IMZZ carried the most of any vendor I could find online - which is very convenient if you want to knock out all your orders in one place. Would be 5 stars if the communication improved.

I ordered a full fender conversion they offer for my dyna. Man win I opened the box I was impressed. The paint work was awesome. Assembled ready to go! These reviews are People being inpatient. They are a custom shop. I waited some time I did check in got a response 5 minutes later. If you want a custom part these are the people! Remember there not a drive thru.

Installed quite a few parts from Imzz Elite!Just installed the Nudie Bar handle bar kit for my streetbob, the parts were well made and beefy, has changed the ride completely, road vibration has significantly decreased with the after market bushings they recommended. The gauge relocation is also amazing.Just received “The E-Ticket” saddlemen seat by Imzz Elite, the seat is outstanding and exactly as advertised, if your looking for a unique seat in a sea of saddlemen, look at Imzz. Shipping time was accurate and reflected the product description timeline.Outstanding crash bar for my 2020 FXBB! Shipping was fast! Versatile and gives the bike a great look!!!

Do not order from this company! Ordered an FXRT Fairing six months ago!!! Sent multiple emails. Only replied to a couple of my emails. Always promising it will be shipped soon Now they wont reply to my emails at all. I never write reviews but I had such a bad experience with these guys, I felt that I had to write this one.

Super good shop with high quality products! Ordered a few times all the way from Belgium and no complaints whatsoever. Communication might be slow sometimes, but thats normal for a small business with a lot of work so nothing to worry about!

I got a full fender kit for my Dyna with the color matching came out great. I ordered a few ARP bolts and those were perfect too. Took a little while but everything does right now because nobody has material. They did great work I just placed an order for more ARP stuff Great job thanks again

Ordered my parts a few weeks back and just got my email saying they were shipped. Fast turn around even though they say that they only have 2 employees packing shipments. Much love and respect for this company for fast turnaround.

Garbage company. Ordered a softail shifter bolt and a set of strut bolts. Was finally shipped the shifter bolt and with it came a piece of paper saying the strut bolts are on backorder. I was charged full price and here we are damn near two months later and Ive tried to reach our multiple times on multiple platforms and Ive been given no update, yet they gladly took my money. Thankfully they didnt take me for a significant amount but buyer beware. Stay away. Shipping and processing takes forever and they have zero, literally non existent customer service. Edit : maybe instead of taking peoples money and then putting them on a list with no updates, you just put them on a list to order said parts. Or mayyybbbeeee you could communicate anything. The reviews are true people. Way too many good companies out there to deal with this bull

Order an item almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. Look at their Instagram posts before purchasing anything definitely a pattern going on. Haven’t replied to emails, calls, or msgs on Instagram.

Currently rebuilding a 08 Street Bob from the frame up. Have ordered several times from Imzz Elite with no problems. I live in the UK which has its fair share of rain so one aspect of the rebuild is Im replacing every nut, bolt, screw with black anodized ones. The ARP hardware kits from Imzz Elite are great and are being used throughout this build. Thanks. 👍

This is 06 streetbob. i wanted to say that i had read some reviews and saw some 1 star ratings. i think these people that left these 1 star ratings were definitely the kind of customers you can never please or do anything right for. i sent one email as a follow up and received a response promptly about this crash bar. its quite good quality and judging by the fasteners they sent with it you can tell these guys have a very high standard they follow. overkill everything make it strong. id buy from these guys again. everyone that does good work is busy so let them do there thing and leave em alone. . imzz elite did right by me. everything fit up nicely thanks from Rhode Island.

