The quality of the stone is inconsistent. The samples can very different from the actual stone. I think a place that charges a little bit more can offer more consistent higher quality

I want to thank Ali for such professionalism and care he showed my husband and I. He was very friendly and with his help we were able to find the beautiful slab we had been looking for. It is true that you need to be under a contractor in order to buy as they do not sell to the public. I know my contractor will be a regular customer because they have a huge variety of fabricated counter tops and a huge variety of slabs. I also got my back splash there and it was the same as the sample. Thank you to MSI Company for your honesty and your willingness to deliver great customer service.

MSI showroom is nice when looking for quartz counter tops and backsplashes.They allow upto 5 samples which is good when comparing items in the store. You can do an online visualization, though the colors online feel off.The main annoyance is its hard to know pricing to compare as its a store for contractors so you will need a membership/contractor. BC stone is similarly for contractors and they have the quartz organized by cost categories which helps. Some label on MSI products for relative pricing cost would help the non-contractor.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Wished they would not display any discontinued tile to help make things easier for the customer to choose available products. Aside from that, it was a nice visit.

This is a huge showroom with tons of products collection that you are unable to find in order places. Whatever you need, they have.Too many amazing products make people at a loss. They are all so good, how to decide?

The first time we drove out, they had closed 45 minutes early. We were disappointed. This time we called first to make sure they were open before making the 50 minute drive. We were able to find what we were looking for (quartz slab) and were helped by George to make sure it was in stock and available. He was so friendly and helpful. We found the slabs we needed in Houston, so they are planning to ship them here locally. We would definitely recommend this company going forward!

They illegally demanded personal information before they allowed you to enter the showroom. Had to wait in line for everyone to sign up. I explained to them I had just won a class action with Burlington coat factory for that exact reason...demanding your phone number and email.I complained to manager and hopefully she discontinues that practice. Very intrusive and time consuming.Otherwise, helpers were well informed and showroom was great.

Huge variety of all kind of floors salesperson are very helpful they walk through you how all different floors work bought my new floors.

Update: Had previously posted how they wouldnt issue me a refund on a broken piece of equipment.After about 8 months of back and forth they offered me a refund check for a broken piece of equipment they sold me.

Went to MSI show room in Anaheim. Wow great show room. Chose to go to the show room because we liked MSIs quartz selection. Their show room was large, beautiful and the personnel were very helpful. They had large displays of their quarts slabs under light. They had their complete slabs on display. It was a real help seeing all the actual slabs.We found thatwhen we saw the subtle patterns in the actual slabs, the material was superior to many other brands. We had our retailer order three Prefab slabs for our kitchen and bathroom.

The selection here is great. You can find all manner of tile, granite, marble and quartz. You can find floor tiles, wall tiles, mosaics, brick and counters in quartz, marble and granite. It is wholesale only but if you are having work done then thos is the place to go for your material.

The best slab yard EVER!

There were many products to choose from but I did not find one that would blend in with the floor that I have. The staff are very nice, but not being well educated about the different tiles, I was a little intimidated.

I went to look for my kitchen counter tops and NO ONE helped me out. I asked not once not twice for assistance but FIVE times and I was completely ignored. It’s hard not to think that this happened because I am a woman. So disappointed. I left frustrated and in tears because I have never had that customer service. And obviously I left without my countertops. Places like this shouldn’t exist.

I drove in 2 hours from Palm Desert for a granite emergency. 😜 I was EXTREMELY impressed with their facilities....their great selection. and the friendliness and helpfulness of their employees.My sales rep, Karen Montes, was wonderful....very knowledgeable and efficient. Great company...but this time I cant get what I need because...all pcs they are not straight....but over all in the main entrance..they is a staff for check in...and guess what?Asking question like ..you name...telephone number ..zip code...and if you had covi or contact with somebody....if you has been travel....That is wonderful....They forgot..and I think will be better to add temperature check..will be more accurate.....But how I say...the have the more exotics stone...

This was my first visit to MS International. I was very impressed with the wide variety of products they have in stock to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to take home sample for consideration. It was very nice to find everything I need in one place.

Hard to find guys at the warehouse - took forever to get 4 slabs loaded to my flatbed. Very bad communication between front office and back warehouse guys.

This place is so slow when it comes to picking up material my guy was there for 2.5 hours for one slab .. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would rather go to ARIZONA TILE .. much faster and your not there longer than 30 min MSI IM PROVE YOUR LOADING SPEED

We love the variety of slabs for counter tops.

I was not prepared for all the questions& was a bit aggravated until I realized this place is for wholesale-not really the public -but all the questions seem a little silly since the designers & builders send there clients in there. In any event, I was stunned at the sheer size of the place & all the choices. My luck was that Kevin helped me. A former builder & master of stone he was a wealth of knowledge. He quickly helped me narrow my choices & also gave me some tips on solving my patio drainage problem when I had the stone laid. True customer service at its best.

Picking up at this place is a disaster. They set appointments but 99.9% doesn’t matter. Last two appointments given to us were @ 10Am and 11Am. First time driver left after 4:30Pm and second time after 4Pm. Make sure you have plenty of hours and lunch if you plan to load at this place.

