I had a tire low indicator light in. I checked the pressure on all of the tires...all checked normal. I stopped in and advised Mike . He took my keys and they looked at the car. Found a nail in the tread. Fixed and out if of there in 15 minutes! On a FRIDAY! Thank you Mike and the technician Frank. Youve earned a customer. Thanks again 👍

I had a front tire blowout after hitting a pothole. I was 20+ miles from home and wanted to get a set of new front tires. I checked reviews and decided to try Daniel’s tire service I called and got Mike who gave me a price for the tires and alignment. Since I Googled it already I agreed if I could wait for the installation and alignment. Mike and Frank were very professional, friendly and helpful when I arrived. I recently started driving for Lyft and figured I should find an honest go to mechanic to start having more routine maintenance done on ny car. I brought my car in last month for an oil change and tire rotation and was very impressed with the clean and well organized shop and the friendly service provided by Frank. So when I heard a grinding sound coming from my brakes I brought my car back here to have new pads front and back. frank informed me that before they did a brake job that they first had to do an inspection and after that he would call me. Much to my surprise about an hour later I got a call from Frank saying the brakes snd pads on all 4 wheels were fine and that there was no charge for the inspection! .I was blown away by his honesty and integrity! He also noticed that my tire pressure sensor was bad on one wheel (something that I was aware of) and wanted to know if I wanted them to fix that. So they fixed that for a very reasonable price and the irritation of the dash warning light was removed and the day without my car was not all for nothing! I can not say enough good things about Daniel’s if you are looking for a friendly and knowledgable auto repair place that is reasonable and honest this is the place!

I went to them today based on an app I was referred to thru my insurance State Farm on Openbay. I had my oil changed and smog check even though technically they dont do smog checks at that location only the location in la habra .. they accommodated me way above and beyond and honored the services. Recently I went out to my car on Friday at 5pm to find my front passenger tire completely flat. I called Daniels and didnt get an answer because it was Friday after 5 and then were closed. I decided to take my car there and drop it off to have the tire fixed. When I got there, one of the bay doors was open and Frank came out to see what my situation was. Even though it was after hours Frank got my tire plugged and got me on my way in about 15 minutes. AWESOME. Thanks for having such GREAT employees Mike. He gave me an update midway through the tire replacement service, and even helped me with the paperwork for a rebate on the tires. I shopped around and found that Daniel’s Tires had the best prices overall. I got a great deal on the tires, installation and alignment. I dealt with Mike (the manager) and his assistant manager Frank, they answered all my questions and concerns and were not pushy to make a sale. Frank, the assistant manager even filled out a rebate form and addressed the envelope for me. Now that’s excellent customer service! I give them and the shop an A plus overall.

Honestly the best service I have ever received with coming here. I came in two weeks ago to replace a flat tire and ended up replacing my back set of tires. All my tires were needing to be replaced but I was on a budget. Tony nicely recommended I rotate my back tires to the front as I have front wheel drive, until I could come in to replace the next two. They also helped me with finding a cost effective tire that would be reliable and had a great warranty. I came back in today to get the other tires done and was met by Frank. Frank kindly greeted me right away and knowing I was in a hurry coordinated with Fernando to ensure they could take care of me as soon as possible. I overheard Fernando mention he was about to take a break when I was walking into the shop but hearing I needed to be done quickly he advised Frank he would take care of me first. Frank, Fernando, and Tony are all amazing they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchases. The staff at Daniels is knowledgeable, honest and make you feel like your valued as a customer. All around amazing service!

Quick and easy and for a reasonable price. Came in with a tire that blew out on the freeway. I was in a big hurry so I dropped it off and approx 30m later they called me to let em know the tire could not be patched. They gave me a quote for a few tire options, I chose the one I wanted and returned later that day to have them install the tire and stow my spare back away under the vehicle. Excellent service and very nice group of guys.

I brought my 2005 Toyota Sequoia Limited in and thought that one of the tyres had a small hole in it that needed to be patched. I ended up being correct and didnt even have to pay for them to patch the tyre. Frank (if thats his name) was very helpful and so was the other man at the register (I cant remember his name as of now). Overall Id say that Danielss Tire Service is 5-stars and very good.

