Sushi is amazing at a great price, sometimes better than japanese restaurants! They will take a customized order if you come in earlier in the day. Its basically the only reason I come here. Employees are very nice as well

Great customer service, clean store, great prices and cuts of meats. Better than Stop & Shop & almost as good as BigY! I personally think that all Garafalo markets should be set up like their Milford store to be the best but I dont know if thatll ever happen.

I like this shop Rite. I find that the store is very clean. It has a lot of varieties. Im very healthy they have salads made they have lots of fruits and vegetables, smoothies and I like that. As a mother they have the different foods that my children like and you know as a mother I love that. Only problem is the prices are a little bit higher than some. But I will be back.

Greetings owners of shoprite,I am writing my experience on August 26th 2021 between the time of 8pm and 8:30pm. The staff some was very unprofessional like the manager Monty. The draw at the end of the cashier Conveyor belt were you put the bag to put your grocery in the bag. The cashier was not helpful either. My friend helped me by picking the shelf off my foot. It came right out the shelf holder onto my foot. When my friend said to Monty you will hear from her lawyer he started talking nice not professional but nice. Never offered me a chair or anything. I am a loyal customer I would like to get this matter resolve this as soon as possible.Sandi

If this company is partnering up with doordash, have your employees ready to help. Waited 10 minutes with no employee in site at the shop from home area to help to get order. Very bad work ethics. I can’t do my job if there’s no one to help me get the order.

Im from Norwalk and I shop all the time there but I must say the store in Orange is so big and clean Norwalk could learn from Orange

This like a one stop shop for all your groceries and Confectioneries. The staffers are courteous and very responsive. I had a great day shopping here today. They also have great discount especially when you’ve got their Shoprite Card and I was able to sign up today for a new card. There’s a wheelchair accessibility entrance and and parking. Also this Shoprite can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic.

I go shopping here at least once a week good prices good food nice people but for the most part nice people but Id recommend it

I had intended to go to the Milford location this morning but the place was absolutely mobbed, so i decided to try Orange. Im glad that i did. It wasnt crowded, it was relatively well stocked and i was in and out quickly. Although it isnt the most convenient location for me, i will definitely go back to it in the future.

The cleanest supermarket Ive ever been to. Fresh produce and super competitive prices.

Worst grocery store ever. Waited for the seafood department for over 30 mins and just had to leave. No one ever came. 2pm on a Tuesday. Middle of the business day. No one would help me. Everyone kept telling me he was in a meeting. This place is horribly managed and poorly run. Never coming back.Update: Drove a couple miles down the road to stop and shop. SO MUCH BETTER. I spent a total of 45 min at shop rite and got NOTHING. I spent 20 mins in stop and shop and got EVERYTHING I NEEDED.BEST PART: Stop and shop had no one in the seafood department like shop rite. However, when we asked for help the employees listened and actually HELPED. They got another helpful employee from the meat department to come and work the station. (It took him 5 min to help 3 separate customers)

Nice store. Clean and very well organized. Lots of gourmet options. Staff are quite friendly. Especially adore the florist manager...she is sooo helpful!

This place is brand new.... Hot fresh food sushi made fresh... Even a burttio bar....thats right a BURTTIO BAR!!!!...they got it all.... Even fresh fast pre-cooked meals if you have to make dinner after a long work day.... All the top brands companies and small vendors... I shop no where else...

The store had a fantastic sale on Ben & Jerrys Ice Cream😋😋😋 yum, yum, yum‼️ And their customer service is excellent. They were willing to make a substitute when an advertised item was out of stock.

Shopping was fine, but the store was obviously understaffed. I had a large list of groceries and had to bag it all myself while the young cashier stood there with her arms crossed watching me. She didnt lift a finger to help as the line grew longer behind me. May as well have used the self checkout or gone elsewhere.

They need to train their ppl better. Poor guy at the register was lost... Tried to charge 12 bucks for 4 small heads of brocolli, 2.99ea instead of per pound... They ended up costing less than $3! The head cashier had to come over to help 4 times to help him get other items through and then needed help with the coupons.... I felt bad for him not his fault he wasnt ready to be on the floor on his own that is managements fault....THEN I got a receipt that wasnt itemized. I asked for itemized and cashier said the register wouldnt print one.... So I went to the head cashier who said I could wait in the long customer service line and they could print it out..... I wait a good 10 minutes in line only to be told I have the store app so I have to look there and opt out if I want paper receipts...... Why didnt the head cashier know that instead of making me wait in line.......the prices are cheaper here but they didnt have everything I needed, however, my main advice for this store is MORE FOCUS ON TRAINING..the personalities were very pleasant so I CANT blame the staff

Hey ShopRite! Are you having a rough couple of weeks? A note to the managers: be mindful of the appearance of your produce department. Last week or so there has been quite a bit of debris on the floors and many bare spots on the shelves. Also, during my visit there was a young man counting customers at the entrance. Right in front of him were several discarded wipes on the floor. They were there when I walked in and still there when I left. I really dont go looking for things to complain about but your store is normally clean. Never saw it looking so bad. Get some more help!

If you looking for fresh veggies and fresh baking stuff, must visit and try muffin cakes and fresh cake bread.

Clean store, shelves were stocked, but it was crowded and only 2 cashiers were on.

The store is nice but the bottle return room sucks. There were at least four people with at least four or five huge Hefty bags to return each so therefore no one else can return anything. Something needs to be done about this. Very unfair to those of us who follow the rules.

Prices were great. Self check out registers were moving fast.

Its always clean and never unorganized. I live two towns away and thats where I like to go for my groceries. The cashiers I had dealt with were nice, I wish I remember their names.

The store had plenty of stock items available and thwre was a good balance of employees so that you dont have to hunting for one when you need help. The deli has adopted the Covid standards but they are also staffed to accommodate.

Need little more changing in organizing the aisles. Other than that its good

Very unorganized and is run by teenagers at night that do not know what they are doing. I called to see if my online order was ready since I did not get the notification of it being ready and the customer service said, There is no one here to help me so you are going to be waiting for 15 min for me to check for your order.

Much nicer than the old west haven shoprite that closed late last year.

Since the transformation of this store from the old Stop & Shop days, waling in to the Orange, CT Shop Rite is a breathe of fresh air. Take that clean fresh air and apply it to the produce and prepared foods and you will be in total Awe!The space between the displays are plentiful and everywhere you look is light, bright, and clean. Staff is very helpful and when you get to the cashier they politely ask if you were able to find everything you were looking for. Where do you find service like that?I am quite sure this is the new norm when it comes to all the Shop Rites but whichever one you visit, I hope your experience is as joyful as mine.

Good store. Clean and staff is friendly/helpful. Just dont buy anything in bulk. They will tell you is a deal but if you do the math there is no added value. My only problem with this company.

Pretty average size for a ShopRite store, with typical decor. I found quite a few good deals, and I was able to find most of the items I was looking for. The checkout area seemed like it gets pretty crazy from time, though the lines never got too long while I was there. Overall I think its pretty good place to shop, and I recommend it.

Bought flowers here. The young lady who put the arrangement together made my $15 flower expenditure look like a $60 purchase. Flowers are fresh, staff pleasant and helpful.
