What an awesome food! The Donut is the best ! as truly suits my taste. On the off chance that your searching for something sweet to eat, you will not be baffled with this spot! The staff was extremely inviting and amicable!

I love this location.The parking is a little busy, but it’s fine.One small issue that I have with this store, if there’s a big line of people trying to walk into the store, it makes it difficult for someone who pre-ordered online to pick up their order, since they locked the front door (due to COVID) and make you walk through the entrance by the restrooms.

Donuts were fine. The problem is the guy cashier tonight wasnt wearing a mask and literally everybody in there including the workers and customers were wearing a mask. The cashier opens up your box of donuts to key in the machine while yapping away to say he was tired to the staff. While hes yapping, I am sure he spit on the donuts. Ok. I understand you cant control everything nowadays but why in the hell is he the only one that didnt have a mask on when he can spit on the food??? Terrible management there to allow that.

Good coffee, lovely retro atmosphere, and the most amazing doughnuts in America. Stop by and try one of their 4th of July themed treats. I recommend the powdered doughnuts with raspberry filling.

Krispy Kreme is delicious. This is a great location! You can literally watch them make the fresh donuts- its fascinating! Great experience for kids. When we are in the area, we always but an assorted dozen to take home! Friendly staff! I got a dozen assorted donuts for $15.49.

Its a standard Krispy Kreme store. They offer a free donut when their Hot Light is on. Most of the employees were wearing masks, so I appreciated that (just 1-2 werent). Drive-thru line is SO long. I went inside instead and didnt have to wait long. Only 1 party ahead of me.

I mean even though I shouldnt be going here I had the craving and gave in. My order was fine, kinda hard to screw up, but what impressed me was how the staff and manager acted towards an irrate customer. I had overheard her on the phone planning on giving Krispy Kreme staff a hard time. So whether or not she had an actual issue she had planned on being quite rude about it but staff deflated her fairly quick.

Drive-through was out to the main road, inside staff were quick and friendly even though you could tell they were maxed out. Everything still hot and fresh. Great job!

Went through drive through and cashier took money fast and shut window real quick so I could not get my rewards scanned.. Asked cashier how to get rewards scanned and he said he couldnt after charging me.. I also why he closed window so quick and ignored me calling him to scan rewards and he said due to line.. This has happened on every visit.. Why have a rewards program you if we cannot get rewards

So slow. We ended up losing our Uber order because it took so long and then were stuck in the drive through. The kids working we’re messing around and obviously have no work ethic or care. It was 1am so the dining area was closed and we had no choice but to go through the drive through. They had enough staff to not have this problem. Sucks that they had to effect our money.

Be ready to wait in line at this location especially if that hot line is on. Service is quicker than it seems though.Tip: If youre going to park and go in try to park away from the store itself so that youre not waiting for the cars in the drive through line to let you out of the parking spot.

My favorite Krispy Kreme Donuts! I love to go after an Angel game. The lines are long, but go pretty fast inside the store. Fresh hot donuts melt in your mouth! I tried the lemon glazed tonight, it was alright, but would have been better if were hot and fresh! Unfortunately these donuts are only good when hot and freshI dont care for them cold. I usually order the #1 which is any size coffee hot or iced, or a bottled drink with any two donuts for a little over $4. Nice deal. This location sells Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf coffee. Aug 19, 17 they had fresh hot chocolate icing donuts. In Nov 2016 they sold fresh, hot Pumpkin flavor and they were by far my most favorite. 2017 they had Gingerbread, but they werent hot, so I didnt care for them. If they continue in 2018 with not having the special flavors freshly made and hot, Ill never try them again! They arent worth it.

I wanted my free donuts today but we were not able to order online. I guess way too many people ordering. Heavy traffic online ordering & on City Dr turning to get to the drive thru. It was super long but we patiently waited for over an hour. The young lady at the window was super nice. I’d say they are essential personnel during this time. We appreciate you guys for making thousands of donuts for us, lol! It truly is a treat for many of us who’s crazy enough to wait this long. To keep fresh, individually wrapped & keep frozen. It will taste as good when you lightly warm it up at a later date.

Location was very busy as expected with the vaccine promotion (great to see that so many are getting the vaccine though!) We got our vaccination donuts as well and coffees. Even though the drive through was busy they were pretty fast considering that.

Good. Addictive donuts. Original glazed will always be my favorite. Always the best when the hot fresh sign is lit. Just know that the place is always busy whether going inside or through the drive thru.

Always delicious donuts! The drinks are getting more flavorful too! I like that they have different flavors to choose from that change often so that I dont get bored with the same selections.

