Not very happy bought 2 rims that cost me $2000. Waited a week for them to show up when they finally showed up they shipped the wrong rims !! When I called to let them know & to ask if they would ship the right ones out ASAP next day I was told even though it was their fault they would not ship the rims until they received the wrong rims they shipped me so my truck is stuck in the shop & I have to pay for storage until the rims get here!! That’s a great way to treat you’re customers when you mess their order up!! Also the reason of having to purchase the extra rims is because there is a hair line crack on the inside of one of the rims I purchased 6 months ago that is a manufacturer Defect that they won’t take blame for don’t buy from this manufacturer cause it don’t matter how much you spent they don’t stand by their product I spent $5000. On my rims for 6 months & I had to pay to fix their mistakes

Poor business practices. Giovanna reached out to my company for products and offered a trade for wheels in exchange. We sent our exhaust and we never received our set of wheels as agreed. Over two years later. The owner ignores my emails. Messages and calls. Shady business beware.

Worst experience ever! Bought some of these junk Giovanna wheels brand new. They formed a crack by the spoke, had it check out and the shop said its definitely a manufacturer defect and said call the manufacturer. Ive had the wheels for less than a year and spent almost 2 grand on these things. I called and first the customer services is just plain terrible. They were so rude on the phone. I told them about the issue with the wheel and they say well we dont deal with the public there is nothing we can do so youre out of luck call the dealer where you got them. Called the dealer and the dealer says yeah they are terrible and will probably not replace it under warranty that they never do and they conduct terrible business so they stopped dealing with them. So youre telling me 2 grand and less than a year with them on had them on for a total of 2 months and now I have to buy a whole new set because of one wheel. I would not buy from them they are junk and there customer support is non existent. I will never in my life but another set of Giovanna wheels.
