I really enjoy this place...it has a huge selection to choose from. You can just find all kinds of things here. Definitely worth a trip just to see if anything catches your eye.

Found almost everything. Not easy to maneuver through aisles. There were big carts with product scattered throughout the store.

Ocean State job lot is always a great stop. At this time of year, great garden gadgets. I always find the best food items there. Imported and domestic foods. I love the ones from Italy. Going back soon for pool items!

Now this a bargain hunters paradise. There is another bargain paradise but its somewhat disorganized. Ocean State Job Lot is organized well with great bargains. This one needs to work out its cashier system.

This shop is great. It’s more of a combination everything from hardware to lifestyle products. I was here today for a shopping visit and realized the prices are also pretty moderate. This store is very close to the road and can be easily seen from a car in normal traffic.

I ADORE this place! I just moved here, never heard of Ocean State Job Lot. My cousin mentioned it, I went. Let me say, she LOVES to shop. I do not. But once I walked into OSJL I was in love! I was (and am still) amazed at the variety of things they sell. The quality is good, and the prices are, IMHO, unbelievable. Do they have stiletto heels? No. Then again, whos wearing them now? However, they have warm weather clothing, sketch pads for artists AND pet food that has great ratings. (Although Im not keen on the kangaroo food)! Who else has this??Plus, every employee Ive encountered has been gracious and professional. Ocean State Job Lots makes me happy to go to and shop in.

Pretty awful. Thursday, I went to purchase by-pass pruners that were advertised on sale in their Tuesday flyer. Associates said those items wouldnt be in until Friday,maybe. Then waited in line to pay for other items, the last straw was when I finally got to the register I was told they werent accepting cash. How ridiculist. THATS MY LAST TIME TO OCEAN STATE.

The store is clean and decently organized. The only real issue is the employees can be a bit more personable, more welcoming. Ive found myself at the end of a bland conversationless transaction a few times. I would be more than happy to give a much better review if this changes.

I mean, you get ok stuff for very low prices. Should we overlook the dirt on the floor though? The mess of displays? Maybe. If pool chemicals werent 50% less than the other stores...I probably wouldnt shop here. At least not without an updated tetanus shot.

I like this place. I always find merchandise at a reasonable price. The problem now is with social distance. Today the cashier line was seriously long. Not worth the time for the one item I had. I understand this are strange times, and I am sure I will return but now I know, in the future is going to take more time, and I will make sure to go there when I need more than one thing.

Lined are long as expected since the pandemic but organized. People seem to follow guidelines. You can find hand sanitizer, disinfectant, mask and gloves at reasonable prices. Make sure to read labels on alcohol based chemicals since they lack through ingredient info.

I like the store on the post road in is pretty good they always have plenty of stuff it is clean and the service is excellent.

Prices are good. Selection is iffy lately. If you see things you want in the flyer get there as soon as possible because they rarely get those items back. They work hard though!

Friendly staff that is well informed with a broad selection of merchandise to meet your needs.

This place is old,dusty, cluttered and the lines are longer than they should be. The items they sell are more disposable. Everything is close to a dollar off the price of the good stuff at other stores. You either have to return it or throw it away 2 months later. Costco, Bjs and Christmas Tree shops are cleaner and have newer better quality items. And you do not need a Tetnus shot or climbing gear to shop. Sorry Job Lot but you lost a long time fan.

I couldnt find something and the employee I asked for help was very useful. Turns out they didnt have water gallons.

Not too bad, I forgot three things! My Sister takes me Shopping, Im very Grateful. But when She wants to go we go! Shes the Best! She ordered me 3 beautiful pants that flare like bell bottoms. And at Your Store, I bought 2-Pairs of Very Comfortable lounge Pants for $7.00 each! They also flare on the bottom and I love them! So I will be back soon. Thanks O.S.J.L.

Great discount store! Think of Lot Less in NYC or Liquidators. Only, the quality of their stiff is better. Higher end, European cookies, teas, foods that are well priced. Discount stationery for back to school, good quality bedding (like fleece blankets for the winter), and bathroom items. Good source for garden items as well. Well stocked with garden and beach supplies during the Summer.Good quality, not great, clothing as well. .. like PJs, warm socks, tights, t-shirts, pullovers, etc.Kitchen supplies as well - plates, utensils, small appliances. Well priced.A nice general merchandise store, overall. I say 4.5 stars😊😊😊😊

What is there to say! Fun store for odds and ends and great deals on certain items like parchment paper and avocado oil. Also can pick up items for painting, pool supplies garden supplies, curtains, blinds and all sorts of other fun stuff. You can also join their insider club and participate in their crazy deals where you basically get a gift card for the amount you spent on the deal. How does it get better than that?

Better lighting than the one I usually visit, but blocked aisles, staff and boxes meant I couldnt visit all areas. Cashier was friendly and efficient.

Quite a variety of things, from clothing, food, snacks, housewares. Even picked up some stocking stuffers.
