I’ve found they have much better prices than chain auto parts stores and their customer service is pretty good.

Good fast service, they were 1/2 the price of Auto Zone, ordered over phone by the time i got there it was ready to go. Their parts store looked very cleaned and very organized. I will take my business there first. Thanks guys ill see you next time.

They by far had the lowest price on the alternator I was looking for... They even beat Clarks in Bellflower which is known for their awesome prices. Customer service was awesome! The pulley on the new alternator was for a wider belt so they walked over to the Pep Boys next door and had them swap pulleys with my old one (no extra charge).

Was ok, they definitely have cheaper parts for your vehicle that you are looking for repair. but they are also not name brand as well as third party parts. also the dude I was talking to about the issues I was having seemed like he was becoming irritated that I was talking to him (Lil Asian dude).

Cheaper than most places, never had a problem, alternator, starter, rotors and brakes. Will come back if I need too..
