I wish I could get a 5-star service like the rest of their customers...I’m still waiting since August 15th and here it is October 24th! They have given us3 installation appointments but no one has shown up. We have to call them to get an update, just to get the run around. No straight answers, only excuses! My next call is going to be BBB if I can’t get quality service like other customers that are being serviced before me! Why am I even waiting this long? I guess I’m a nice guy that gives people the benefit of the doubt and second chances.

When I originally searched on Google for window tinting, Southern Glass came up on my search as the 2nd listing. So I called them up, after calling the first company and striking out. Come to find out, these guys havent tinted windows in over 20 years!?!?!?! The lady on the phone was very nice and cordial about it, but thats not the point. Why are they listed there? Either they, or Google search, needs a fix so that peoples time isnt wasted.

Southern Glass was very fast and courteous. Had my windshield repaired in just a few minutes.

I work for a local governmental entity and we have a large fleet of vehicles. I have to get multiple quotes each time and Southern Glass is always the lowest and best bid. The customer service is impeccable. it is great to be able to use local vendors that give great service at a great price.

Southern Glass did an excellent job on our office remodel. Doug came out multiple times. He never complained when we had changes to our order. Our glass doors and windows are perfectly level and square. They could not have done a better job. Excellent service and performance at a reasonable price.

Needed a quote for a home after Hurricane Harvey flooded the house and the seals went bad in 7 large (4x6) windows. They responded promptly (considering the amount of quotes they must have had at the time) and their price was very reasonable. they will get the job, once the other sub-contractors get done with the work leading up to the windows.

Ordered a windshield for my car and made an appointment to get it installed. I live out of town so the morning of my appointment I tried to call several times to make sure everything was in place before driving to Orange. No one would answer the phone and when I arrived to my appointment I was informed they used the part that they ordered for my car on someone elses car and I would have to wait for another one to come in. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered 1 piece of glass and the company whoever they send it to couldn’t even make that right. And I had to call them to see if it was in and drove all the way out there and then found out it wasn’t right. Now I have to wait another week!!!!
