Also, the store has added lots of convenience items to their inventory like laundry, food items and other similar products. Its kinda like a mini convenience store with lots of alchohol. AAA in most respects, though some normal brands are more expensive here than other places. They do have great deals and plenty of unique bevs to sample. I love the descriptions and recommendations provided by the signage while shopping, it helps me step out of my comfort zone.

Always great deals for holiday. They got lot of variety and staff is knowledgeable. I asked help with pear brandy and staff was helpful in telling me which one is better and which to buy.

They remodeled the store. Increased the amount of snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Not alot of Mexican beers but it will do for the night.

The workers will make excellent suggestions for the best wines or bottles from the shop to serve at a dinner party. Private wine sampling sessions and champagne nights are a great way to meet new people and have a good time. This establishment is one of my favorites because they offer excellent service. Great store great selection especially 5c n bogo sale

Ive never seen a farmers market like this one! Im a new snowbird who plans to go to the market once a week before April. Ive got some delicious honey and some new fruits and vegetables. I liked that there were both healthy and delectable options. If you like farmers markets, youll enjoy this.

Prices and selection of alcohol isnt as good as Total Wine, but worth visiting to check out their sales, especially if you have a coupon or during their BOGO. Recent renovations are nice. They now offer frozen foods and a limited selection of products akin to a small market.

This wine shop has the best employees and wine in town! I always had a wonderful time shopping for some of the wines here, because everything here is inexpensive. They do have a good standard of wine that you will really enjoy, either for parties or for some celebration. This is the safest way to go! Im sure Ill suggest this to everyone!

You folks are very nice but your beer selection (particularly the 12 packs) has evolved to be very disappointing the last 2 years or so. I liked bevmo because I dont have to refrigerate an entire 12 pack immediately. Historically excellent non-refrigerated 12 pack options. I and my friends purchase mostly blondes, and some lagers and non-ipa ales. Gone are the Hangar 24 options and Guinness blonde has become rare. Today, there werent even slots for Sam Adams Summer Ale or Leinenkugel Summer Shandy. These two are currently on everyone elses shelves (albeit cold). I dont begrudge the IPA and seltzer crowd but weve lost out to them at your store.

Best source of non alcoholic beers for my wife and a huge selection of my favorite Porter beers.

I love all the variety they have. However, i hate how the employees, are always in a rush the get rid of you. If you have questions or when youre at the register! For instance, I was trying to remember the phone I had registered, for the bevmo rewards and the cashier wouldnt even give me time to try and figure it out and just scanned everything I was buying and just basically handed me my receipt and started scanning the purchases of the person behind me and sent me on my way. Customer service goes a long way! And they definitely dont have it!

I downloaded the app during the pandemic so I can order and pick up easily. I placed an order recently and went in to pu. I asked the short lady with curly dark hair at the first check out where I go for online orders. She was snappy with me and pointed me to get in line starting at the back of the store. When I made it to the front, she called on me only to pass me off to a man at the front closing online orders. The line was outside and much shorter for pick up. Kinda frustrating. Lets get it together, lady!

Normally we have a grey experience at this store, specifically. Today, we came in with 20 minutes to spare til close, so we expected to be rushed. We experienced one associate who was sweet, even while reminding us how close they were to close. However, interacting with Diana was a VERY different experience. We found her in an aisle and asked where something was. She answered with a rude, snarky tone. Again, I asked her where something was (trying to hurry so we could let them close) and I received a standoffish, rude tone. At the register, my family was met with rudeness in its raw form when she asked for our reward number.Having worked in retail and customer facing jobs for more than five years, I understand the desire for customers to leave at closing time, however, the tone and attitude Diana showed toward my family was completely uncalled for.Each one of those stars are for the other incredible employees we’ve interacted with at this store. They are always kind, even if they don’t have the answer we’re looking for. And they always check product if we find that they are out. This specific BevMo store over any Total Wine almost any day!!!

I would of given them 5 stars.. but their service needs improvement... i pressed a button on the Glass to get assistance.... 15 min later the guy shows up and ask if I need assistance I said yes Id like to get this bottle of tequila I asked are these your best bottles??? or why are they behind the case are they the ones that get stolen more he said yeah these are our best bottles ss you can see they are a bit more pricey than the ones out here on the shelf... i said ok thank you and he hands me the bottle and says anything else I said no thats all and he walks away i come around the corner and see the same bottle he handed to me on the bottom shelf im just saying there was no need for the bs if you dont know you know simple as that...

Sometimes its almost impossible to get them to open the cigar case. Also the prices on some things Are ridiculous The Parking Is Ok because its hardly ever crowded except for the holidays But they do have a good selection Of hard alcohol If you want wine in anything but a bottle forget it.

My first visit to BevMo and was impressed with the selection and knowledge of the staff. Listened to one of the sales guys on the floor helping customers. He really knew his stuff and ended up helping me with my search.

The staff here are friendly and willing to give any advice/opinions on beverage options. The prices on alcohol and wine are really good for the most part. The 5cent sale on wine makes buying wine more affordable. The beer prices are a little high if you compare them to what a grocery store would charge. Got 2 taps and 2 kegs for our wedding. One of the taps didnt work so we returned one of the kegs full. The clerk at Orange Bev No checked the tap- said the O ring was bad- returned the $6 for the tap but NOTHING for the keg because theres no refund on alcohol. Point is its Bev No fault because of the bad tap and we should get a refund.

I decided to buy two beers I decided to take a six-pack instead because the six pack was 8 something I had exactly $9 and I asked a guy for a back so he said I was short three pennies embarrassing of course he didnt give me the ba. I could turn around and ask somebody for three pennies but I didnt so I carry my beer on my head home I know I didnt want people to see that I had to talk back in my hand Barbie size that is usually pretty good but Sally I wish our three pennies for my back I live around the corner and with are like four or five times a week

Husband and I went there to get a bottle of Grand Marnier however they ended up being a little bit more expensive than a competitor. However they price matched it and the entire time gave excellent service.

Had a great time doing a beer and wine tasting here with my family. Got to try some new beers I wouldnt normally have tried and its always fun browsing the great selection they have. Wish the prices were a bit cheaper, but I also understand that a large storefront/selection also means a large overhead.

A dude scoured the store looking for what I asked then realized they sold out but he provided a great alternative so I wouldnt walk away empty handed

This might be the smallest beer selection of any bevmo Ive ever been to. Strange arrangement too. Looked like their wine and liquor selection was much more impressive though.

Massive selection of anything and everything alcoholic, with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Whether its a 22 oz of some fine craft beer, or a great cab, bevmo is my first choice 90% of the time. Did I mention they work with door dash for delivery!?

Was in the area for a family event. So no we were not locals but that should not excuse how we were treated. Two words: Terrible service. Nobody greeted us as we walked in and nobody asked if we needed help (except for a disappearing floor associate). There was maybe 4 other people shopping in the store so it was not busy. When we found what we needed the cashier ringing us up was rude and treated us with heavy disdain when we got cash back with our purchase. Giving us this snarky remark about how some people have to work for their money. Excuse me?! That was unwarranted and how dare she assume that I didnt work and was some sort of bimbo trophy wife. I shouldnt have to feel bad for getting something nice for my family and god forbid cash back. Never going back there and neither are my LA family members.A complete polar contrast to the Bevmos in the SF bay area.

Excellent customer service!! They have the Japanese whisky I was looking for. Also, their pricing is competitive compared to other big sellers in the city.

My go to for wider range of choices. Although Total Wine has the largest choice if everything. I guess I go to Bevmo first simply because its closer and not located in a place that I have to sit in traffic to get to it.
