This was my first adult experience at Boot Barn and I fell in love as soon as I walked in the door. Rows and rows of boots and lots of western apparel for both men and women. I scored my long awaited first pair of real boots which are absolutely beautiful and wearing in very nicely so far! My boyfriend got a flannel shirt, belt, and a new wallet. We loved absolutely everything about the store and had to leave before we bought everything in sight. If you love country wear you must visit Boot Barn.

This location was clean and had a pretty nice selection of goods . Unfortunately though not a friendly vibe at all ..... was in the store for over an hour and not one person says even a hello or a smile ... not a good feeling, won’t return there.

Great selection of footwear. Me being me and I take multiple visits before I buy. I ultimately went against my purchase and to be honest. I’m an idiot. I should have purchased from Boot Barn.Staff very knowledgeable and attentive even though I’m picky and could not make up my mind.Location is right off Tustin Street, parking and store entrance is to the rear. Overall wish I had purchased my footwear here rather than what I bought.

Nice store with a good selection of cowboy boots, wallets, Jeans, belts, shirts, belt buckles. You can go in as dressed as an accountant and transform your self into a cowboy from head to toe. I noticed one thing though, the selection for exotic boots is limited, but not to blame the store is just probably the trend. People are more thoughtful nowadays about conservation of the environment. Still I missed my nice Eel skin cowboy boots.Service is excellent, their are always checking if you need anything and they are ready to advise you if you need it.

Great selection in the store for trying on boots before you buy. I came in looking for pull-on work boots, of which they had plenty.The shelves can be a bit disorganized, so it can be difficult finding different sizes.Help can be hit or miss. It was average this time, I needed to ask a couple times before someone would help me.Boot Barn is a great place to shop for boots, hats and clothes. Its a bit more expensive, but the ability to try on different styles and sizes makes it worth it.

Customer service was great! Peter was very helpful. He went out of his way to look for the boots I was interested in. He kept his words by calling my husband within 48hours(he was off the clock).

The staff was friendly,pointed me in the right direction however the Carthart selection was 4 different pieces not a good thing when you are the to Christmas Shop.

The place for Western wear. I get Wranglers, boots and Western shirts at this location. Friendly, helpful service. Adequate dressing rooms. Prices are a bit steep. But clothing quality is great.

Dropped in 20 minutes before closing, and the young lady took great care of me! they were not in a hurry to close, and let me search through a ton of cowboy hats to get the right one! The location look pretty cool I just wish I had more time to check it all out!

Great selection of western wear. Boots, Hats, Belts, Jeans etc... We showed up 15 minutes before the store closed and the employees where still very helpful and courteous. We finally made our purchase about 30 minutes after the store was closed and did not feel rushed at all. Spent about $500 on our get up for the Route 91 concert in Vegas. 🙏🏻

Staff most certainly wanted to assist.i really just wanted to see how cowboy boots fit.i am usually in tennis shoes,so any suggestions are welcome.not pushy just asked if I needed any help so he answered a couple of ?s and let me browse.it was enough to point me in the right direction.i did find your best bet is to try on before you buy.boot sizes change in to erea dependent on style. All in all they had enough styles sure to bring a smile.i have shipped here as well as other locations and seem to find good staff.so my hats off to boot barn.god bless america
