A pretty nice place to shop. Its particularly fun to check out all the seasonal stuff and interesting little household items. The store has a really enjoyable, homestyle vibe to it that honestly makes shopping kind of relaxing. Only downside is that a lot of people enjoy shopping here, so sometimes theres very long lines for checkout.

Prices have skyrocketed since covid. Ill stick to the dollar stores.

Not good customer service a manager, cashier and supervisor had no interest to provide customer satisfaction they were mean one of them said she didnt care if I ever shop there again. It was over a coupon which equated to 4.50. So they lost a customer and will I tell friends and family of the rude service they provide their customers.

Savings starting at the front entrance including clearance and low price points...garden and lawn essentials, home decor, loving the tea kettles, glass cutting boards holiday items, locally made food and merchandise (including honey and t-shirts. And, lots of travel size items and more....

Brand New Remodeled Christmas Tree Shop! Its really nice the way they set up everything. Easier to find things. Items are still where they were located before the remodel, but now its more organized & set up really good. They are carrying more furniture & its nice! Prices went up a bit; I guess she to the remodeling of store. Same great quality items. Check out the New Remodel for yourselves. I think youll Love it!!!

Im always a successful shopper at the Christmas Tree Shop. I was able to get another 24 set of my silverware pattern with sea shells on it to add to my collection and got paper plates and matching napkins which are cheaper there then in ShopRite!!! Great!!!!

The Orange store is the biggest of the two in CT and has such a great selection of gift wearing, food items, (nothing perishable), and seasonal homegoods. But theres still nothing like shopping at the smaller ones on the Cape.

This store is wonderful. This is a hugely successful business and they take pride in their appearance. Holiday themed and well stocked. I always find items that remind me of the coast. I go with my daughter and we try to make this a tradition at least 4 times a year! Great prices on coffee if you are a kurig fan like myself. Lots of kitchen items, snacks and notions. You wont leave empty handed.

What B,B&B cant move they dump here. The rest is just a bunch of tchotch-ke, some seasonal tchotch-ke which is basically available anywhere.It just isnt a Christmas tree adornments kind of place until the season, so Dont go out of your way hoping for something that literally isnt there.The Plaza is loosing other stores,. I had not been to a Christmas tree shop in years. Their products were appealing, but their prices were elevated. I would much rather shop Consignment or good will for the same products. Sorry.

Christmas tree shop is great !!the have a lot of THANKSGIVING decorations and xtmasIs great !!!

Lots of snow removal items,ice melt etc.. in stock. Which is good since we have a major storm due to hit us tomorrow. Huge variety of Christmas decorations, gifts, kitchen items. However if your looking for items seen in the flyer you probably wont find them. Im estimating they have 1 in every 6 items shown in flyer. We went specifically for 2 items in the flyer and the associate told us hes worked there for 10 years and has NEVER EVER seen either of those items. So if your only looking for a particular flyer item its probably not worth you time and energy to go as Its extremely busy right now. Checkout lines all the way into the main areas of the store. However the line did moved quickly with efficient cashiers who were very polite, friendly and pleasant.

This Christmas Tree Shop had some nice things, but lacked the toiletries and makeup that the Danbury Christmas Tree Shop has.

O.K. Ive always hated Christmas Tree shop. This disorganized mess of a store has always been a pain to navigate. The food shelves were always packed with expired and obscure food stuffs, and the seasonal decorations were always chipped and broken. There was never a real reason that I needed to go to the Christmas Tree Shop.That being said, their recent remodel really impressed me. The layout and stock is now displayed in a much neater fashion. The food stuffs, while still obscure, are now much newer. Also, there is a pleasant amount of CT made product, if your into that sort of thing.Can you live your whole life without ever visiting a Christmas Tree Shop? Absolutely.Do you ever leave with stuff you actually need? Hell no.But thats the charm of this place. I would rate it 1 out of 1, worth a visit.

Really nice store, beautiful from the outside and very spacious and organized on the inside. A staff member was more then happy to help us locate an item we wanted. Even though the shelf was empty, she said no problem and went in back and retrieved it for us. Great customer service, especially since we drove 30 minutes to get to the store and would have been otherwise extremely disappointed.

It smell just like autumn! The smell of cinnamon filled the air. You can always find something in this store that will give your home that special personal touch! The prices fit right into your budget

My all-time favorite store for everything!!! They have really nice things and I love to shop here when I can. Because there is so much great stuff be prepared to spend. Their food dept has nice selections and I am always making unplanned purchases because I find special items. Highly recommended.

