This shop has all around BAD SERVICE. I purchased my wedding dress from this shop. They originally told me that I do not need to rush the dress, then, after I purchase the dress, leave the shop, while I am driving home, I get a call from the sales person telling me that I do need to rush the dress and I need to send them payment immediately. An Extra $250 to rush the dress, which, again, I was originally told I did not have to. Yesterday I called and asked if I could come pick up the dress I paid for. The lady WAS SO RUDE and said that I could not come get my dress that I paid for. When I pushed, she allowed me too, but only between 3-5 pm. I agreed. I came to the shop at 3:00pm, they handed me the dress and said goodbye. They didnt even let me try it on. So why did I have to wait until 3:00 to pick up a dress that I was not allowed to try on????? STILL NOT SURE. The act of handing me the dress did not take up any time for any of the sales associates. RIDICULOUS. When I asked if they had inspected the dress (since I couldnt try it on for myself) the lady was SO RUDE and did not EVEN answer my question. GREAT EXPERIENCE LADIES, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I had a terrible experience at this wedding dress shop. When I arrived, they asked me to look through all of the gowns and see if there were gowns that I would like to try on, however, when my consultant came over to meet me, she picked apart every dress that I had pulled and told me that I should not try on those dresses. Prior to coming to the appointment, I had created a spreadsheet that listed the designers that they carried, along with the gowns from those designers that were intriguing to me. Every other bridal salon I went to appreciated this and said it was so helpful, however, when I showed this my consultant she said I wouldnt know any of the names of the gown anyways, so there is no point in looking at your spreadsheet. She then proceeded to put me gowns that were very much so not the style I had in mind. While she was helping me put on each dress, she would not tuck in the straps or adjust the dress to properly be shown, they always looked so messy. She made comments about the way that I looked in the dresses before she asked me what my opinion was on them, and then proceeded to ask Do you even want to show them this one? each time. She made me feel ashamed about the way I looked in the dresses and she didnt allow me to come to opinions before voicing her own. I could tell that she was rushing me and her comments were hurtful. Every time I came out to show my group the dress, she would leave without saying anything, instead of listening to any of the comments that we had about each one. I found myself waiting for her to return almost every time, not knowing where she had run off to. Finally, after trying on multiple gowns, she allowed me to go pick out some gowns that seemed more my style, and I ended up finding one that I really loved (mind you it was one that I had listed on my spreadsheet.) However, she then proceeded to try to make me buy it in that moment, by saying things like Once you know, you know and you shouldnt try on any more dresses to confuse yourself. You need to get this today. After telling her several times, that i would need to go home and think about it, because I dont want to make this decision on the spot, she then gave up. However, when we went back to the dressing room she said Next time you come, you might want to come with a younger crowd. I had come with my mom, grandma, and future mother in law and they had been pleasant the entire time; mind you this woman was probably about their same age. I was extremely offended by the comment and found it to be completely inappropriate. Once my appointment came to an end, she did not offer any information about the gown or about next steps if I chose to come back. Instead, she decided to finish our time by telling me about how she wanted her husband to get a colonoscopy, but he was refusing to do so and said This is marriage, I am just preparing you. It was the cherry on top of the entire afternoon. Needless to say, I did not return or order a gown from them. I write this in hopes to save someone else from my experience, because this is something that I will always remember when I think of going wedding dress shopping with my family.

Despite a mask mandate statewide. None of the employees wore one. The store itself is also outdated. But the employees are very helpful and attentive to their customers.

The best experience! The shop is gorgeous, clean, and the selection is perfection. Walking in you really are treated like the most important person in the room by the top notch staff. A special thanks to my consultant Erin, she truly played a HUGE roll in making this the BEST experience I could have asked for. If you are looking for your perfect dress and want to feel like the most beautiful and special person in the room this is the place to be and Erin is the person to work with!

They charged me a fortune for overnight shipping on the extra lace i ordered. But found out, they dont have overnight shipping after i complained to the manager that i didnt receive it. And they didnt help with the cost for their mistake. Also had a bad experience with the seamstress. So many issues because she didnt listen. She likes to talk over us. She didnt get things right for my daughters temple ready wedding dress. I picked gown up unfinished 2 weeks before the wedding and had to pay someone else to redo the top and hem. Horrible experience that shouldve been the best time for a mother and daughter.

Beautiful gowns! Staff was helpful but kind of disappointed due to the fact they told us wrong info, she told us it would be a flat fee to alterations of $450-$500 and once dress came in& were ready for alterations there is a separate charge for every little thing that added up to, shy if $1,000! At that point just feels like they just cared about the sell at the moment. Brides have enough on there plate and big expenses, honestly is the best policy!

Wow what a fun and successful experience there! With a limited budget we were happy to find what we needed on the sale rack and there was no pressure at all 2 spend higher than we could afford. Our consultant was so helpful and had good suggestions. Even brought us Champagne when we were done! My daughter ended up with exactly what she wanted and was able to walk out with it!

