We just received ours 6 court cleaner today. Gerry delivered it. So impressed with the service and how easy it was. Were so very thankful to him and the Court Clean company. It took 1-2 of us anywhere from 30 mins - 1 hour every time we needed to clean the court, which is often. Our facility is coastal in a big warehouse so we get dust and moisture. Gerry came and showed us how to use the device, which is super easy. No assembly. Its light for what it is and gets the job done better than expected. Love the product. I own a basketball court refinishing business and I had one of our staff members named Darielle buy a 6 foot Courtclean mop to clean a large gym floor we were refinishing. I spent $500.00 on the mop and reached out to Courtclean for some customer service without a response. We refinish gym floors and we use a variety of Promops to typically clean our gym floors -- never had any issues. But we wanted to try a larger mop to get the job done faster. We could not get the towel that came with the 6 foot Courtclean mop to stick to the Velcro strip. The cotton towel was very thin (non-absorbent) and simply did not adhere to the Velcro which resulted in the towel falling off the device while damp cleaning. I even asked the manager at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA how to get the towel to stay on the base because they had three - 6 foot Courtcleans in their janitor closet that they do not use for the same reason. Its a little frustrating to spend $500.00 for a mop and not get a response. How do we get our money back?

We use the Keyclean line of damp mops to clean our hardwood and our stone floors in the office. Great products!