Not good I called the store this morning before I drove up thereI ask the associate if they had the lysol power foam bathroom cleanerI was very specific about what I was looking forShe told me that they had it in stock I asked her could she hold some for me if I give her my card. She said it was not necessary because they had lot in stockI rushed up to the store and went directly to the area where the cleaning product are. I checked all area. I went to the service desk for assistance there was .on one thereI asked one of the associate for help and was told that I would have to check the back I explained that I had done that and told her about my call before driving up there she said if I did not find it there was none and turned her back to me.I was upset that I was given false information and a bad attitude for service.

Omg, is this place the busiest place Ive seen in CT! It does have Great buys and is the only one I even know of in ct. Line is long and spaced but many cash registers and staff. It moves very quickly. Staff can be rude but I think they were overwhelmed. There were abandoned carts in the store and an employee snapped at me telling me to move a cart that wasnt mine. I think she thought it was mine. Later another employee asked where it went and she was like let me get it. Lol

Awful and angry staff member was rude to my wife. I will not be returning.

Ive never been in a Christmas Tree Shop and I wasnt impressed. Its just another TJ Maxx with a bunch of really cutesy stuff. I expected more party stuff that wasnt ordinary, lots of year round ornaments and maybe holiday craft supplies. Instead it was a mish mash of things like ordinary bed sheets, patio stuff, snacks, pasta, cheesey decorations and plant pots (some of those were nice, some werent ordinary, but werent attractive and looked cheap), fake plant arrangements. Almost everything was cutesy and not very sophisticated, despite mostly being stuff for adults. Maybe that was because Easter stuff was in, but it almost all of the stuff. I got a good deal on flower and veggie seeds which was a nice surprise, but I dont think Id shop there again. The store itself was neat and clean, but I didnt understand the layout, the entrance to the checkout wasnt well marked, and it just wasnt fun to be there like its cousin TJ Maxx stores. However, if you want your house and garden look like a cheap, cluttered, confusing fairy tale book picture, this might be the place for you.

Great place to go, the store has been re- done and so many great fines. It like an adult in a candy store. I love it!

It was so busy but they managed the line really well. I didnt even have to wait 5 minutes and there was about 25 people in line before me.

Although this is called The Christmas Tree Shop, there are many great items in the store for shopping all year! Great friendly service too!

Busy as can be. Line went around the building. Every register was open. Go wisely.

Decent store. Every once in awhile you find a gem. I grabbed a hand weaved Tommy Bahama 7x9 outdoor rug for $30. Retail on it was over $300 so it was nice little find. They have nice housewares selection and home furnishing selection. Just be prepared to dig for the best deals.

I like go to Christmas Tree Shop, because there is always something great to buy. I did buy something that remains me of Poland.

Id actually give it 4 1/2 stars since since of the isles are a little narrow making it difficult to maneuver around other shoppers when its busy. The store is kind of a blend of Hobby Lobby and TJ Max without the clothing part and not the extensive number of hobby items. They have a nice assortment of Christmas decorations for indoors and outside, some gifts (some for us and some for our furry friends), a few housewares and limited grocery items like coffee, tea, candies, etc.all packed in a good sized shop with a very nice looking old New England facade. Id probably make an effort to stop by a couple of times before/during the holidays, and then, only if I happen to be in the area.

Good old Christmas tree shop. Always find great thing here. Good pricing. Always find items for our camp site. To decorate the place up with. And they have Moxie soda which is very hard to find at any store.

This is not the same Christmas Tree shop that we all know and love. They got rid of the sleigh on their street sign. They have a new sign that says Christmas Tree Shop And That. The stuff is the same inside, but more expensive. Its no longer Dont you just love a bargain 😞 . Theyve modernized the registers, which I dont like,it takes longer in my opinion to go through. If you like the old Christmas Tree Shop way, go to the one in Danbury.

Christmas Tree Shop is a place where you could easily spend a load of money on a ton of little things that you dont really need. That said, they are the place to go for seasonal hand towels, fun decorative items for your home, cheap bed sheets, assorted kitchen items, miscellaneous cleaning items, pet stuff, bathroom needs, cheap photo frames, and most importantly very reasonably priced toys!! I have left here many times with an excellent toy that was not available in other stores...

Its a great place as always.

I adore this place. But on the first day open, they had three cashiers. Meanwhile a line of 70 customers waited for hour or more to get checked out. That is a horrible way to treat folks. Two more cashiers would be ok without breaking social distancing rules.

Meh. Same as it ever was. Maybe you find what youre looking for, maybe you dont. Maybe you find something you werent looking for.
