They are helpful but if you are aplus size woman, they really do not have any jeans or shirts for you.

The store is amazing and the staff on point, yet there is this one lady that brings the whole place down. I came in there to buy some boots and FR clothes, and this woman had the staff in the middle of the sales floor, berating them, while I was shopping. Come to find out, it was the owners wife. I was very uncomfortable while I was there and ended up not buying anything because of this woman. I love that the Horseman store has better prices than anywhere in the Golden Triangle, but I will spend my money elsewhere while shes still there. 1/10 do not recommend

My husband needed to FR shirts for work which I understand they will be higher than a normal shirt but the horseman is ridiculously high on their FR stuffwhat I paid for two Chinese brand rasco shirts I could have bought ariats anywhere else for two shirts it was $91 one button-up khaki FR shirt and one t-shirt frIve never seen an FR shirt over $32 and that was the highest. I wont be going back it was an emergency so we had to buy those

Very helpful staff, went in for some new fire resistant shirts and they have a great selection of FRCs. Multiple brands and styles of jeans, shirts, coats, hats, gloves, boots, etc... also just a good spot for western wear, large selection of cowboy boots. Will be back when Im passing through.

Got nice pair of boots that cost almost $300 that didn’t last 8 months went in to see if they could do anything. They said no. I will not spend my hard earned money in there ever again I will go to Walmart and spend $60 or less on a pair that will last just as long.

I went in to buy a pair of good steeltoe work boots on the recommendation of a local I had asked while getting gas. Turns out it was a good one. Staff were great. In short order I was out the door with the most comfortable pair of boots Ive ever owned. Thanks guys.

Get all my work boots here for past 5 years. Mostly dealt with the manager Cheryl past few times on boot replacement issues I had. Shes always been really helpful and helped resolve any issues I may have. Prices are competitive with other local boot stores and their selection of Western gear seems like the best in the area.

They usually have really good prices on their FR jeans. I prefer to buy local. They seem to be as fair priced as online if not even better sometimes. They do a good job keeping the store clean and organized.The price for steel toe boots ( if you have a working man or woman) are priced good as well. Nice selection. I recommend this place. Dont go in there thinking your going take anything home for free. Ive watched their post on Facebook before. Lol. Theyre watching you like a hawk. Lets jus say if I was you I wouldnt recommend it. Anyways its only fair. We all work hard for our money. You need some help, ask. I know I wouldnt mind helping someone out. If they need pair of FR jeans to get them in the door at a new job or something. The stuff is expensive I agree. But thats the way it is. They pay good too. Starting out you may need a little help. Dont be ashamed, we all need help sometimes. Just ask. You might be surprised how the Lord works in mysterious ways. Especially if someone is trying to better themselves but jus needs a little boost. Always best to do it the right way. Just saying. The Lord will put it on someones heart to be that hand when you need one.

I stopped by on my bike just to check on a price on a pair of boots. The boots were$20 cheaper than anywhere else. I couldnt get them because I was on my bike. I asked about when they were going to be open because they were remodeling because the flood. The owner gave me his personal phone number and told me to give him a call when I pass back thru. Thats customer service at its best.
