Terrible customer service. After waiting 2 months for a hitch, waited 4 hours for installation only to get a call that the installer had covid and could not do it.

Good experience. They had to order the correct hitch to fit my new suv. Was worried it would not arrive in time to be installed before my road trip departure. When I called to check a couple of days out, hitch had not arrived and so they called surrounding uhauls, located one and drove over there to get the part. Stayed late the evening before my departure to finish installation.

Waited more than 15 mins for an employee to show up in the store.
