Went in for car freshener refills. The employees were welcoming and friendly as we came in. I wish I wouldve gotten the name of the employee that helped us because they were very helpful and kind, that was appreciated. Great experience and will definitely be back, thank you!

My sister and I came in today searching for Halloween products. We were greeted by Alex and Servie. We asked Alex if they have any Halloween stuff in yet. She told us wait, she was going to the back to check. She came out with a few Halloween🎃 products and we were so excited we bought a couple of things. Alex was excited about the Halloween stuff too! Servie helped me at the register and was so sweet & helpful. Alex and Servie, thank you both so much for your customer service, we will be back to this location because of you both. Cant say much about the deals at this location, simply because all locations have the same deals. So, customer service is amazing. All the employees at this location are very helpful. Love this location because of the kind employees and helpfulness of all who work here. Clean store and a small store but always have a great selection of lotions, candles, body sprays, hand sanitizers, hand soaps to choose from. Below is the receipt for what I bought, 50% off on the Rose Quartz body cream and 75% off on the Under Water Oasis body spray, happy with the Sale cost, happy with the wonderful scent of both of these products and happy with the amazing customer service at this location. Workers very friendly and helpful and the store was very clean and nicely decorated. All safety protocols were being followed also.

I love Bath and Body works. The staff is always super friendly at this location. They follow the social distancing guidelines, so when youre allowed to inside the store its not crowded.

Great service and pricing the day I went, which is why I went that particular day (special sale day). Sales lady went out of her way to find the scents I was looking for. They didnt have exactly what I wanted, but she brought me back several close matches I was able to choose from. I appreciated her helpfulness very much!🤗

Make sure you find out what deals are being offered for the day you shop, they advertise buy 3 get 3 free...not always what is advertised, went in bought (1) 3 wick candle get the 2nd free & buy 3 get 3 free and it still cost me almost $90.00, WHY...that deal 3 for free wasnt offered on that day, but was noted at the entrance.😕

Love this place. Could shop for hours but then I would go broke. Every worker here is extremely helpful and friendly. Andy is an amazing worker and my mother and Is favorite employee. She helps us find what were looking and new scents that we end up loving.

This is the best bath and body works in Orange county,not just great stock and amazing deals but the staff is top notch and always greet me like an old friend, especially love the manager Andi!!

Clean store with friendly staff - most famous for their different scents of soups. Every year, they have an annual sale. I recommend you stock up during this time and just use the soaps throughout the year. Otherwise, youll find yourself spending lots of money on soap.

Worked hear years ago the staff is still the same but I do love bath and body works my mother loved it hear the aromatherapy is awesome I just wish the customer service was better

BBW has been obsession from an early age ever since their cucumber melon lotion came out back in the 90s and all the girls just couldnt get enough - including me.Now I just shop here for hand sanitizer and their body sprays. Im not a big perfume girl but I do like to smell good on a daily basis without something that overpowers me and the next person, and the next so on so forth. You know how it is with perfume. BBW has a great selection of body sprays that dont break the bank and last longer than most perfumes. They also last longer on your person and I get some great compliments about how good I smell. Win/win.This isnt a flagship store but thats OK. I dont shop for anything other than the staples I mentioned. Customer service is friendly and I was in and out in 5 minutes with my body spray.
