Be Forewarned... They neglected to put the center caps back on my wheels after I bought new tires through Amazon and Sears Auto Center was my only service choice (62% rating🙁). On the initial call to inform the manager of what happened he offered to replace them if they couldnt find them. Then quickly on the 2nd call kept insisting that they were already missing... When Im the owner of the vehicle and hes going to sit there and argue with me... Lead me to question the ETHICS of this place and who I was doing business with. Well very quickly the time went from were going to replace them to no your wrong, your lying... they were already missing Im paraphrasing but I was angered and shocked to hear that their paperwork showed I signed for it when I NEVER HAD THEM MISSING IN THE 1st PLACE... HE INSISTED I LOOK AT HIS DOCUMENTS BEFORE I BEGAN MY REPORT TO SEARS... FORGED! Unprofessional, liars AND cheats! You decide if you want to do business with this place... Be Forewarned... They dont do smog but they have helped me with a free alternator test.

Ose, Tony and Alfredo were professional and welcoming. I needed to install my new set of tires that I had purchased and sent to this location. Unfortunately Amazon sent the scheduling email to the wrong email and I needed to this done asap to ensure employment. They got me in less than 24hrs and were patient and curteous the whole way through. Couldnt be more grateful and appreciative. Also no such thing as a better deal than Sears.... Believe me, best prices for products that would be easily twice as much elsewhere. I know because the places closer to home offered price matches but when I quoted them $16 per tire to weigh and balance they said Cant go that low, $22-$25. So thanks again to Jose, and the crew. And FYI the mall is open to cruise through while waiting.

Unreliable. Due to inconsistency and lack of follow up, I can no longer support this business. Prices are affordable but service in the last few years has really gone down. My advice, find a good, reliable trustworthy mechanic.

The work has been great, professional, and timely! My experience with the Auto Centers has been EXCELLENT! Ask for the Jose Luna; Service Manager for I have been dealing with him for years. However: if he is unavailable, every member I have dealt with has been better, more professional than my Car Dealer!Many thanks Sears Team!

I dropped off my car to get a battery tested and replaced if need be. I was quoted 45 minutes to 1 hour.Apparently, they were done within 25 minutes of handing them my keys. I received a phone call promptly. Thank you for your nice, friendly, quick and professional service.Second time here recently. Both times I was pleased.

Hello the service was very bad just for oil change they took 2 hours and also they have updated incorrectly the odometer wrong instead 97579 they have updated to 4044 miles.They need to correct my odometer in the Carfax.

I was very impressed at the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. It is very common for mechanics to do you dirty and give you false info on your ride, being a female. However these guys really helped me out with my vehicle. Alfredo was awesome!

I have mixed reviews I just get the vibe they are all beginners and really they dont come across like professionals. Just like door to door salesman. If I love the location just run downed build and the staff always seems like they have something more important to do.. they are not an assert to Sears already problems customer retention.

I brought my car to Sears Auto Center in Orange for oil change. I was waiting more than expecting time. Then, they told me there is another part of my car need a replacement ( belt). I agreed to pay extra for part and labor to change the belt. After all, I drove my car to work today while I heard a bad noise coming from underneath of my MB. I pulled over and noticed they forgot to fasten the plastic protecting covering under the car. Car is drive able but it had a loud noise. Later, I could talk to store manager and they tried to solve the problem.

The worst customer service experience ever; was in for a service 05/26 and after waiting nearly 2 hrs past the promised time my requested tire rotation and alignment was not done - I was told they are just extremely busy and I could bring it back another time - fast forward to yesterday 06/12; I arrived before they open (had a 8am appt), the first thing that was a clue is when the guy helping came back from getting the mileage the first thing he said was my friend had the same car and rebuilt the engine at 100k miles; my car is barely at 60k and that had nothing to do with my request today for the missed alignment and tire rotation?He proceeded to say (after I told him Im only at 60k and didnt need any engine service today); that my tire rotation and alignment were not apart of the order that came in so he could see if they could touch my car, I took my keys out of his hand and let him know Id NEVER EVER come back there and advised the other several upset customers in the store to leave as well...

I came here because I heard a lot of good things about this place but unfortunately it was to good to be true. Came for a simple break evaluation and it took 3 hours to find out what I needed on top of the exaggerated prices. I was disappointed

Bought goodyear tires on Amazon. Picked this location for installation. Amazon shipped it here and a guy named Eric signed for it. Came to get tires installed. They said tires are lost. What a shady place. I didnt lose money because amazon is very good with refunds, but I wasted a lot of time. I have my own theory of what happened here, but you can be the judge.

Went there for an alignment. They couldnt get a nut off. So had part of the alignment done. But I was not charged anything. I know they spent some hard time with my car and were more than fair. Put it all back together and off I went. Thanks anyways!

Bought tires through the Amazon / Sears partnership and was told tire rotations for life. Came to have my tires rotated and was told it would be 15 bucks. Inconsistent information bugs me. 1 star but I figured more people would read a 2 star comment.

Very poor customer service. Went in to see about tires and the representative tells me he can only get one kind of tire. Of course it was the most expensive tire they had. I said okay no problem we will take business elsewhere and it didnt bother them in the least. Called the buena park auto center at sears and they find me tires for 1/2 the price. Avoid the orange sears and head to buena park for better service. Wish I could rate this place a ZERO! Also find it odd that the manager only thanks the good reviews. Maybe you would have better reviews if you would take care of the customers that are upset.

I purchase tires from here, I got a flat and they can no longer do special order because according to the rep they have no funding. AVOID purchasing tires from Sears, theyre officially dead.

Easy process and customer service

I have been waiting for 55 minutes to get my car battery checked and supposively they have no one helping me. I wonder why Sears is going bankrupted. The guy in the front is ignoring me, two other customers have left since I’ve been here.

Really quick! It might have just been good timing, but they said it would be 1 1/2 hrs, but only took 45 mins! About $22, and they gave lots of suggestions and help.

WTHI look over every 20 minutes, and these guys are struggling to breath after a few walks.THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS . VERY LAZY LAZY LAZY.THE GUY AT THE FRONT NAMED TONY IS SOOO LAZY.