12/20/2020I love going to krispy kreme here, the people are very nice and the process of ordering is quick and easy. I went around 12 and it was very busy. I recommend going inside and ordering. They still allow going inside and ordering. The drive through line was very long.

Besides the long wait, which was inevitable due to this places popularity, the donuts were amazing. They had a deal going on where you can buy a dozen and get another dozen of glazed for $1, which was really great! If you ever visit expect a decent wait but donuts that are definitely worth it!

Class of 2021 graduate here. I went to go get my free dozen and waited in line for over 2.5 hours. By the time I reached the window it was 12 and i was told its already past 12 the promotion is over you cant get anything free. We are also sold out Them selling out is in no way is the fault of the company. But the way the employees handled it was so unprofessional and rude. I was trying to explain that i had been in line since 10 pm but i was cut off and ignored by the employee. Thankfully when we reached the window another employee was kind enough to give us a free dozen glaze donuts but he was still a bit rude when offering. I understand the employees were overwhelmed and stressed as Im sure it was extremely difficult. But i was so disappointed by the experience. The company needs to find a way to make it up to those seniors who couldnt get their special dozen.

Drive thru was quick and easy, place the order disappointed but they discontinued the cinnamon bun. So I ended up ordering two of the coffee donut. way overpowering coffee flavor and super super sweet. I had to tell him I was a Rewards member in order for them to notforget to put in my phone number and realized I had a freebie for my birthday.

Amazing donuts for a lower price than other chains. It definitely gets really busy here but the wait is worth it! They also have pretty good coffee to do with your doughnuts.bi would not recommend parking in their lot when its busy. It can get super congested in there.

This is one of the best Krispy Kreme that I have been to and the best donuts that I have eaten. Store has open view on how donuts are made. Staff are very friendly by giving out free donuts while customers are deciding on their orders.

Today was my first time going with a family member to grab some donuts for the family, and we stopped by the Krispy Kreme in orange by the block and had the worst experience there. we had a coupon on our email and couldn’t see right the amount that was for 2 dozens we got, so we got to the window and the manger or person in charge of the afternoon shift got called and told us very rudely that we had to get a dozen regular and a dozen assorted to get the coupon, and that was what we had ordered so I don’t understand why say that to us or be rude about it. When we had ordered how it was suppose to meanwhile the person in charge kept telling us rudely it was $18 and it had to be 1 of each. I know this place gets busy I’ve seen it but never stopped by and today that I did the customer service they gave was bad. Less expected from the management and she was the one that was the rudest, we stopped by around 5ish pm so hopefully this gets read by her and changes alittle the attitude she gives customers..

Come on it’s Krispy Kreme. I opted to go in and get a mixed dozen. 6 glazed off the belt and let the kind man behind the counter pick the others for me. Everything is good and I like the surprise when you open the box. Just say fill with your favorite and look away. I dare you.

After 45 minutes of be in drive thru I am almost to the entrance of the store and I see two signs stating no more holidays donuts. Only reason I came in the first place. They should have posted some signs at the beginning of the drive thru line.

The staff at this location were very rude. We were told sharply that we werent allowed to stand behind other customers to see what donuts were available, even though we were wearing masks and maintaining proper social distancing. Then, when it was our turn to order, the clerk was clearly irritated that we didnt know what we wanted right away--well, we would have if wed been allowed to look before we ordered!!! When we payed, the cashier said nothing to us except the total and Receipt or no? We felt unwelcome and definitely not like valued customers.

I went in today to get my kids some Halloween donuts but they had only a few on display but the lady helping me went out of her way to go grab more from a delivery that just arrived! She was nice and helpful! Truly made my visit a pleasant one.... THANKS

Although the window worker is usually short and a little rude when we go through drive thru, the quality is always Krispy Kreme incredible.

So it is VERY disappointing to have a few items you go to order and all of them you dont have anymore or available. Thid morning you didnt have any strawberry mini glazed in fact you had no mini glazed at all. You didnt have apple fritter which is like a staple one plus you didnt have sour cream glazed....basically the off occasion that I go here i have to go diwn a kist before they have one available...whem you to this place which is pricier than most donut places you are going cause you have all the special ones you advertise online, but absolutely NEVER have them available why!?

I recently order 4 boxes donut online. When I arrived the place there was no designated location for online order pickup. I still have to be in line and when I asked for my order they started preparing for my order. I placed order 30 min prior to my arrival. When I picked up the order I asked the cashier about online order pickup she told me it is same as u walk in. I like the Krispy Kreme but their process needs to improve.

The only way I can describe how amazing these donuts are is if I can somehow described them in a language that only the gods know and understand.. but I cant perpetuate that understanding with our simple languages and limitations of technology so... go get them now.. stop reading and GO!
