivers license does not match the original address ship to they will not give me that product and holding it hostage. I have a business card that the address matches and my name with my ID however they want a pay stub.... The Pay stub will not match as far as the address goes because thats the corporate address not the office I work at. So basically I can never get my product. There is absolutely no customer service here.

I use this facility whenever I need a print job done. I send the files via Fedex site (which is great) and whenever I want, Ill go pick it up. Usually, before anyone else starts their day. And they do the job to my satisfaction.

I have been a LOYAL Kinkos Customer for 46 years (since 1974) when Paul Orfalea, founder of Kinkos, ran the company. Paul always focused on the customer and relied heavily on getting feedback from his counter staff because they are the ones that are always Face-to-Face with the customers. Paul instilled old-fashioned work ethics, morals and character in his employees and managers.Today, a lot has changed and Paul sold the company to Federal Express in 2004 and the Kinkos Brand name was changed to FedEx Kinkos. In 2008, the brand changed the name again to FedEx Office. Although the Kinkos name is gone, I still have always enjoyed calling it Kinkos!I enjoy going to the Anaheim Hills, Tustin and Irvine locations as well. But I really like this location on Katella because it is open 24 hours a day/7days a week. But the main reason I like the store for the past 20 plus years is because of the Assistant Manager Dave and the night owl Rob! Dave is always really cheerful and ready to go the extra mile to assist me in a multitude of projects that I may be working on. He is great on technical issues as well!Rob and Dave are the GREATEST Team!!! Rob always seems to have a Life Story to share and is really a devoted Company man of great morals, character and above reproach!Rob and Dave are certainly 100% dedicated professionals and provide excellent customer service to all types of customers and projects! They would certainly appear to be invaluable assets to the FedEx Office Corporation! Plus, I believe, Paul Orfalea would be proud to have these fine gentlemen working for him as they share in Pauls old-fashioned work ethics and ALWAYS puts the customer FIRST!!!

It’s massive and looks like an office administrative unit. Sells packaging supplies Has 8 or so computer terminals for work-type needs. As far as we could see, the only drop-off box is inside. Wheelchair-accessible.

Sadly this location does not have very good staff. I attempted to send a package from this location being sent in the original FedEx box that I received it in. The staff told me that this packaging is not acceptable and they will not accept it. I question this saying hey this is your own packaging. They still refused. So I went out found a FedEx driver block away and handed it to him personally and all was fine. It seemed like the staff of this location just didnt want to be bothered with doing any work.

I went to FedEx needing to print something for a bridal shower and didnt have a lot of time . I asked the man putting snacks away if he could help me because the printer was out of order, and I had to email them to get a code back and it wasnt coming up. He acted so inconvenienced and would bark out what to do across the room and talked down to me like I was an idiot . Funny his name is Angel lol... and if you look on Anaheim Hills FedEx yelp he has nothing but horrible things said about him. I ask you who is he related to that keeps this rude person working anywhere there are customers??? Moving him to another store is not what needs to be done Well Eddie is a sweet guy and rescued me from the hell I was in so ask for Eddie and save yourself!

Alex was amazing! Super fast, knowledgeable and helpful. Was planning on driving all the way to Coscto but decided to give Kinkos a try. I needed a few original photos reduced and enlarged. Alex worked fast and I was in and out in about15 mins. Will definitely return and ask for Alex again with any pricing needs. Bonus was the most awesome greeting cards.

This place is pathetic. I was preventing from making a black and white photo copy of my own degree (requested by my employer for their records) under the excuse that I am violating copyright law. Not only is this blatantly wrong as I am not duplicating with intent to claim original content or distribute for profit, the staff were also rude about it. If you actually need to get something done. Dont waste your time with this dump. I should have been suspicious when a place this big didnt have a single customer in it.

Standing in a very long line at a USPS post office is faster than standing in line with two people ahead of you at this FedEx. Just wanted to ship 2 packages and I was in the store for 30 min. NOT fast and NOT convenient.

Came in to get some Christmas photos printed. This particular location has 2 computers to print photos from. The photos can be retrieved via Cell Phone (through provided cables), social media (with your login), external hard drive, or a cloud system (google drive, dropbox, iCloud).1st problem was one of the computers was completely broken. It did not work at all and wouldnt respond to any commands.So I went to the second computer. Got it running, and connected my phone, because I downloaded the photos that needed to be printed. The damn computer will only detect photos that you have taken, none that you downloaded.Okay, I thought, Ill just re download them from the cloud. I used the computer to connect to my google drive. It wont connect. It just freezes.We called an associate over and explained our problems, that none of the options were working. I asked if it was possible if I could borrow a thumb drive so I can print these damn pictures and be on my way.She told me I had to buy one.Wait. I said, let me get this straight. One of your computers doesnt work, and the other one wont connect to any of the options that your company promises is a viable path except for a thumb drive. So your items are broken, and I need to pay money for a thumbdrive because all your items are broken.She looked at me and said Yep.I left. Worst. Service. Ever.Avoid at all costs.

I dont own a printer but I have access to one via wifi on my phone but unfortunately it was out of ink/paper etc. Boo.I needed to print passes etc., for an event I was going to so I drove here to get it done. It was about $3 to use the computer, get online, get into my email and print. If youre going to make me pay, at least make sure stuff is fast and it works. It took forever for everything to load and I was getting charged by the minute. Such a waste.$3 is a lot of pay for slow shitty service and printing. I know its only $3 but I was only printing two things which I guess I could have just downloaded onto a flash drive and printed for way less but meh. Didnt have the time or a reliable flash drive so whatever.It could be better..so much better.

This 24 hour FedEx/Kinkos saved me many times on my graphic design projects.

I tried to ship a dinosaur and reindeer in the same box but they wouldnt accept that. They looked cute sharing the same box but they had to go and ruin it ;-;

Tried to print 10 pages from my USB and it only printed 3 and stopped. I had to wait 20 mins in line for someone to refund me. I tried again on another machine and it screwed up half way through and I needed another refund but this time She gave me cash because I printed a receipt and I was told not to. I went to office depot for the print.

I agree with the other reviews. Worse Fedex I have ever been to. It seems like the people that work there dont like any customers. They answer with one word answers and act annoyed with your every question.Go somewhere else.

Poor service. For context, I have visited this store since it was Kinkos... yea, Im getting old lol.Lets start with the manager Janice. Shes so rude I cant believe she actually has a job with FedEx. I have done business with them in a freight (pallets/truckloads) for 2 decades, yes 20yrs. Never, EVER, have I been spoken to, ridiculed, disrespected, treated as if I were not needed, down spoken, looked at with fire as such as the service I received from her. She is the most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with in a business atmosphere. This was after my interaction with her subordinate, so she listened to my problem from a short distance then decided to intercede with completely disgusting workmanship. Maybe she had a bad day, I dont know. But you are getting paid a HEFTY salary to be the boss and if you treat a customer in such a manner with regards to simple FedEx shipping questions, my goodness. Thank god she doesnt work for my company or we would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
