I agree with the other comments about it being a pretty dirty place on the outside. But the staff is really nice and the stores well stocked.

No clean and don’t have showers available because they be smoking out the store don’t clean over 45 minute when I talk about showers they go to star cleaning. This company pilot and fly don’t care about drivers just left restrooms all day same things no clean and really bad smell

3rd visit this week. The fuel island is a dump. No air for trucks. Fuel pumps won’t allow you to feather the pressure to top off tanks or fill auxiliary tanks. Haven’t been able to find paper towels while fueling.The Wendy’s is good and the store is in decent condition, although it has consistently appeared to be understaffed.

Clean, well stocked store with fast food food and a sub shop.

If you need to dump the RV. This is an excellent location. Turn right into the first driveway, from the freeway. And stay left. Cant miss it. Easy in a day out. Go inside pay and get a code.

My experience with this pilot was great. The facility was clean. Restroom, coffee stations and restaurants.

Be Advised: the Wendys here is NOT 24 hours.Competitive gas prices. Save even more by getting a Pilot card. Lots of parking here. Plenty of pumps. Easy access for automotive fueling. Shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. Facility appeared fairly clean and well maintained.

The cleanest shower space Ive experienced in a long time. I dont know if its like this all the time, or if its just due to the excellent work ethics of the very hospitable young lady (Megan)who is maintaining the showers this morning. The lovely lady (Mona) at the cash register was also *extraordinarily* gracious and welcoming. The manager Paula is obviously doing a GREAT job of being a positive catalyst for a healthy and happy workplace for the employees; that empowers the whole team to take exceptional care of travellers. Thanks for the hospitality yall! Keep up the great work🙂

This place is so trashed and dirty I think Im going to start going on down the road instead of stopping here. Card readers dont work, Fuel pumps dont work, def pumps dont work, store is nice if you have a newly refilled subway, but then you go in the restroom and its a disaster yeah after 8 years, I think Im done with this place.

Store # 431 2205 North Hwy 62 Orange Tx . Went in the truck stop to get a cup of coffee and a can of grizzly long cut wintergreen. All of a sudden the younger lady behind the counter yelled out thats gross sir. Early in the morning, I didnt know that cashiers supposed to treat the customers like that . She seriously needs more training . Customer skills is not one of them . I just started fueling back at the pilots and this is what I have to wake up to.

Monday 6am visit. Hardly any hot food. Employees behind subway counter no masks at all. Many customers not wearing masks. Other employees wearing masks incorrectly. Signs supposedly enforcing masks on doors and throughout store. No showers.

Very slow employees. I have been waiting for a shower morethan an hour! I then went to see the showers almost all of them is empty need to be clean and about four people waiting for showers the employees sees all of us waiting but they dont bother themselves to get the showers ready.

The toilet was dirty in the shower room so im sure nothing else was properly cleaned. Only one worker cleaning showers while 6 people wait in line.

Unless you want Wendys or Subway, you are better off stopping somewhere else. This location does not have the pizza, hot foods, grab and go items, or the soup bar. If you want all of that, stop at the Flying J on the other side of the interstate. This location does not display the gas prices. The drink selection is not that good. The Wendys just has a regular coke fountain instead of the Coca-Cola Freestyle. The Subway is mainly grab and go; the dining area is not that big. The bathrooms were somewhat clean; I just wish that it was not the automatic flushes in every stall or every urinal. This location is hard to get back onto the interstate because of the traffic. The reason we stopped here was because it was on eastbound side. There is a Flying J on the westbound side if you want better eating options other than a Wendys or a Subway.

A great travel center caters to the truck driver but is all inclusive to any driver on the roadway. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The store had a good mix of travel items and essentials that a person may need when traveling. The staff members were very friendly and helpful in answering questions about anything. The outside areas were also clean and well maintained plenty of parking easy to access from major freeway. The travel center also has a Wendys restaurant onsite a nice option. I would definitely recommend stopping for your travel needs

Please be aware that when getting Gas at Pilot and using a Credit Card you may be scammed. This happened to us last week when stopping at the Pilot in Hammond,LA. We found that $150 had been charged on our card at this station. Pay Attention!

As usual, I pulled into the Pilot at about 10PM. The parking was pretty full, but I managed to find a spot. I fueled up, then went in to grab a shower, but the kiosk was having a hard time reading it. Could be my card...who knows. The clerk rang one up for me without incident. Kind and friendly, as most Pilot clerks have been. The shower was awesome. Hot and clean. The store was well kept, clean and organized. I grabbed a bite, then hit the sack. Slept well. Next morning was chaos. Clerks were busy but friendly. They kept the lines moving, so we could get on the road faster. Great job guys.

