Slow to unload trailer, only thing good is you can walk down glassell street for a sandwich store.

9 hours waiting time unloading 53 feet trailer never come back this location

Almost 4 hours to unload a 53’ trailer. And big time attitude the whole time. GFYs, I won’t be coming back.

Worse service people dont care about customer requests..long wait expensive products etc etc

They dont take company cards unless your names on it. It was a waste of time going there. Not to mention, I had purchase there before with the same card. Go figure. Recently went there, showed them what I needed, still got wrong product. I paid cash, Returned the product, and instead of getting my cash back, they said they would send me a check... its been over a week. Wheres the check? This how you treat and take care of customers...SMH!

Called this supplier for a specific part. Supplier communicated they have in stock in two colors. Drove 1-1/2 hrs to this establishment to find out they did not have the part we specifically asked for in detail. Horrible customer service. They have forever lost our companies business.

Went in Mon, Sep 19 2016 for a pick up of material for my company. Went inside employees quick to attend to us but were unable to locate our order, had to go thru 3 different employees third one was a rude older lady who explicitly kept asking if our boss had place in the order after confirming with our boss that he had indeed placed the order Twice in a row now she now was saying that our previous coworker must have picked up the entire material we needed not just his two days prior. After confirming with our coworker that he indeed did not picked up our material the lady then goes then yeah I know he didnt because I was the one to give him the shippment...(Oh did I mentioned they were having phone problems aswell) Then they had a across the room conversation right in front of us in which let me say was non professional to say the least. At the end of it all it was one of their employees that place our order in an entire different file which wasnt even associated with our company. If theres one thing I dislike more than mediocracy is unprofessionalism which I indeed experience for my first time here.

I went in to make a purchase for my husband. No one acknowledged me. I had a question about the product. When I went to the counter the employees ignored me or walked away. I put back the merchandise and walked out.
