Nothing terribly fancy but theyve got it all. Im not a professional but i bleach my own hair platinum. Love the access to professional products at reasonable prices. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Found the hair dye I needed. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Easy to find and in a nice shopping center.

The ladies were helpful when doing curbside pickup. Phone lines are super busy. Use this email: [email protected] to email them the items you would like to purchase and provide you name and phone number and they will give you a call.

I was happy with my curbside pick up order. The girls working in there are working hard picking up the products that you want. Phone was ringing non stop for them. I recommend this Sallys beauty supply.

I called the line to make a phone order and no answer, I called right in front of store they said sorry you can email and shut the door and was rude. No managers they are on furlough so basically bad service they should furlough lower then management and keep the managers. This has happened since Saturday she could at least help no she didnt horrible service.

You had to call or preorder via email. The phone calls are not answered or busy dial tone. I emailed based on a cardboard sign at the store. Was answered a couple days later. Was not able to order online at the website either.

After struggling to find the right Sallys I finally found the perfect one here in the City of Orange. I was looking for good & friendly customer service as well someone with experience in bleaching hair. Jessica went far and beyond, in all aspects, to help me achieve my goal. She was friendly, honest, professional, and what she didnt know she made sure to ask. I was looking for Olaplex or something similar and she immediately recommended a new product to prevent hair damage while bleaching and/or coloring hair. She told me that her boss had been to a class just recently and experienced it personally with a friend and managed to get great results. Well so did I. I am very grateful to her because it took many visits to many stores before I found her. BTW... I also discovered that not all the Sallys are consistent with the products they stock. This stores inventory and variety in products are just as great as there customer service. Thank you Jessica :)

This weekend, I decided to dramatically change things up and do something different with my hair so I had it bleached and dyed a fiery red because hey, why not? The whole process took a while but I did that because every two weeks, I can change up the color because its already bleached for me.The stylist who worked on my hair suggested I come here to get some gloves, jelly, a color brush and a mixing apparatus and of course all the fun colors that I wanted to change my hair into. Ive never really done this before so I wasnt sure what exactly to pick up and guess what? All the girls were just sitting at the counter and not moving around to see if anyone needed help.I was told to get the Manic Panic color since its non toxic, goes on faster, and you only need to leave it in 30 minutes plus they have all the colors I wanted - pink, purple, and blue. But..theyre behind the counter and you have to ask for them ugh. The lady didnt seem to care that I was there waiting. I gave her the colors and she just gave me a look - yeah, I want to change the color of my hair. Just give me the damn product. She did however compliment me, try to sell me on the beauty club card but meh, I just wanted to leave.