Always a good experience

Its been a while since Ive visited but I love this place and their partner store Flying J. The fact that after driving a good while and want to take a nap for a bit to rest your eyes, you can definitely do that without anyone trying to bother you. Plus their amenities are my #1 of why I stop there everytime or in any other location along my destination, especially their showers, always need one just before closing your eyes. Definitely recommend this chain of stores, or partner stores.

Stops like Pilot are great when youre travelling late. The bathroom was clean, stocked with paper towels and soap, and they had a good assortment of snacks and knickknacks. If you need anything like travel pillows, spare chargers, theyll probably have it. Their showers and a Subway are open late. Surprisingly, they even have a working payphone!

Love this place. Convenient shopping + Subway + Wendys and free and and water for your tires and a shower to go. Cant get any better!

Stopped at 4 in the morning friendly people fresh Hot coffee with everything to fix it, Super Clean Restrooms. Had someone there to cook but we did not order any food. They are right off the interstate easy to get off and back on.

Great place to park your big truck! The staff goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible, especially Dawn. Flying J fills up fast so I would highly recommend reserve Prime Parking either through the app or by calling their customer service line. Theres a Dennys at this location, the food is good the service is a little slow, so Id maker sure you have a solid hour to order and eat, in other words dont go to Dennys here if you dont have time to spare. The Flying J food is always hot and fresh if youre in a hurry. The drivers lounge has lots of room and the showers are always clean.

Place needs a new manager and money put in to it, fuel island had 2 pumps down and the mens restroom was nasty as hell felt like I needded a shower after leaving but the showers were down of course

Pilot needs a better rewards program & not have points & showers disappear after a couple days of no use!! Loves has a whole year to use, so should pilot!

I have been stopping here to fill up and get drinks/snacks here for over a decade. You lost my business after this morning when I paid $2.05 for a 44 ounce fountain drink. Your prices are now rivaling that of middle-of-nowhere gas stations that take advantage of customers due to lack of amenities. My family will choose more reasonably priced gas stations from now on as there are many choices in our area.

It was okay. I usually get gas here and sometimes go inside. They have some food on the inside which is nice.

The coffee was awful. Tasted old. Wendys didnt take points because theyre a franchise. So. Spend $300-400 to fill up your tank and cant get $3.00 of your combo? I spend $1100-1400 a week in fuel. A few bucks off here or there would be nice. Not like your store is hurting for business with all the truck drivers coming in, not being able to use their points, and buying Wendys anyways. Great place, wouldnt hurt if some of the steering wheel holders would learn to park somewhere besides surrounding the fuel island! On the way out I counted 17 parking spots and none required any tricky backing. Come on, get it together drivers!

It is clean and reasonable easy to get in and out but. This one is in the U.S.A. They dont have any flags sold here. They are not very friendly at all.

Restroom was a mess. So I ask the manger to clean it . Thats all someone had to do. But if nasty mf clean up after them self it would not be a problem. And saw a guy didnt walk his hands. 🤜🏾🤜🏾🤜🏾🤕

Friendly people,great service.I just moved back to Orange after being gone almost 20 years,it would have been 20 years in January since Ive been gone & they said welcome back,I said TY yall will be seeing more of me since Im back.I was in Hardin County,which I did not like @ all,but Im finally back in my home town now with my Family,thanks to my Son & my Sister & Ill never leave again,never. I grew up in Orange, I was born here,but Im originally form Orangefield,I lived there until about the age 11 years old,a lot of my Family are there in Orangefield,but I have a lot of family in Orang also.

I go there for my gas because they never have problems with skimmers and their customer service is awesome

Was doing laundry and it concerns me to seesomeone cleaning shower number 2, not using chemicals or cleaning the toilet and just wiping down the shower​ room and flushing the toilet and putting towels in and shutting the doorThis place will not be clean very long if that is how they are. The man cleaning this morning was a African American gentleman who did all the steps and cleaning and was very polite.

I was told at the wendys that I should have gone to McDonalds when I asked for a large drink without ice. And she still went ahead and added ice. Seems like she is in the wrong industry and hoping she doesnt represent this establishment with such bad attitude. Store area is very friendly and very fast service.

Gas pumps didnt work. They asked me to keep moving to the next repeatedly. None worked. Two stars is because Wendys was good. I could have saved the time and went to another station if they would have said all the pumps were down from the beginning. Manager sat there and didnt say a thing.

Disgusting and unmaintained. The restrooms are a tragedy. Body fluids everywhere. The toilet seats are covered in old toilet paper and urine. Graffiti is everywhere! This place needs to be condemned. The burgers I ordered were ice cold and tasted old. Please just destroy this place and start over.
