Online states the hours as open till 10pm. 9:01 and its closed and dark. We then see the changed hours sign. I would just be frustrated but when I came to pick up prescriptions the last time they were late opening as well. Late per their changed hours sign. I understand theres a whole pandemic going on, but there are some that struggle to even get there the first time for their much needed prescriptions. Do better.-Karens everywhere.

Ive called 3 times to the pharmacy and theyre picking up the phone and hanging it up. I called directly to the store to see if someone can assist with my question and the response was they can not help me and hung up the phone. Who is managing this store?

Needs to update their hours on website. Drive put here to get prescription bc I got a call saying it was ready and the hours they are open and hours on website don’t match! Wouldn’t be so bad if I lived closer but it’s a 20minute drive.

Came to store at 8 am and waited til 8:10 am and still not open went to another store for my needs

My pictures were on time and beautiful. The checkout clerk was very sweet.

Dont even bother coming here. There is a CVS on Strickland in Orange which is a much better option.

The photo shop is the worst customer service. Every time I order photos online they never can find my pictures. This has happen six times in several months. It is not just me that has problem with them. Yesterday, I went in to pick up my photos and they could not find them. They could not find the pictures of the lady in front of me. I left without my pictures.

Drive thru is just so slow, only one person working inside and drive thru. Always always only one of the 2 bays are open... always broken, staff ok, nothing to write home about . Long, long wait their quote of a wait time is ALWAYS 1 hour +, it never changes.

Worst customer service employees I’ve ever dealt with, old woman behind the counter raised her voice and started shrieking after I asked to speak to the manager for being refused service.

They are very nice and fast, its when RUDE arse people come in in a hurry that they have problems making them slow dealing with those.
