They gave me the best quote, and also showed me how they got original parts to fix my car. They also give me a 2yr warranty. Their service is also very thoughtful! They gave me ride both dropping off and picking up, they called to explain the issue and didnt try to add more fees afterwards when a lot of shops tend to do. Honest, transparent and best price! Highly recommend! The owner and employees took really good care of my husband and I after we broke down in a 1981 VW Westfalia Vanagon while on a road trip making our way through town back up to Oregon. It was a holiday weekend and they got us in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered our parts, and had us back on the road within a half day. Friendly people, great customer service, definitely best prices that we could find in the area, very knowledgeable, and their work got us up and running and back home. Thank you Orange Motors!!

Long story short (at least Ill try), my BMW X1 produced white smoke and a burning smell from the engine area. Took the car to Orange motors as I wanted to go to a small business instead of the dealership and hopefully save some money in the process.Addie is the owner and I went in Friday morning after a call with him the day before. Told about the issue and that I had to recently fill in my coolant fluid. I also requested for an oil change since I was at the shop even though I had some miles remaining.Addie called back Friday afternoon and told me it was the radiator that was leaking and it needs to be replaced. Told me he will order the part and work on it Monday. Told me it was a little over a grand total. I authorize it.After several delays, being charged extra, and also getting my rear brake pads and fluid replaced/flush on his recommendation, I picked up my car on Thursday morning and paid close to two grand. I was just hoping the issue was solved. I was wrong.After driving it a little on Thursday, I noticed the same burning smell, but just thought it was some access fluid/oil that needed to be burned off after repair. The next day, Friday, I drove on the highway and the white smoke/burning smell came back, worse than it was before I took it in the shop. Orange Motors is closed during the weekend so I took it back in Monday morning to see what is going on.I was pretty upset, as you can imagine, as the main issue I went into the shop for was not solved, even though it was in the shop for almost a week. Addie and I opened the hood and he saw the smoke and the smell. Only thing he said was the excess oil and fluid just needs to burn off. I got more upset as he did not even check the car or apologize. We had a heated exchange as I was furious the issue was not solved even though the car was in the shop for almost a week and I spent a lot of money trying to fix this issue. He kept saying I need to drive it 200 miles to burn off the fluid and come back if it continues afterwards. After 20 minutes or so of the same argument, I left without resolving the issue.The very NEXT DAY (Tuesday), I feel a hesitation in the engine and the check engine light comes on. I was tired of dealing with Orange motors and Addie and just took it in to the dealership. I just wanted to cut my loses. Took the car into BMW dealership Wednesday morning. They called me and told me the smoke and burning smell was coming from the engine. I picked up my car the next day after spending more money. Its been 2 weeks and no smoke/burning smell or other issues since I went to the dealership.Reviews here are good and Im sure Addie does a good job, but when he doesnt, there is nobody else that holds him accountable as he is the owner. That Monday when I took the car back in was THE WORST CUSTEMER EXPERINCE I EVER HAD. He saw the smoke and smelled the burning, but just tried to say that fluids need to burn off and that its not an radiator issue.I was not a fan of going to the dealership for service/repairs as they are expensive and big corporations, but I guess there is a reason why they can do business. I will never go back to Orange Motors and never recommend them to anybody I know.

I was in Orange County yesterday and my R53 Mini Cooper S snapped the supercharger belt. I was lucky enough to limp the car in to Orange Motors, after a quick Google search, and Addie and his team were able to fix the belt and get me back on the road quickly. Great service and prices considering the emergency situation. Got home safely and the car runs without issues. Thanks again!

So far so good. Ive taken a couple of my BMWs here over the last year or so. The shop is not always the cheapest, but seems to do good work and is knowledgeable about my cars. Ive heard mixed reviews, but I feel Ive been treated fairly thus far.

I brought my Mini in about a year ago or so, was very happy with the customer service, their professionalism and communication. You have to put some level of trust in your mechanic; if youre not there, find another one. Orange Motors are honest, straight-forward, and tell you they are not the cheapest, who wants cheapest. I want the best car care for the best price, that is not the cheapest. Try them, the proof is in the pudding.