I ordered my fairing on 5/5/2021, I get that they make these from scratch, but ordering the fairing over a month ago for $1400 and change, and having them take the money out IMMEDIATELY I would expect them to at least get back to me but it’s been just over a month. This is honestly the WORST company I have ever dealt with and Saddlemen sent me the wrong seat... a month later and no email? Now the business is “temporarily closed”... a bunch of thieves this company is. I wish I could give a worse star rating but Google won’t let. Spend your money else where people

Imzz is the best place to go for all your Harley needs hand down. I went over to the shop to pick up a new sprocket for my Dyna Street Bob that has a chain drive conversion. After getting the parts Jim went checked out the bike to make sure everything was wearing properly. He noticed the alignment was off and gave me a new spacer to correct the alignment issue. This is the kind of service you wont find anywhere else. He could have just sold me the sprocket and sent me on my way but he went the extra mile and made sure my bike was set up properly when I just came to buy a sprocket.Thank you Jim!

I recently ordered a $600 helmet from this company but I ended up needing to return it. I have emailed them 3 separate times over the last month and have not received anything back. Very disappointed.Reply: Cleary you didn’t read what you emailed me! Your email states AND I QUOTE “They dont usually accept returns on helmets but you can try emailing when you get it. Another option is to sell it on one of the trader pages. Those helmets are sold out everywhere so theres a chance you can get exactly what you paid or more.”I emailed your company like YOU told me to and was ignored several times. A definite answer stating returns are not accepted is what should have been said. Make sure to read your emails before you send them out to clients. Remember, reading is key.

I own a small motorcycle custom shop. I have another company i usually use for fairings but I thought I’d use these guys since i could get one already painted. I called prior to ordering just to calm some concerns about fit, and color matching, and shipping time. I needed it within 4 weeks and was told I’d have itby then. 4 weeks came and went with no response to my emails. Finally 8 weeks later an email, that my fairing would be sent within the week and a tracking number would be emailed. I finally got it almost 10 full weeks from the time i ordered, and it doesn’t fit and paint doesn’t match. I called with my issues and was told too bad, The item is not returnable. I pleased with them that I’m out almost 2k, and can’t use the fairing they sent me, again was told too bad.. In my frustration, i said i was gonna contact my credit card company and see what my options was since i didn’t get them product i ordered. The guy on the other line preceded to scream, cuss, and threaten me saying i would be sorry if i did that. It got so graphic that i hung up only to have a crazy lady call me right back, screaming obscenities and threatening my business. I did dispute my charge with my credit card company and thru them, we tried to come to an agreement, Immz elite agreed to refund me once they got the fairing back in the same condition as it was received. I shipped it back, and 6 months later they have still not refunded me. Out $1966 and no fairing. I’m still exploring options, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this company. I only wish i had researched this company before i used them. There is a lot of shady stuff about the owner and his wife online, and dealing with them first hand, I’d say it is all true!

Rad group of guys here, very knowledgeable. I was ready to pull the trigger on a suspension upgrade, Jim recommended different options and fully explained all the benefits. I went with RWD on the rear and a set of their plus two tubes in the front with patriot genesis springs and preload adjusters. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Great service! The black pipes I ordered for my 2020 Fat Bob were on back order and these guys offered to take the same pipes they had in stock but in stainless and spray them black for me. I was completely floored that they were willing to go way above and beyond to get me my pipes. I happily agreed and checked back with them a few days later to see how things were going. I had told them that I am over due in getting my 1K service done and wanted to get the pipes installed and tuned at the same time. The update I received back was they were backed up in the spray booth but they found me the same set of pipes that I ordered and were having them shipped to me ASAP. Again, was completely and happily surprised. I was a little hesitant in ordering from these guys given some of the reviews here but I WILL be ordering from them again! Thank You IMZZ! I received my TBRs today. You earned my future business for sure!

I ordered my fxrt audio lowers from IMZZ and was blown away by the Quality of the lowers and the Paint was outstanding. things were a bit slower with the process due to COVID (totally understandable) but Once my parts arrived I noticed how HEAVY DUTY the lowers were. they were very rigid and not flimsy. Very pleased with quality of material used. Now onto the paint.... the paint job was magnificent. I was hesitant to get them painted from anyone other than my go to guy here in Detroit but again IMZZ had blown me away with the paint as well. Will definitely do business with them again. The wait was most definitely worth the quality. So don’t worry just be patient.

