Waiting 1 hours for trans fluid, and 2 feet of hose, was first in line. Beyond frustrated, the other employees should have helped after seeing it take so long.

Watch out for their drivers on the road, Not sure what this guy was doing but was literally weaving in and out of traffic with his car. I have the license plate but will not post here for privacy concerns.

Really nice guy there..

Called earlier in the day requesting a part(battery) and was quoted at 116.60. They told me they would hold the part for me when I could come in later but when I went in the next shift had no idea what I was talking about. The part was a different price (thankfully a few dollars lower) and had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Good prices but bad communication between shifts.

Ive been coming to this location for about 6 years now. The products are very good! The customer service is even better! Napa auto is a great company!

The staff is not accommodating with returns. They dont follow-up on the promise to look into the problem. I think they are not about being helpful to customers. They still havent followed up on defective products.

The Web site and Google map both say open at 7:30am. No one is even here. Already had 3 other people show up and drove off. Please state your actual hours of operation.I updated Google Map hours of operation, and called Corporate.Once open, the staff was great and really helpful.

This is a small store in the corner of a large Napa distribution warehouse. The store footprint is quite small but if you ask for just about anything they likely have it in stock on a shelf in the back. This shop is hard to find, located in the back of an industrial bussiness center. I received good service when I went.

Prompt help. Very friendly and felt at home like a mom n pop shop. Im shopping there more often.

These guys might as well not exist here! Hard to find, does not honor paid for items and just dont care! At least thats the impression they portrayed when setting foot in their establishment. I was sent here to pick up my part that I had already paid for from a different store. So upon showing up and letting them know my reason for being there, they both older men werent interested in helping me out. I was already frustrated of how difficult it was to find this place, so that kind of attitude was just uncalled for! Steer clear unless youre and older mustache treandy, beer belly individual. Normally they have most parts in stock but if you are calling in be prepared to be placed on hold for about 45 min no joke. Understaffed to say the least.

I haveworked with alot of parts stores over the years and This NAPA store goes above and beyond to get you the right quality part.The store manager does his best to make sure that receive the best and prompt service.

Art is the man. Very detailed and willing to dig for custom solutions.

We had ordered a part last weekend and went to pick it up the store is was ordered from didnt have the part and closed out the order so they never got it and didnt reorder from another place and was told it would take 3 days to get. So got money back and went to Pep Boys and they had it in stock..

Purchased snow cables and told we could return as long as we had receipt and it was in original package. We drive 20 miles to return item only to be told they made a mistake and we couldnt return them...Poor policy, poor business ethics and poor customer service... Im surprised anyone buys from them at all... Never again!
