Friendly salespeople helped me get what I needed for a casual wedding

Clean, roomy, with tons of shoes displayed and at pretty reasonable prices. There were great deals on the sale tables too.

Man I just called to the store Oscar Customer Service was superb. he listened to my questions and didnt rush me off the phone. He really took care of my Need. i called back for directions and Eli already knew who i was, what i wanted and was also Great. I love the Communication between Employees. I will make this Store My 1st stop shopping before going ANYWHERE else because you treat me and Mine Right I will be Loyal.Thank you So Much Oscar and Eli.

Shoe palace has a higher end selection of shoes than Foot Locker or Finish Line, IMO! They’re all just so trendy I have a hard time picking what ones I like so I bought two pairsLOL. My nike pair is super cute and vibrant and will be my gym shoes, and the Adidas pair (also super cute) will be my casual shoes. Love this place!

I spent almost an hour looking for shoes then when I finally decided for a pair the price was wrong, the manager was no help either worst location ever... The number i was giving nobody answers

He will literally get you every single size and be happy about it! The people here are so friendly and have great customer service ! MICHAEL and GEORGE are my favorites for sure! Just absolute down to earth great people who are happy to help in anyway they can !!!

Worst experience and unfriendly staff who would say anything to make u buy their product. I just didn’t feel comfortable on a nike shoes $158 worth and they didn’t allow me to return and it was just two days after I bought them. So bad and rough people never ever had faced this in the US all these years..I just asked for the next size still they were so rude..

Best costumer service that me and my family have experienced in a while. Mike was extremely helpful as soon as we stepped into the store! Workers like Mike should definitely not go unnoticed, thank you Mike for your help today and even though you guys didnt have the shoe size we needed for my son, you were kind enough to call around and find it for us in another store. The kindness that you showed my son (which is autistic and doesnt really interact well with people he doesnt know) you made him feel so at ease that he was communicating well with you. So even though we didnt walk out with the shoes we wanted, we walked out with something even better, with an amazing experience and that was thanks to you!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lost my business because of their laziness and carelessness. We were in line and then the cashier left and there was a second line and when a worker arrived at the register that we were waiting at he told us to get in line behind the people that accumulated while we were waiting all because he wanted to stand there and flirt with the girl standing on the side of the counter. Highly unprofessional!!! Better off going to the FOOTLOCKER!!!

Shoe palace has an amazing selection of footwear for every need and style. Regardless of if you’re looking for performance athletic shoes or something more casual for wearing out and about you will definitely find something here. The employees here are all sneaker heads too so lean on them for suggestions because they know the product inside and out!

Still waiting for a call from the Area manager called customer service and they said they couldn’t help me, i just want the right shoes 😔 got a pair of shoes I live out of state realized I was given 2 left shoes still trying to figure out if I really will get mailed the other one or figure something out it’s been about 2 wks now..