My bike is covered products from imzz elite and I have no complaints most recently I bought a fxrt fairing and the only thing better than the crazy strong faring is the customer service, the guys at imzz helped me though install and answer every question I had quickly even at 9 in the evening!

You guys have no legit communication. You have sent me wrong size fender two times. You did not specify that id have to bend or do anything to make this fender fit. Why u made the fender same width as the frame makes no sense i cannot fit this fender in my frame and fit my side mounts you have completely ig ored that fact you business is garbage. U refuse to give me refund too. Do not buy from.these fools i had to leave a star to post or i wouldnt give u any.

I was going to rip this place in this review because my experience was not the best but in hindsight we were probably both in the wrong. I do think there are things that could be improved upon but I think these guys are generally good operators who were equally victims of a broken postal service. I went to IMZZ just looking to get a part for my bike, and ended up acquiring friends in the process. These guys are friendly, get your parts on with a quickness and don’t try to up sell you, just give you what’s best for you and your needs. They sell quality, fabricate quality, and it shows. Hell, they feed me half the time I show up, whether I’m buying products or not. Purchased a front fairing paid $2200. sent them vin number to match existing paint never returned an emails or phone calls. visit him at a shop and he promised that it be sent out in 2 weeks. 6 months later still nothing. The dudes a thief. if you cant physically hold it or take it with you. I wouldnt trust your money with him.

BUYERS BEWARE!!Purchased the FXRT lower fairings for my 2020 Low Rider S. Communicated with the Imzz Elite sales team prior to buying and was told it would bolt right up to my bike and to my RWD fxrt fairing. Definitely does not. Said it came with all hardware needed to install. Definitely does not. Only came with 4 bolts and 4 nuts. NO bracket to attach bottom of fairing to bike. I guess the fairing flopping in the wind is what Imzz Elite called bolts right up.Contacted the Imzz Elite sales team about the issue and they then tell me that modifications are needed to get to work and there are no returns. Prior to buying it was all about telling me whatever i wanted to hear to get me to purchase. Very unprofessional business.Fxrt Lowers do NOT match right up to my RWD fairing either. There is a huge gap in between the fairing anc the lowers. Just a very poor quality product.But most of all, disappointed in the Imzz Elite sales team for lying about fitment and then telling me to figure it out afterwards.BEWARE BEFORE BUYING FROM IMZZ ELITE!!

Jim has been great in suggesting what would be best & he too answers ALL my questions. I leave there with more knowledge than I showed up with. So far, I have ordered and IMZZ has installed the curve license plate mount with running lights/signals, IMZZ OG Crash Bar, & Leather Pros. I recommend this shop to everyone. This is the most unprofessional company and staff Ive ever encountered. They sold me a faulty product, promised to have it fixed (so I shipped back my exhaust), and its been over 6 months without any response . I have made numerous emails and phone calls with no updates or parts to get my bike on the road. DO NOT recommend.

So to be fair the parts coming out of this shop are great. When you can actually receive them in a timely manner. I have spent over $4000 at IMZZ, I have even been there and spoken with Jim personally. But here is where I ran into a problem. While I was at IMZZ in Dec 2019 I told Jim about my IMZZ upswept exhaust and he told me to ship the whole thing to him to change the collector bracket to his new style because the square bracket would break eventually. I agreed. I sent him my exhaust on January 13 2020. After sending multiple E-mails with no response and conversations with Jim on Instagram I still do not have my pipe back and its July. Now Im OUT a $1400 exhaust, and I cant even ride. BAD business Jim! I have always been courteous to Jim and his wife. Im not just a disgruntled customer making things up and heres some pictures for proof.

There’s mom and pop shops, the dealership, random hordes of online vendors and then there’s places like IMZZ. They do not stock, promote or recommend junk. Every part they sell and install is over the top in quality and performance. I’m out of state and order online and never have a single issue. Good prices, great service. There all I want/need and Jim and IMZZ deliver.

