A++++ / Top Notch service!! Cant thank enough!!! I showed up last week at closing, keys in hand and the business was on lock down. I was in desperate need of help. The horrible Santa Ana winds that day blew the hood of my trunk off track and I had a rope tied around my car to keep it closed. Everyone stayed and I had 3 guys fixing my car in the parking lot. It was fixed and I was on my way in 10 min. I couldnt be more grateful. ( and my husband takes our cars there all the time, and he always receives this kind of quality service )

I have been going to Santiago Hills Auto since moving to this area 18 years ago. I put in a very positive review many years ago when the manager at the time was Bill. Rami Sobh took over management when Bill left and I have to say Rami and his wonderful staff are absolutely terrific. Not only are they extremely efficient and knowledgeable, they are just good people. Whenever I take my car in I know that Rami and staff will do a fantastic job at the fairest price. I feel they genuinely care that car is in great condition as they’re utmost concern is my safety. I trust and like this shop so much I would never go to any other auto repair shop! I very highly recommend Rami and Santiago Auto!!!

This place is under new management and ownership for about a year now. Fantastic service. Manager Rami and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I go there when my 3 cars need service. A ++.

This is the best place to take your car. Rommi is honest, saves you as much money as he can and the shop does high quality work. We take all our cars to Santiago and love that we can always get the car cleaned before we pick it up too!

I moved to the neighborhood recently. Had a flat tire. Google searched for the nearest shop to fix the tire. Found this place. Super nice staff. The manager, Rommi was so pleasant and friendly. My flat tire was fixed immediately. I couldn’t believe that he didn’t charge me. I insisted to pay, but he said because I’m a new neighbor he likes to do it for free. It’s not about the money, it’s the character that counts. I’m glad I have a trustable shop nearby just in case. I have already recommended this place to my neighbors and local friends.

Great service with reasonable prices

Took my van there for a hand wash and when I drove it home I noticed the rear window wiper was on. Took a quick walk around to check back there and found the plastic washer nozzle and cover were torn off.Immediately drove back and asked to speak to the manager. He told me it was impossible because it was a hand wash place and that I was totally in the wrong and refused to speak to me... turned and walked away rudely.Of course, the plastic part could have been torn off by someones towel getting stuck and then being pulled hard.Just be warned, if your car gets damaged, this will be the likely response.

This is large facility with complete auto repair and smog check. I had my car washed after the smog test.