Mrs. Sue was amazing, from the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. Energy was positive. I recommend this place to the next beautiful bride to be.

Outstanding customer service! Erin was so patient and nice with me. I was there for over 2 hours. Tried over 10 dresses and she never made me feel uncomfortable. She continued to assist me with a smile on her face. Thanks for making the dress hunt such an incredible experience! :)

I didnt end up buying a dress here, but only because I was looking for something less traditional. Im just here to say that Sarah is a wonderful human being that really made my visit special. I came in awkward and nervous and left feeling a thousand times better after she worked through what type of dress would work best for my body shape and chosen style. Thank you so much Sarah!

I had the best experience at Mary Me today. I never write reviews, but I need to rave about this place. The staff was wonderful and the dresses were beautiful. They have a bunch of designer collections to choose from. The prices are reasonable and the showroom itself is large, but cozy at the same time. The dressing rooms were large too which made getting in and out of the gowns so easy! I didnt find my dress yet, but I found some stunning options. I cant wait to go back and work with them to narrow it down to THE ONE. I couldnt have really asked for anything more from my visit. Thank you!!

Susan at Mary me Bridal was absolutely amazing! She was so good about not pushing me into a dress. She was also good about know what was going on in my head. She allowed me to drive the appointment and was flexible in what I tried on. I never felt rushed in the appointment. There are so many designers and styles here that it would have been hard not to walk away with a dress. Overall it was an amazing experience! Thank you! Would recommend to anyone!

Had a great experience shopping for my dress and ended up with one that wasnt even on my radar. I loved it. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend having alterations done here. My dress was completely butchered on a seam, lines not matching, lace not lining up...it looked like a complete patch job. The seamstresses only response was, Well, you and I might see it but not one else will. I couldnt believe it, she admitted something was wrong but refused to fix it. I left in tears. I ended up having 4 alterations appointments before she finally fixed the mismatched seams while I sat and waited in the changing room.Fast forward two weeks and its time to pick up my dress. I get it home, take a look at it, and there is a HOLE in the lace, another unfinished spot that was missed. Im now on my 5th trip to this shop to have it fixed, yet again, and only 4 days until my wedding. DO NOT DO ALTERATIONS HERE.

I had a great experience here, I didn’t get my dress here but jasmine was very good and sweet and patient with me. She also gave me a variety of dresses to try on and was really helpful.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I walked in here on a Monday evening on a whim. No appointment or anything. (I also realize that this would have played out very differently were it a Saturday or Sunday). I had been dress shopping for two days straight, 5 stores, about 30 dresses, and I just couldnt make my mind up. My sister randomly drove to this store because I was ready to give up on dress shopping. As soon as I went in all the girls were very relaxed and not pushy. I started by looking for a bodice because I already had found a skirt at another place I really liked. Right away Sue was so helpful and sweet! Even after I told her my wedding was in 2 months, and my budget was less than 1000, or very close to 1000. She started pulling things off the rack and I found so many great options that I found myself with a new top two that I loved! Anyways... long story (kinda) short. I think it is important for people to recognize that they have WONDERFUL off the rack options! From top designers, at 30-40% off! Which makes them super affordable. Also, overall, this place had the best/most options out of anywhere I went! I couldnt believe it. I was in wedding dress heaven! Everyone I felt with was so sweet, and helpful, and laid back!! (Not like they have a stick up their butt, or are super pushy). Loved the dresses, loved Sue, loved the sale/off the rack options. I wish I went here earlier!

The associates are awesome. They ask what you are looking for and bring out dresses that are your style. Very patient and extremely nice. There was no pushing to buy any one thing. They brought out dresses within and under our price range. Veil or not to veil? They brought out several styles and lengths again, within our price range. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I absolutely loved this shop! Esther was very helpful and helped me pick out the dress of my dreams! My consultant Mercedes was amazing as well! Both of them stayed after hours because I was still trying on dresses and were very patient with me. I went to many shops around the OC area and this one made gave me a personalized experience and wasnt pressured into buying anything. I chose an Eve of Milady dress and am in love with it! Definitely recommend purchasing from this store!

My daughter got her dream dress here. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. One of my daughters bridesmaids who came with us when my daughter was shopping liked the salon. She liked the way we were treated enough to purchase her gown for her wedding at Mary Me.

Susan helped me in my search for the dress. The place had many incredible options! The staff was very nice and Susan was incredible! It was like if I was shopping with my mom! I would recommend marry me bridal, ask for Susan!

I came here last minute and they fit me in no problem. Picked beautiful gowns for me to try, and helped me through the entire process. I left with an amazing dress, and feeling great. I would definitely recommend this store to brides.

