Really friendly staff! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was attended to very nicely. They had a small discount section which I wish I knew about sooner and I would have looked but it was closing time so I left. This store is so big and has so much variety in brands and items to select and choose from.

Giovanni is extremely helpful and honest. He does not sell you product he works with you to find what works best. I trust him.

My wife loves this store for their products, but this particular store made me feel very uncomfortable. While we were shopping i was followed, no stalked, by security to the point where i just too a seat and let my wife continue. Then the security guard basically walked circles around me while i remained seated. I understand that they have to take security seriously, but it was a very awkward situation. We will keep shopping at Ulta but hopefully store officials will find a better way to make customers feel comfortable while shopping and maintain a high level of security.

I have been coming to this particular Ulta location since it first opened and, impressively, the sales representatives and products never fail to impress. This particular location is consistently clean and testers are always in place for customers to try new products, which is greatly appreciated.The customer service at this location truly sets them apart from other locations because of how professional the staff is. When I came into the store on Thursday to buy a MAC lipstick and saw that they were sold out, a sales associate gladly placed an order for one to be shipped to my home. Needless to say, this is a prime example of making sure that the customer is satisfied.I highly recommend this Ulta location for it cleanliness and its friendly staff. You definitely will not regret it!

Love this Ulta location. Employees are awesome here, even let me know about a coupon they had going on. You can tell they try yo help you out any way they can, not trying to rip you off or try to get you to spend more money. Their approach makes you actually want to keep coming back. Had an appointment at 11 today and then they said said there was no working in the hair salon anymore. They could have at least reached out to let me know to find another place.

I noticed the difference now the employees have better customer service towards customers, before they were rude and not helpful that all. This time 2 employees approach me and asked me if I needed help. A very nice lady her name is Jessica and an other employee Giovanni I think thats his name sorry I forgot but his makeup was beautiful. Thank you for helping me select the perfect makeup. Giovanni have excellent customer service very helpful and professional and always smiling.

The prices are competitive, the girls are helpful and knowledgeable. I have had troubles finding product that works for my particular hair type. After spending too much money elsewhere on products that dont work I decided to try Ulta. My very first visit one of the gals helped me find a product that has actually worked very well for my hair. How is this place open?One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time:1. As other reviewers mentioned, while shopping I wasn’t sure if I was genuinely being offered some help? Or was someone following me under the assumption I was going to shop lift?2. There was a long line of customers waiting to check out with only one cashier. I was super tempted to just leave my stuff there and drive down to Sephora but I had a 20% coupon so I stayed.Once I got up to the front I noticed the one cashier rushing the customer and jumping back and forth from one register to another. Once it was my turn, of course the cashier couldn’t slow down to answer my questions regarding merchandise or coupons. Then while I’m getting my card to pay she calls the next customer so she can ring them up at the register next to me. WTF? Can I get my receipt? Are we done?

I come to Ulta often. I went to get Morrocan Oil and found a great collection of eyeshadows by LA Girl. I tried the eyeshadow s when I got home and I love them. My experience was good.

Had a very pleasant experience going into this Ulta last night. Had read the reviews and was nervous about the customer service, as I knew I was going to have questions about several times. Was happily surprised that every single employee was kind, patient, and very helpful.

The workers watch u look like ur going to rob their store . Its very uncomfortable.

After asking for balayage and ending up with bad highlight from another salon, I came to Ulta with the hope that they could fix my hair. I scheduled an appointment online at 3 and was there on time. Dye wasn’t put on my head until 3:45 I was schedule with one stylist and he rushed to put dye on my hair and left by 4. Although, he was super friendly the result was less than desired. In fact, it was worse than before. Carolyn, finished blow drying my hair and instantly saw the horror in my face. Val, the salon manager and Carolyn assured me I wouldn’t leave until I was happy, they tag-teamed to blend my roots, talked me through the process and assured me everything was going to be fine. I left in happy tears and was only charged for the root smudge. Big shoutout to Carolyn and Val for their excellent customer service. 10 golden goddess stars to them!

I love Ulta in general and a very little complaints about this location however sometimes I do feel that it is a little bit messy, which I get can happen during busy or holiday times. Also for the most part all the cashiers are very helpful and nice but last time I had someone that wasnt so helpful she did have a long line so I will blame it on she was stressed.

Ultra has a large selection of product, esthetician services and hair services. They also offer a reward system.. but they have always hassled me when I try to use it! “Oh. I didn’t know you wanted to use your points, today! “ Ridiculous! Why wouldn’t I? It’s happened numerous times.. almost like it was a memorized response given to them.. Their prices are on the higher side.

I love shopping at Ulta when I want to get something right away, but sometimes you have to watch the price because they can be a little bit pricier than purchasing directly from the makeup company. But overall love Ulta.