Needed to get an oil change, tire rotation, and make sure everything my car needed was taken care of. I was given an estimated time of an hour and a half. Which was fine since I had homework for my summer course to do that takes about that long or longer. However, to my surprise they were done within 45 minutes! Every question I asked was answered in detail as I am a little skeptical, because I normally take my Honda to Honda for services. This place has taken care of my older cars, so I thought I would give it a shot to save some money. My biggest surprise was not only how much I saved verses Honda, but the time efficiency they had! Really impressed. As always, fantastic service for my car, and customer service! Especially from Tony who helped explain everything to me! Thank you guys for everything you do!

I moved to Orange about 7 months ago and I’ve been here only 3-4 times and every time they have been honest with me about wait times. I have been fortunate enough to be very flexible. When he told me 2 hours for an oil change, I said OK, and he was right. I rode my bike home and got lots of things done in those two hours because I knew what time I had to be done and ready to go back. Honesty is ALL I ask for. If my car is broke, although it might suck, I know I will have to fix it. The pricing has been reasonable and they’ve even fixed a tire with a huge nail in it TWICE with no additional charge. I’m very happy so far. Thank you all and KEEP IT UP! Good car shops are hard to find!!

Tony is the absolute best at what he does. He is honest, hardworking and always goes above and beyond. He explains clearly the services you need and why, and will be honest about when you can wait on something and when you shouldn’t.When he has to order a part or tires not in stock they arrive very quickly, rarely if ever have we had to wait. In our family we now have roughly 6 cars and we would never consider taking them any where else. My husband and I, and now grown children with families of their own all feel the same . Didnt balance my tires after installing them. Got a mysterious flat twice within 24 hours of visiting them...Seems like they want to find a way to make good money off of you by any means? But could all be coincidence other than not balancing my tires correctly. Still, dont know how my tire magically got a hole in it after storing it in perfect working condition before taking it to them to mount.🤷‍♂️

Went there with a flat tire to be fixed. Quotes from places in Irvine were $5-$10 higher. Got there and asked if they could do it while I waited as that would save me another trip - they were busy and said it would be anywhere from 45-90 minutes - not too bad. Well in under 40 minutes I was on my way back to work...and there was no charge...I could not really believe it...but it is true...that is amazing service and for sure, when I need tires I will be checking them out first...fast, courteous, and kind service...I was truly blown away...first time in 17 years in Southern California that I have experienced anything this good...

I needed a tire repaired and Daniels delivered! I got there at opening at 8:00 and was out by 8:30. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and wasnt trying to upsale and require more work than necessary. Will definitely come here for all of my tire needs!

I purchased tires for my 2018 Ram 2500, Just Tires steered me wrong on a set of tires last year then blamed everything under the sun for the tires failing. Tony was informative and appeared to know his products well. They did a great and thorough job. Customer service is a priority. Tony even went above and beyond when he brought me a chair to sit on when he saw me sitting outside on the ground. They have earned my future business.

Went it to get all 4 of my tires changed out, store manager Mike helped me out. Super sweet guy along with his staff, who was very professional and helpful. My total was a bit pricy but reasonable compared to other places. It was also due to the fact that I needed all 4 tires changed out and the brand I picked was more on the high end side than anything. They did give me some great deals and hooked it up. I also applied for the their good year credit card and qualified, and it was a super easy process! I used my card to pay for my services instead of forking out all this money out of pocket. I definitely will be returning here for all my tire needs.

I got an oil change and the service was great at a fair price. One of the great things was that they asked up front if you just wanted an oil change, and they just did the oil change, with some safety checks. They did not try to sell me anything else.

Tony and Frank are outstanding! Ive continued to bring my car here even after moving out of town because of the consistently excellent service. They clearly have the best interests of their customers in mind, and are committed to doing things right, while prioritizing safety and satisfaction. Today was a great example, when they not only helped get me back on the road, but fixed the error that another shop (that Id used in a pinch while on the road over the weekend) made. I have been coming to Daniel’s Tires for over 5+ years. Also, my dad and mom go there as well. Tony is always great! Always has a smile and greets me when I walk in the door. He takes times to help me know what is wrong with with the car. I have had some electrical issues with the my car that took a bit of trouble shooting. Tony figured it out and it was fixed. Even the Chevrolet dealer couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The mechanics are great. The few times I have talked with Frank, he has been great! Always a great experience with honest car mechanics.

Great overall service. I used to bring my 2002 Honda Civic here all the time and they had always taken good care of my car. I now have a 2015 Honda Civic thats still under warranty at my dealership so I hadnt been in for about a year. I needed to get a flat tire repaired and called them to see if they could help. They got me in right away and even comped my repair as a thank you for having been a loyal customer over the years. Tony was very helpful and I definitely recommend the services here.
