Joe and Lorraine are basically family. My Uncle is a regular here and my two good friends who are brothers work here too. Quality merchandise, amazing salespeople who are eager to help you with all of your cutlery needs!
Im going to miss this place most of my Knives were purchased here. Joe is a great guy!
So I came in today looking for some quality and I definitely found it. The people who run this shop are well informed and everything in there is authentic. I am very pleased at the customer service I received. The key to working in sales is making sure the customer leaves completely happy. Happy customer = a returning customer.
The whole family loves this store. My son and husband can go and spend any amount of time just chatting with the owner and the guys here, and checking out the latest and greatest. I appreciate that too, but am also super happy to have my house knives sharpened here.
People knew their stuff and had great deals on their top tier knives! Will definitely be coming back!
VERY GREAT QUALITY ITEMS one downside is price but you can never put a price on quality
Ive used Knife Gallery quite a few times for their knife sharpening services. The price is super cheap, keeping my kitchen knives sharp and safe. They are also quick, sometimes having work done in around 30 minutes or so. Jason, one of the stores employees, has been the most helpful and extremely friendly and approachable.
Havent had a bad time in this store for 4 years Ive been going here, Ive purchased a 940, 450cf and a boker etc always high quality and sharp! Also extremely nice and passionate knife nuts at heart! 10/10 would recommend
Friday, I, took my 20yr old,Chicago chef knife too be sharpened. They told me.,what theyNeeded, to do. To sharpen it. About howMuch time it would take. And for aReasonable price.. I, was very satisfied.John Lorberter
Fast, professional service. Took in my Spyderco, ZT and CRKT knives to be sharpened. Figured as walk-in I would have to drop them off but no. He started on them right a way. Had lunch near by and within 30 minutes all three were razor sharp. I definitely will use them to sharpen my knives again.
Expertly sharpened three of our kitchen knives this afternoon while I spent an hour shopping. Pricing was very competitive. Owner seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend Knife Gallery.
After having several fairly expensive knives (purchased online) break within a year, I decided to look for some expert advice. I have purchased three Knives from The Knife Gallery, and they have been by far the most reliable and high-quality knives I have owned. What I like about The Knife Gallery is that the employees are not low-level salesmen trying to make the highest commission. The employees are KNOWLEDGEABLE and have done a great job of recommending the appropriate knife for each need. Yesterday, the employee kept the store open for an additional half hour just to attend to me. I will never buy a knife anywhere else!
Theyre the best place to go. Been around forever, Ive been going there for almost 4 years consistently, never a DULL moment 😂
This place is great, I came in to get my kitchen knives sharpened and found an awesome shop that had a great collection of kitchen cutlery and outdoor knives. They got my knives sharper than they were when they were new and I got an awesome Benchmade pocket knife. The guy who,...Jason??, helped me knew everything about knives and made the visit fun. Worth checking out if your knives are sharp anymore or you just want to look at some cool stuff.
Took my circumcision tools here to be sharpened, they did an excellent job!! I highly recommend the knife gallery!!
Appreciate the patient and super kind staff. Answered all of my questions and then some. I look forward to going back again and again to find knives to work and play with.
I got a cool fold up karambit looking knife from here and it is a great knife. had great selection and nice workers
Very knowledgeable staff. They know their products and the steel that goes into them. They matched an amazon price for me and i have brought back friends to purchase from them. The internet has put most knife shops out of business. Give these guys a try.
Fantastic knife store with exceptional customer service and knowledgeable owners who know the products they carry and even the products they dontd have on hand but can order. This is my go to place.
For their service and and products I would give them a 5 star but i drove all the way from San Diego on a Sunday expecting them to be opened at 11 like the rest of the mall. It is currently 1130 and they are still closed. My problem isnt that they arent open my problem is that I drove from san diego expecting them to be opened. I have been coming hear for years. Well they lost a customer today because of that. If you cant be on time then you dont need to own a store!
Nice people. I love this store they sharpened my knife for free
Very informative and great passion in knives. Pleasure to be in that store!
Used these guys multiple times for both purchasing new high quality knives and getting them sharpened 10/10
Great price. Awesome services. Top quality
Good place and nice people here.
Short story: brought my tanto grind blade in to be sharpened. Got a drop point grind when I picked it up...I called in to see if my everyday carry SOG Trident Tanto could be sharpened and to regrind the corner of the tanto grind. I was told yes, that is something they could do. I understand that tanto blades round the corner over time, but it wasnt in bad shape. After giving them a few hours I came back to pick it up, it was sharp.... But the tanto shape was completely ruined, the edge wasnt straight and I was given a rude response to why he doesnt like tanto blades and how he doesnt have time to spend on grinding the blade. I would have gladly paid for more of his if I knew this was the product he was going to put out for their standard fee. Im mainly upset that I was told on the phone and in person that the tanto grind would be made better if I left it to them.
Please do not get your knives sharpened there if you value them at all. Being that I am local and while saving up for a Wicked Edge I thought why not get a few knives sharpened there and after all they have been there for a substantial period of time. That was a mistake. I asked the owner his preferred method of sharpening and he said oh just the belt sander, Ive been doing it for years, so I said to myself, well so I guess you are not touching my knives. So a week goes by and decide I cant wait any longer and bring them in for a sharpening. A day later I pick them up and does not bother to even show me his work and asks for payment. As I am paying I decide to check them out and I was blown away, uneven grinds, grinds dont even match, and now one of my 200 dollar blades has a recurve in it compliments of the belt sander.Just for reference one of the two was my Spyderco s110v PM2 and the other was my Benchmade 551-1 First Production run. I know This my seem like a rant but both were in great shape when they went there and he should not have used a f*****g belt sander to apex two pretty much brand new knives. I would have gladly paid more for more attention and care to be paid to my belongings. Not to mention they are quite pushy on there sales tactics similar to that of car salesman. So, when its time for your blades to be sharpened think about it. I could not honestly recommend them for a proper sharpening. ALWAYS ask the service provider the method they will be using to hone or sharpen you tools, because belt grinders are a sure way of killing you blade. Plaza Cutlery is better anyways.
Always come here, they keep my knives sharp.
Always a good experience and service
Great service, big selection