Horrible customer service. If you’re looking for updates on your package and want to know what’s going on with the item you bought, this is not the place. I spent almost $500 on some handlebars and just wanted to know what’s going on because after I bought them I got an email saying I will get a email when my bars have shipped. It’s been 3 weeks now and have not gotten an email about my bars being shipped and nobody will get ahold of me, even tho it says “if you have questions email IMZ Elite for the fastest response”. I asked about switching my bars out and getting another pair. They were quick to respond to that but when I ask for an update several times I get straight ignored. Also, never seen a company sit and argue with bad reviewers on google like a bunch of children. How unprofessional. Maybe with all the bad reviews you would think somthing would need to change guys?

After reading many reviews of unhappy customers I was a little hesitant to order some Carlini Apes but Imzz Elite were the only place that had them in stock so I took a chance needless to say Imzz delivered!!! It took only 3 weeks to arrive in Texas right at my doorstep .... The only thing I have to say negative was it’s very hard to get in touch with staff no communication whatsoever only when you first purchase they send you a recite and when they deliver product.....

Jim hooked me up with everything my primary needed to get back on the road I felt he was most interested in getting me back on the road than taking money from me and not to mention this is a badass shop with tons of aftermarket parts thanks again jim for hooking me up I’ll be back with the parts soon

Just in case anyone is considering doing business with Jim at Imzz Elite, heres a word of caution. After waiting almost 6 months for my FXRT fairing, the paint is done badly and doesnt match the factory paint, the main mount holes are miss-clocked and the fairing isnt even close to being properly trimed to fit the inverted forks so I have to do fiberglass repairs and repaint this entire thing. Jim is arrogant and its all his customers fault. Believe the negative reviews online. Heres a fun quote from his wife concerning their customers.There is not one review that is correct there are just a few other difficult people out there that are the same as you unfortunately and then want to rant and rave about it, im sorry you have chosen to make thigs this way

Been going to Imzz now for the past two years and can honestly say i will never go anywhere else to have something done to my bike.. every time I’ve gone in I’ve always gotten great service and the prices are cheap which i like cause I’m balling on a budget and this hobby isn’t a cheap one aha. Jim is a very knowledgeable person who I’ve never had a problem with and goes above and beyond to take care of me i live in Long Beach but go all the way out to orange because his service is so good. I put a post in fxr_dyna_trader page on Instagram in search of oem 49mm tubes. Jim personally dmd me and said he had a bunch of take offs and would give me a set for free. I was shocked! I had a horrible experience with this company. Doing a build so I asked if they had the parts in stock before I placed order, they stated they did, Im in the same state just north. After a week of horrible communication and no tracking number I asked for a refund. They would not refund my money and parts showed up almost 3 weeks later. I asked to return because I already got the parts I needed. No response from IMZZ............I had to file a claim to get my money back.

I have been doing my entire build through IMZZ. It truly is a one stop shop for the bike. The staff is extremely helpful with all information regarding products and installation. Specifically, Jim, has been helping me every step of my build. All questions have been answered and the customer service has been unreal and unmatched. I knew I made the right decision to spend my money with IMZZ after they went above and beyond for me. One of the products I had ordered (different manufacturer but stocked at IMZZ) had a quality issue. After contacting IMZZ, they sent me a new one the same week, no questions asked. 100% Recommend the guys over at IMZZ Elite! They have a solid selection of parts and accessories/gear in the Showroom, only the best products on the market very knowledgeable and TOP-NOTCH customer service. I brought in my Dyna Street Bob to Jim after a short phone conversation and within a couple hour he had me rollin out with new Bars (internally-wired) 2-1 exhaust system, and air filter! Bought a Lucky Daves seat from my dyna from these guys, along with a seat bolt kit that makes it more difficult for a thief to walk off with my new seat. Havent had any work done there yet, but these guys actually answer their phone which seems to be getting rare with a lot of shops, Jim even gave me his cell number to shoot him a text to make things easier. Also, these guys purchased some seats to use as samples so you dont have to throw down a lot of cash without knowing if youll actually like it. I consider that to be worth a LOT as far as looking out for your customer.