I dont want anyone to go through what I went through!I wish I would have never gone to Mary Me Bridal, this has been the worst experience of my life! Getting married is supposed to be one of the most exciting times of your life, and finding your wedding dress just as exciting.I first went to Mary Me Bridal and tried on only 3 dresses and found one I absolutely loved. I ordered my dress ONE YEAR prior to my wedding. The store confirmed that the designer can make my dress in a lighter ivory color.Fast forward to 6 months later, my dress arrived IN THE WRONG COLOR due to a miscommunication between Mary Me Bridal and the designer Calla Blanche. They assured me they would re-order a new dress is the correct color and would try to rush it due to the first mistake.Fast forward to 4 months later (now less than 3 months to my wedding) and the second dress arrived COMPLETELY WRONG AGAIN.They did not have any explanation except that the color I requested was discontinued 2 years ago which proves a huge lack in communication once again. Whats even worse, is that I had to be the one to continually reach out for an update on my dress. They reassured me that everything was on schedule and would be correct the second time around. They seemed callous and not caring about the MASSIVE MISTAKE. The lady that helped me from day one did not even come back out on the floor after realizing the dress was made incorrectly again.I walked out hysterical, with no wedding dress, no guidance toward any kind of solution, and to top it all off, they needed APPROVAL to give us a refund!With less then three months until my wedding, I was left scrambling to find another dress store that could accommodate a last minute request. Remember I started this journey one year before my wedding!Please save yourself the anxiety, stress and heart ache and do not come here!!!!*I WOUND UP GOING TO JACLYNS BRIDAL IN COSTA MESA IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND THE OWNER MINDY WAS AMAZING! SHE HELPED ME LAST MINUTE FIND A BEAUTIFUL DRESS THAT I WILL HAVE IN TIME FOR MY WEDDING! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING THERE FIRST.

I came here back in March and had a wonderful experience with Sue. She was super helpful and patient. Alterations are a given when it comes to wedding dresses. I made sure to ask as many questions about estimated costs when it came to alterations, and Sue gave me honest feedback.

The consultant who helped me find my dress was very nice and helpful. I love my dress and they have a very wide selection which is so important and nice when youre looking for your wedding dress. I was a little upset/disappointed however that they only accept cash for services such as alterations. Alterations were around $400 and to only accept cash for that large amount of money is a little frustrating.

Looking at these reviews I think that the shop has stepped up their customer service although I have not gotten my alterations done. But I had been to five other bridal shops before coming here and Maria was my consultant and was amazing she didnt mind one bit putting me in 10 something dresses and retrying on the ones I liked. Most of all there was no pressure, no sale, just a bride trying to find her dress and with Marias patience I had that Bridal Moment.

Worse customer service ever!!! We walked in and were not even greeted! A second party walked in (white girls) they were greeted and taken back right away, and given champagne. They sat us in a back corner, they didnt offer us ANYTHING to drink and tried dresses on in a room which had a sign that read Please dont use this room alterations only all of this with an APPOINTMENT! I do have to say Maria was nice.

Bought my daughters prom dress in Nov of 2015 and the staff was fabulous. Helpful, patient and kind. Ordered a different size and it came ontime. We will be back!

Looking for wedding dress for my daughter

DO NOT have any alterations done here. My fiance bought her dress from a very helpful salesperson over 7 months before our wedding. When she went to pick up the dress TWO MONTHS ahead of our event, the taylor (who also just happens to be the store owner) charged her a rush fee. Cash only. Plus tax.Cut to a few weeks later, the alterations are complete, but the bottom of the dress is completely unhemmmmed, and rips easily. Whats worse it that the dress is as wrinkled as if it had been tossed into a pile in the corner. My fiance could not understand why this dress looked great after being shipped from China to Tustin, but looked more wrinkled than a bag of prunes soaking in a hot bath for an hour after being in the hands of their alterations expert for a week.Mary me bridal kindly offered to correct the rumpled mess... for a mere extra $100 fee. Oh yeah... cash only. Plus tax.In short, it is not unreasonable to assume that these cash only transactions are not being reported to the IRS, and an audit will be appearing in the near future. If you are lucky enough to find your perfect dress here, please save yourself the trouble of getting it altered in house. Even better, attempt to purchase your special gown elsewhere. We hope we have saved you some stress. Happy wedding!

Wonderful staff and dress selection. Though it was crowded, they were very accommodating and did everything they could to make me feel special.

I dont know about the bridal side but we got our bridesmaid dresses here and we never got a call to let us know they had arrived, when I called to inquire, she said Oh I cant possibly call ALL the bridesmaids, I tell the bride, and it is her responsibility to let her bridesmaids know. First, she never told the bride, hence why I called, Second, I paid for my dress, I gave the credit card, I should get the call. A little goes a long way in customer Service, I wish I knew the womans name but she was so rude, and her response, well, that just tells me shes LAZY!!