The facility was nice. The parking was horrible. You could not find a spot. The lanes are too narrow and everyone is driving a big truck.The lady on the side who helps gets samples was yelling at one of the helpers... NOT NICE... it made me want to give it a 2 from a 5

We were pleasantly surprised to find this show room, after googling their brand at Home Depot. They have quite a large selection to choose from, more than what we saw at home depot. Meera helped us a lot even though she was manning the desk, she went out and got us huge tile samples that we took home.

Great place! Starting with the reception area. The employees are really kind and welcoming.I was escorted into the showroom and after getting a hard hat and briefing I was set free to look on my own, no pressure. You are welcome to take samples of the granite, quartz, flooring and backsplash. If you are remodeling and need some beautiful countertops and backsplash this is the place to go.

I always have a very hard time getting someone on the phone. Always means a trip down to check stock. That is 2 hours out of my day and as a contractor loss of money.

MSI has a beautiful showroom making it easy to find what you are looking for. I found great quartz, tiles, and even sinks in one visit. I had excellent service and found Rahm to be very helpful. I highly recommend MSI.

My husband and i walked around ungreeted for over 40mins. When I asked a question, I was told to sign in..I notice employees walking other customers around explaining price and materials. I got none of that! AND to add insult! When we left, we noticed everyone (non black) who walked through the door was immediately asked May I help you blown away by this...guess I will take my money elsewhere! not sure what type of vibe i was putting off...i guess they just didnt want my money. The sad thing is my contractor insists i purchase from them for quality and price.

There is one name to know at MSI thats Rachel Garcia! Shes in sales. Came across MSI in looking for stone for the reconstruction of my home in Simi Valley. I have been to way to many places and spoke to way to many people, some good some not so good. I went to the MSI in Sun Valley and was not happy but luckily was referred to the MSI Orange and Rachel. From arrival my Mrs. and me were not feeling to good because of the hour and some drive in crazy traffic but, again Rachel the shining light not just helped but went above and beyond with everything from making us feel welcomed to helping us pick just the right piece for our counter top. My wonderful wife has since changed her mind about the top but sure enough there was Rachel to help and show us again to that perfect slab... She is beyond an asset to MSI and to any lucky enough customer to get her to help you. Thanks again MSI and a huge congratulations on the baby!!!!!!! We will wait for your return tell be buy another thing from MSI!!! Thank you beyond!!!

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled in June. We knew we wanted 3cm Carrara Marble, either honed or polished. Our contractor gave us several places to look for the marble. MSI had the largest selection of marble and were the only ones that had 3cm thickness. They had several slabs of marble to choose from and had the size we needed 62x104 for the peninsula. Alejandro took his time helping us even on short notice and weekend schedule. We love our marble and couldnt be happier with our selection. I would definitely recommend MSI for any kind of project from floors, stone, counters-granite, quartz, quartzite and marble. They have a huge selection, a beautiful showroom, and great customer service.5/20-We now completed our master bathroom and would now use any other company, than MSI for our marble counters in the bathroom. Couldn’t be happier with the product, professionalism, and customer service of MSI.

MSI always has slow running computers. Clerk always say the same excuse, sorry our systems are slow today. Thats not an excuse anymore. Service is ok inside. Outside they take forever and rude. And for payment. Come 100 time and they will still treat you like a stranger. (Update from my last comment month or two after) Theyve gotten better in the outside service. Computers are faster too, for now.

If I could give them ZERO I would! This was is HORRIBLE! My sales person was Brittany (Short black hair, and not happy!) this person should NOT be in sales! Brittany is NOT a people person and the only thing she did was walk me to the back to see the slabs and she told me that this side is expensive and everything else on this side is not. REALLY! I asked her about certain slab and showed her a picture of that same name and how different they looked. I asked her how the process works there and she said that they can hold for week and it needed to be purchased. I asked her how long the slab could stay with them after its paid and she said it had to be picked up that same week. I asked if they had any slabs were at least 80 x 80 and she said she didnt know and if I need a tape measure and I said sure. She came back with the tape measure and NEVER came back. The slab that I was VERY interested in that I was asking questions which was on the expensive side she NEVER told me that they were already sold. She need I was very interested in purchasing these. A guy with hard hat asked me if I had any questions and I he basically took over for her. I showed him which slab I was interested in and I showed him and when he looked it up he told me that they were all sold (all 3 pieces). And he said he would go in and ask Brittany if they were really sold because they were sold on December 7, 2013 and it was January 17, 2014. Im a smart person and thats more than 7 days! Why will the world would they leave these 3 pieces of slab on the sales floor??? The guy with the hard hat was the only help that I had and I told him that I was going to leave a negative feedback and he laughed and said that he warned all these sales people that they cant treat people like this. If I was the manager I would get rid of Brittany! I will purchase my slab from them because of the HORRIBLE sales skills of Brittany and I will let anyone who is purchasing slab to go anywhere else but MS International! HORRIBLE!!!

This place needs help with the way they run business. A simple thing like ordering materials took me an hour and over 5 calls to get any info. If the CEO of this company reads reviews at all they will see they need changes.
