If you are in need of tires- this is the place to go!! I compared 4 different local places on the same 4 tires. No place was better than American Tire Depot on price. I placed the order online as they were running a promo and set up an appt. for 2 days later. They called me the next day- tires were in could I come in early. I came after work that night and they had the car back to me in under an hour. What a great crew and great service.

Frank was super friendly and knowledgeable. He called me to let me know my tires were delivered early and installed them within 2 hours. Really happy with the service and great deals at this location!

He has always explained to me (in layman terms) what needs to be done and will even take you to your car to show you so you know that youre not being taken for a ride. He is the best there is!

We have been bringing our cars here for many years. There are definitely other places we can go but we always choose American Tire Depot for our brakes.

These guys are awesome! Andy the manager really is one of a kind... Professional, knowledgeable and he really cares. I bought my daughters’ 98 Nissan Pathfinder in to be checked out since we just purchased it; and there was a lot of deferred maintenance. We got a very good deal on shocks, brakes, tires and a driveshaft bearing.The truck runs smoothly and stops on a dime now. As a dad, you just want whatever your kids are in to be safe and reliable; we feel a lot more safer now! We thought we bought a lemon, but all it needed was a little TLC! Andy also showed me there was a leak coming from the valve covers, but he said that can be fixed later since it was a minor issue.This place does it all even tho the name says American Tire Depot they are all full service shop! Will definitely will be bringing it back for some engine work. 5 Stars!

Found a nail in my front right tire, took it in for a patch. I was in and out very quickly. The nail was found to not have gone through the tire, but they doubled check to make sure I was 100%. Very good customer service and friendly people.

I made an appointment and of course life happened and I was EXTREMELY past my time. The Manager was totally awesome got me in at pretty much the end of the day. Handled my tires and oil changed too. Definitely going back soon for my brakes.

I made an appt at 0800 upon opening, and work didn’t start until 0845 which was annoying after working a 12 hour emergency room night shift just prior. But work was careful and quick, staff was extremely friendly all around, and they gave me a good price for new brake pad installation. I’ll go back for sure and recommend to others.

Was very helpful with my flat tire repair. Too bad it was not repairable. Although I had to ultimately buy a new tire, at least they tried to fix it. (I actually stopped by Americas Tire before going here and the guy at Americas Tire didnt even attempt to repair and tried selling new a new tire right off the bat.)

Friendly staff. Good prices. Service took 2.5 hours to replace 4 tires after a 1.5 hour estimated time. The manager did notify me they only had one technician and he was also training 2 new employees, so it was taking longer.

Watched the mechanic Manual commit fraud by faking the tire balance. Installed a new wheel weight in any random place without putting the wheel on the balance machine. I asked him to check the balance again, watched him put it in the machine this time and it read 1.25 and .75. Showing it was out of balance and proof he didn’t do it the first time as it should have read .00Don’t go here find a better shop

My 2 hour job took 1hour & 45 min. Friendly service techs. My only complaint was only local TV stations, 2,4,5,7 etc. No baseball games

Needed all four tires replaced. I did my tire selection online and then I called the shop. Ordered the new tires with Frank and made an appointment for next day. Very helpful and amiable. The next day I had the tires replaced and the alignment done in 2 hours. The place was not very busy. Guess I got lucky.

Good services good tires prices I ask for a place closed to this they advertised buy 2 get 2 tires free I went inside ask for the promotion the price was $780 for 4 tires in the tire depot I pay $460 for 4 tires and alignment together

2 hour wait time turned into 6.5 hours. I normally get my tires at Costco but this place was a little closer so I figured Id give them a shot. I made an appointment for 10am for 2 tires and alignment service. I was told it would be about 2 hours so I walked back home with my infant in her stoller. It was a nice day so I didnt mind the 4 mile walk. By 2pm, they still hadnt called so I called in to inquire the status. They told me that they said theyd call me when its ready and that the 2 hour wait time was a guesstimate although its been 4 hours at this point. They called back asking if the tires were for the front or back (indicating that they hadnt started it yet) and said it should be ready in 45 min. I took a Lyft back over there and it didnt finish until 430pm. Thats 6.5 hours. I was late in picking up my other daughter from daycare. Whats the point of setting up an appointment then? I didnt even get a sorry for the delay/wait or anything like that. I wouldnt have minded the long wait if I knew ahead of time so I could plan accordingly but a 2 hours estimated wait time turning to 6.5 hours is just unacceptable. Needless to say, I definitely wont be going back.