I was looking for a saddlemen seat for my dyna and couldn’t even order what I wanted from saddlemen themselves. I found IMZZ on Instagram, sent them a dm and showed them exactly what I wanted. They sent me an invoice, I paid them and Not even a half a week later had my seat finished and it was even better then I had expected it to be. Since I live within 2 hours away of them, they didn’t charge me shipping and let me come to their shop to grab the seat myself. I couldn’t make it so I had my lady grab it for me and they were absolutely respectful and helpful in every way with her. The owner himself makes quality products and knows how to run a business the right way. Any future orders will no doubt be placed with IMZZ again. Ive been buying parts and getting my bike serviced at Immz for the last three years and have had nothing short of a great, comfortable experience there everytime. My last purchase was a crashbar that is by far the highest quality I have seen on the market and it was shipped the same day it was ordered! Thank you Jim and everyone over at Immz for your knowledge and hard work!

If I could give this place a zero I would . Ordered parts from these guys thinking the “ will ship in two to three days” was the honest truth. I gave them 10 days to send it but after that amount of time I figured I’d call and see what the hold up was.When I called to ask about a shipping time frame I was told it would be another week to which I had no issue with because they were having a issue with supply. So a week later I call to see if we were still on schedule for shipping and I was told that “they do not control powder coat”and to stop calling “ you’ll be sent a email when they ship “ was the best answer to a time frame I could get “ when I asked why have shipping time frames on the site if they could not meet them the man got all huffy and got very rude with me. Don’t spend money here. I had read some horror stories but I always give anyone a shot to prove the stories wrong. Lesson learned with these guys.Reply: Your attitude towards someone that was spending money with your business was unprofessional to say the least. Common trend seeing how I’m far from the only person saying these things . Guess all those people just didn’t perceive you the right way either. Couldn’t be you, nooooo, never that 🙄🙄😂🤦‍♂️.

This Review is long overdue. Bar none IMZZ is the best shop around. Jim’s knowledge and expertise has been above and beyond. Every time I have left my bike at IMZZ they have been quick to perform and it comes back cleaner than when I brought it in. In the last year I have had tons of questions on essential and performance parts for my FXDB and I know I am always going to get honest feedback from Jim. He is able to answer all of my questions not because he favors one company over another but because of his experience. He’s actually tested all the parts he carries in his shop on his personal bikes; I have seen that first hand. Try finding another shop that does that. Not only does IMZZ bust there knuckles wrenching on bikes, they also build custom cars and trucks. This shop in unreal and they will have my business as long as I ride. Top quality work! I can’t write a review long enough for IMZZ or thank Jim enough for his countless hours answering my questions and wrenching on my and my families bikes. I would recommend IMZZ to anyone who is looking for quality and honest work to be done on their bike.

Imzz is the only shop I go to.. extremely knowledgeable and helpful ... customer service is top notch and all my friends with bikes get their bikes worked on here .. can’t wait to run their chain drive ..

To Jim/Michelle...Ordered April 24 Online and sent over my Motorcycle part to get machined. still have not received my parts! Discusting customer service Jim is cursing over the phone like comeone Jim you have robbed me and you have the audacity to curse! What company are you running ?? Out of the 2 months of waiting I called frequently where’s my parts just send me over anything and they had nothing to say but I will call you with an Answer!Couldnt even do that!Called hardcase them selfs told them whatsup and how you said they don’t have there stuff together well guess what Jim they sent it to me within 3 business Days In Stock!you have Won Worst/thief Owner of all Time! Terrible customer service, extremely rude! Its been nearly 2 months and still have not received any communication or half the parts that I ordered... When I called to get a refund I was told that they are not in the returns or refunds business that I bought them so I must have wanted them and I will get them when I get them! Extremely unprofessional and they will never get my business again! Unbelievable! Buyer beware!!!

Well, I hate to say this but IMZZ Elite will not respond to my request for my $2,000. deposit to be returned to me. They did absolutly no work on my car so my deposit needs to be returned. Its about to ge legal.