Orange Motors is an excellent auto repair shop! Beside being the cleanest mechanic shop I have ever seen, the owner and the mechanics are extremely professional and know their cars. The owner is a very friendly and fun person and tells you up-front all you need to know including price and possible expenses to reduce the surprise risk along the line. I take my car for every little problem including of course due services and have always been happy with their work and price. Thank you Orange Motors!

I absolutely loved my experience at Orange Motors. I drove all the way from Oregon and my VW broke down, I took it in to Addy, he listened to my story and showed compassion for my situation. Ive been bringing my Volvo to Orange Motors since January 2015, and a recent experience with United Automotive Service has made me fully appreciate what an outstanding job Orange Motors does in every aspect of the experience.Recently while driving on the highway the nut & bolt connecting my front left tire to the suspension rod came undone, causing me to lose control of the tire and pull over. AAA gave me a choice of where to tow to, and I requested the AAA certified mechanic closest to my home. The shop, United Automotive service, charged me a $108 diagnoses fee and estimated the cost of repairs at $1300 with a 2-3 day wait.Instead, I had my cat towed to Orange Motors, where they properly diagnosed it, charged $740 and finished in one day.The owners legitimately care about providing the best possible service, which includes explaining exactly what theyre doing in a way you can understand, saving you as much money as possible, and being incredibly courteous. To top it off, theyre extremely talented mechanics and will stretch your dollar as much as possible in order to make the best repairs. Instead of performing the unnecessary alignment United Automotive Service recommended, Orange Motors used the money to replace the poorly installed break pads.In conclusion, I regret my decision to have my cat towed to an AAA certified mechanic- from now on, Orange Motors is the shop I know I can trust.

I was looking to buy a Mercedes S320 and found one but wanted it checked out. We had Addie look the car over and his services were outstanding. He is an expert on Mercedes and so is his mechanic that checked the vehicle over. He was very patient with all of my questions. He provided a detailed list of what was wrong and how much the repairs would cost. The inspection was very detailed and well worth the money. It is so refreshing to find such great service. Highly recommend Orange Motors!

I bought a VW CC Turbo and the car did not pass emissions and one headlight was bad... The dealership wanted to charge me $6,000 for a new fuel tank and a whole new headlight assembely. Addie knew better and was able to fix the leak using wedding and epoxy. The headlight was fine and only needed a new igniter...Addie did the whole repair for $1200 saving me thousands of dollars compared to VW of Garden Grove. I will be going to Orange Motors for everything from here on out!

You get a professional high quality and friendly service that you expect from a dealership type service at much lower price and all staff and management are so friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, I highly recommend these guys for your all your auto maintenance and repair needs...

Ive been coming here since I moved down to the Orange County Area 3 years ago, and theyve been nothing but good to me and my aging 20-year-old 98 Volvo XC70 wagon.They are good honest people who will NOT over charge you, they know their stuff when it comes to almost ANY car no matter what make and model, and they will make sure that the job done on your car is done right.You dont find many automotive repair shops with this good quality customer service, honest labor pricing, or top quality repair work.Its the best Foreign Car Repair shop I know of, so there is no need to take my car elsewhere :)

When it comes to BMW service its best to not look elsewhere. I was treated like a king and everything I needed done got done in a timely manner with no BS.

This place is a rip off. I decided to try a non-dealer MB Specialist and I learned my lessons. I got rubbed $141.00 for an oil change only. On top of that, they quoted me higher than a dealer for break job, so I accepted the lost andI ran away!!! That was a highway rubbery. The owner has an old world attitude (the type that thinks we have to beg them just to look at my car), very rude. Customer service does not exist in this place.I always thought I am paying extra to the dealers nice smile, Customer service, a clean lobbies, and fairly honest straight forward deal... Didnt know that there are places out there that still charges you arm and a leg (in this case more than the dealer) and provide you a lousy service in a shop that remind you of a junk yards.Oh, and about all the 5 star ratings on this place... amazingly most have no names!!! They are all comments by the owner and the friends....

This place is a complete scam. Went there for an overheating problem, they over charge me labor of 3 hours for $351.50, thats like over $100 per hour. And worst it first fix the problem. This place also over charge on parts also. The owner seemed rushed. Those other reviews are fake, trust me. I met few other people there and those people have one opinion in common, that this orange motors is a scam and overpriced on both labor and parts. My suggestion is not to use this place for anything. I reported this place to better business beurau of california. I wont even let this place fill my radiator coolant.