Great shop. Brought car in for a alignment and was hearing a screech. They found a part broken nd were able to get the part in and replace it within a few hours. This was on Christmas eve. Great shop and great work.

My family has been going to this shop for tires for years and we will continue to get our vehicles serviced here. Went in today for 4 new tires but as life has it my vehicle needed brake maintenance too, with a few other things (ultimately my fault for not doing full maintenance over the years). Though I wasnt expecting to pay what I did, I can certainly say Im glad I did because it drives like the first time I bought it! Took my wifes car in due to a bad plug which was causing a slow leak. They took care of me in very reasonsble time as they were quite busy. Very friendly and didnt charge me anything for the repair.I had first gone to Americas Tire nearby on Chapman Ave. but was informed that if they took the tire off and couldnt replug it they would not remount the tire, even if they didnt disturb the leaking plug. They had only one other customer there and were not busy. Glad I drove a half block to their competitors store!

Went to this location yesterday for a oil change and alignment. What a great group of guys working here. Frank and his crew were friendly and knowledgeable. This place is awesome. Ive been there twice and they are incredible. It reminds me of the service at the tire shop from my small home town up north. Frank is the employee I delt with and both times he made sure everything was taken care of. I will be going to this location from now on.

The manager is a thief. Wanted $411 for unknown tire brand call it IRIS was on sale for $51.74 each on the web when i ask how come they said included tax and installation!! i ask the manger to buy them without installation and i will pay the tax he refuse and he was very rude this place is corrupt bunch of thief dont waste you time to go there.

They were quick and efficient. I bought the kumho tires last year to replace 2 I bought at Costco which wore out quickly. They were so good I bought 2 more so all 4 would match. I researched the reviews online and they got great reviews I had not heard of them until American tire recommended them last year for my Toyota Tundra. They are great. I take high speed trips to Utah and they show little wear and give you a smooth ride

I had to wait awhile but it was worth the wait. I had a mlssing lug nut and they had one for meMade my day.

Got some tires for my truck and I was was told my stock shocks were busted. I said alright cool I’ll get new shocks for the truck. So they put them on with the tires on my 22”s. Ended up spending a little over a rack on that. A week after my truck started shaking. I took it back they said they’ll align the wheels. Me and my dad took it back 5 times, it kept happening then they changed the shocks again. It’s still shaking when I get on the freeway or go over 35mph. MY TRUCK DID NOT DO THIS BEFOREHAND. Haven’t been able to use my truck for almost half a year now.

We use them for years to fix our tires. They are always helpful and they have good prices. If you do not book a time slot via internet you might have to wait.3 months later I damaged a front rim of my car. The rim was completely gone. I drove to the depot showed my problem and asked to install a new tire on the the spare rim. I received later the day a call and they informed me there would be more work to do which i rejected. Next morning, 8 am, I picked up the car with the new tire. At 9 pm I left home and realized the new tire was flat. I spend $50 for Uber and brought the car next morning to a repair shop. They turned my attention to spare rim they used: the rim was broken and the new tire could not hold the air pressure. They did not see that???? I basically bought two tires within 24 hours. Not cool

I went in on a Friday morning to get a complimentary tire pressure check and found out that one of them had a nail in it. The tech made all the right recommendations and honored my tire certificate and had it patched up and out of there in less then an hour. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Cant beat the price or customer service!Lalo was incredibly friendly over the phone and answered all my questions and even gave me a quote.I called/ visited 10 other places and NONE of them could even come close to American Tire Depots price. Not to mention, other places tried to up sell me when I walked through the door.Lalo was at the front door to greet me with a handshake when I finally made my way to American Tire Depot. Jesse the manager was close by to help me make my decision on what was needed for my car. I got 4 tires and an alignment with an added warranty.They finished within an hour and told me to enjoy my Saturday! Both Jesse and Lalo were incredibly kind and helpful to not only me, but every other customer that came through the door.It is easy to see why they have so many repeat customers! Both of my headlight bulbs were out, so I went to Autozone bought new bulbs. I was able to remove them but was having a hard time clipping them back in. So after about 30 mins of messing with it I went back in 2 more times asking for help, just to be told oh you just put them back in the same way you took them out. I messed with it for another 20 mins or so until I gave up. I then went to American Tire across the street from me to see if they could help. First I was greeted by a nice man named Nick and he had Izzy or EZ help me out. They were both so helpful and nice. Thanks guys, I will be back in the future.

This facility provided a great price that brought me in for new tire needs. Part of the tire replacement is the include vehicle inspection. They report abnormal shocks which I was not aware of just though by tire condition was the problem. American Tire provided great service and great quality of products.