I always shop here but today made me feel very uncomfortable. All the employees kept asking if I was okay but in a way to make sure I wasnt stealing anything. Its my only day off so I didnt feel like wearing makeup and I wore a hat. Idk if that made me seem like a thief. Everytime I looked at an item, they would walk past me checking me out. I even crossed paths with an employee and instead of letting me pass, he kept walking with an attitude. Then another employee crossed me the same. Even the cashier was making me feel as if I was up to something.Its unfortunate because I loved coming here. But Im embarrassed to come back.

On the several occasions Ive been here, Ive never received bad customer service. True, a lot of products are sold out in store (like the special deals and the NYX setting sprays) but its not like you cant ask them to order products for you. I asked a girl named Andrea to help me order the ABH Subculture palette and she was extremely helpful and kind. I dont know if it has to do with the time of day Ive gone to but I didnt see anything bad going on here besides a lot of sold out items.

The cashier Esmeralda was very rude, unfriendly, and outright unprofessional . Could use a refresher course in customer service.She never looked up to greet the customers.When we approached the counter to pay for our products, she pointed and told us the line starts over there and wait to be called. We obliged and took a few steps back; however there was no one else in line. In fact, there was no line. After a few seconds, she yells out for us to go back up to the counter.Also, when I noticed two of our items were overcharged, I asked her to verify the price with the floor as similar items are still out there under that price. She gave us an attitude then told her colleague to check for her. The price charged was indeed wrong and she was told by her co-worker to honor the price that was labeled on the shelf. The cashier Esmeralda then had the audacity to lecture to us next time to check for the correct price before purchasing. I am offended as I am not sure if she realizes she was wrong and instead of apologizing, she was still blaming the customers. Corporate office needs to know how their frontline workers are treating their customers. To me, this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great stocked up store and huge selection and they didnt try to sell me on the expensive stuff, like they do at Sephora. I love the fact that they dont jump on you while youre browsing as well and ask you a bajillion questions. Its a great makeup store with a great selection for hair and skincare and nails as well. Also, in store salon for hair and nails. Loved that it is so well stocked compared to other ULTA stores. Will be returning to this particular one in the future. Wendy is great for color matching!

Cashier Gelila didn’t even acknowledge me when I was checking out until i said hello? just stared off, couldnt even make eye contact with customers. Instead she was having a FULL BLOWN conversation with the girl next to her about some perfume she was wearing and complaining about who knows what. She handed my bag while still looking away without saying a single word. I walked out in disbelief. How the hell do you hire these people with no sense of customer service and who cant even acknowledge the person standing right in front of you. I completely agree with a review on here, how a female was dressed normal behind me as well. I noticed but i minded my own business. Also it was my first time going in there, i asked for help and someone nice attended me. As i was ready to buy my items a dark-skin female (had no nametag) attended me, i had a coupon and politely asked her for which items did it apply (No answer). I said do i need to make a different transaction or can it be in the same one (no answer). I shouldve went to sephora but had no time. Also she said the total and i was ready to swipe and no answer. I was literary standing there like yo can i swipe my card or what?? Like come on! On the receipt it said ANDREA!! So work on your attitude...

Where can I start.. when I first noticed that the village decided to take down half their food court for ulta I was very excited. Once ulta opened I started coming here more than my other 2 locations which are Tustin and Irvine. My first time here with my boyfriend was ok didn’t get greeted but 2 ladies did help. A few times after still ignored not greeted and even got dirty looks from a white girl who’s name I never got because she never wore her name tag. She also acts like she hates working there as well. Last and final time my boyfriend really wanted to get me the it cosmetics the Love is the foundation brush and they told him they had it for him and put it on hold for him under his name. We went about 2 hours later after they opened which is 10 am and when we went to the register to claim the brush the lady in the front who was dressed as Harley Quinn said they never got a call and she had been in the front all day and when she asked my boyfriend for the number it was same number for the orange location and it was just a waste of time and the last time I decided to go to this ulta location. Please change the staff because everyone is so rude and stuck up here.

I went there to buy a couple of things that i ran out of. (Tarte shape tape concealer and eye liner) Right off the bat a couple of the emloyees kept staring at me and following me. As if i was a thief. They even had one of the employees on the floor dressed in mornal clothes but you could see the all black ulta outfit under and she had an ear piece in and one of the other girls working there whispered to her and from there on out they were watching me like hawks. The one in the disguise was following me the whole time and she didnt even try to make it not obvious. I ended up setting the items down and walking out. I will not purchase from a store that is harassing me and acting like im a thief.

After being told they no longer carried emery boards that were not metal, we discovered a three pack right at the end of the checkout line after purchasing other products. Instead of being helped and paying for the merchandise right away we were told to get in the back of the line
