Absolutely the worst customer service, company processes and result. Over the 7 months that I waited for an ECU repair, I called weekly for updates starting at 2 months. I received only two returned calls over the 7 months even though they always said, “I’ll call you back.” When I did speak with Anthony, David or Greg, they provided me verbal updates that I supplied to them the previous week. How? I began calling the subcontractor directly ( not much better with communication) because the Zstore never had info. In fact, I requested the return of my failed ECU after 5 months with no progress, and they couldn’t even do that. The kicker, Anthony called (shocker) me 2 weeks ago to say “no luck” (getting your ECU from Fuel Injector Corp.) but I already had it returned to me directly from FIC the prior week due to my calls to the subcontractor. I sent my broken ECU to G7, and it was repaired within 24 hours and returned in 5 days. Never again Motorsport, what a joke. I should be paid as employee for my time as I did the work.

Great customer service. The staff was very helpful and patient me. They carry a lot of hard to find parts and i was really happy I was able to find them locally. Prices were very competitive, I would recommend checking here before looking online or elsewhere.

This small place is great, everything you might need in one place. The people working there are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I will definitely be a long time customer.

Best place for Datsun/Nissan parts and accessories

I went there and was able to speak to Anthony and he is a great guy, with plenty knowledge of Datsun parts, very humble and polite person. Great place to find your Z parts.

Just bought a 89 z31, I called them a few times and talked to Andrew. Awesome dude! Told him what was going on with my car and told me what was wrong with it. Andrew was very knowledgeable. helped me out multiple times. Definitely will recommend them to a lot of people.

If you own a Z, this is the place to go. Honest and helpful, they are in it for the passion. Hard to find parts can be annoying to acquire, these guys have the leads on everything. They have helped me out on 4 different occasions and offered any and all advice in getting my car ready. Even when they cannot locate something or find a solution to my problem, they make calls and get me contacts to help me. I got my AC working, passed SMOG, and got my wipers worked out thanks to their expertise. You wont find everything at this shop, but you will have the information needed, getting you to where you need to be. Give them a call, send an email, or stop by, I swear, I feel spoiled by this group.

I ordered a rod bearing for my 280. It was $14.00. I thought this was somewhat high but I like dealing with local merchants. Imagine my surprise when half a bearing arrived, not 2 halves, with $12.00 shipping. Most places sell them as a set. At $28.00 a set I thought this extremely high. Their answer to this was they are made in Japan so worth the money. Not my money tho.

This is an amazing store if you own a Datsun (Nissan) Z-car. They have virtually every part customers would need to keep their classic Z on the road. I have purchased from them for many years. The customer service representatives are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible customer service reps. Had to speak to multiple workers to finally reach the manager because they sent my package to the wrong house and was trying to make us pay for shipping again?! I am not trying to get scammed out of my own purchase. Will never be buying from them again, overall I’d say the worst online store I have visited for my 350z so far. Hope this changes your mind when looking for a quality company, never buy from these guys...

I have done business with Motorsports Auto for over 20 years and bought many hundreds of parts from them. I have always been treated fairly and the parts have been great. Highly recommended!

I bought some adjustable camber strut mounts from them and the shop that was going to put them on ended up losing some of the washers that came with them. I called Motorsport Auto and asked if I could buy the washers so I could mount the parts. The customer service rep told me I had to buy 4 new mounts ($260 worth of parts) in order to get what amounts to roughly $4 in washers. You would think they would help out a customer who just bought $260 worth of parts from them, but obviously they didnt feel the need to do the right thing. If I could give them zero stars I would.

They are enthusiast but they are a little on the expensive side but they are the only local place to find these parts so thats understandable. Overall a good place to go for Datsun parts

Great parts, prices are a little high, but its worth it if you need the parts now. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Ordered connectors for AFM and TPS sensor, they came with smaller gauge wires than whats on the car stock, and one of the wires on the AFM wasnt secure and popped out. When communicating with the Motorsport rep (Alejandro?), his best advice was to push it back in, and that it should be ok. He also acknowledged the smaller gauge wires and had no issue. To Zmotorsport, I shopped you for over 20 years because I chose to, not because I needed to. Quit buying cheap parts, and supplying customers with cheap parts, and when we inform you of it, say thanks and improve, instead of instructing your customers to deal with it. My 2 cent.
