Like new is my go to place when i have had a wreck. They made sure everything was fixed right and in a timely manner. They worked well with my insurance to make sure all damages were reported.They have also installed replacement bumpers and accessories and were right on the price for everything. Highly recommend Ross and his staff. Very professional

We have taken our cars to like new for years. Each time the work was done exceptionally well and on time. This last occasion the final repair bill was significantly below the original estimate. Russell also found an unrelated electrical problem with my vehicle. Russell did a lot of personal work attempting to identify a factory recall or service note that addressed my issue.I will not take my cares anywhere else.

Go Somewhere Else... What was supposed to be about 2 weeks turned into over a month (pushed back bc its an issuance claim) which exhausted the rental coverage. Then after getting the car done they needed to repaint most of what was already done bc it was shoddy work with waves, orange peel, over spray, dripping paint/clear, and untouched damage still needing repairs which they didnt see or care about. Then they managed to repaint in 3 days(compared to the previous month for the first paint). After repainting, it still has misaligned &loose panel fitment, wrong & missing push-pins&screws. I had to clean the interior and engine bay bc it was very dirty from them. I wont return.Jake was accommodating and understanding but it mostly boils down to shoddy work. I could go on with the issues... It couldve been worse, but not by much. Look Elsewhere

If you do not have a body shop you trust and you live in the Beaumont/Orange area; these guys are the best in the business. If you do already have a place to trust; these guys are better. I won’t call anyone that says otherwise a liar, but if people say otherwise, they are lying.

This place literally lied to me about my insurance claim agent visiting. They straight up told me they ordered parts and that my agent had come by and given them an estimate. Not trustworthy. I was being reasonable and I started off by saying I wasnt rushing or in a hurry and they still lied to me. Do not recommend.

Very good and they dont seem to have any agenda to get to you on their prices and they really helped my mom telling her information that we were not aware of thanks Mr. Russell

I am being nice by giving this place two stars. The only reason I am is because my experience could have been much worse.This place was recommended by Guilbeaux towing while we were getting our vehicle towed from a wreck. Not knowing where else to take it during a moment of confusion I agreed.My jeep was rear-ended and had minor damage compared to the car that hit us. They had my jeep for over a month.The cost was over three grand and they left the job unfinished. The rear taillight was not replaced. Something so simple was left undone causing me to get a ticket a day after I picked it up. The back door is no longer flush with the frame and yet was left untouched by them. Like new is far from what they offer. I’m not sure what I was charged for but the only new thing I see is the bumper.All of my items were moved from the backseat to the trunk area and a hoodie from Amsterdam was taken.On top of all of this the yard they work from is so stuffed with junk and others broken vehicles it is hard to even park. I will never bring my car here again and hope that Guilbeaux doesn’t talk any unknowing person into bringing their vehicles there.
