Wow, well managed establishment; amply stocked, smartly displayed mechandise, politely professional cashiers, common sense approach manager, and exceptionally clean common areas (bathrooms too).

They have quite a range of good stuff in there. The employees are super friendly and helpful

Compare to Hobby Lobby, and Walmart, Michaels is the best place for silk flowers, especially, the roses and orchids. They look and feel so real but last forever. Of course, they cost a little more but if you watch for the coupons, its not that bad.

I bought a cricut when we got home we realized it was an open box and all the extras that were supposed to be in the box were missing. We attempted to use it it kept flashing red so it was not working. I decided to take it back they refused. They said no return or exchange on cricut and we need to call cricut customer help. The thing is it was Friday evening and customer help dont open til Monday and my daughter needed it for a weekend project. Very disappointed I shouldve ordered from Amazon! Dont understand why me the customer should deal with this trouble when Michaels sold us an open defective machine.Update: I contacted the manager I was told to bring it for return. It was a mix up glad it was sorted out. Thank you

This Michaels is great! I was really impressed that employees were actively upholding the mask mandate, making sure every customer was wearing a mask correctly over their mouth AND nose. It made me feel safe and valued in the store. Everyone was constantly sanitizing surfaces to ensure everything was clean! I like that if you feel you can not wear a mask you can order online and have your purchase brought out to the car to you. And a big thumbs up to Stephanie and Heidi for being outstanding employees helping me find cute Halloween decorations. Even got to use a coupon that knocked 10 dollars off my purchase.

I just ran in with my wife for an item exchange. She purchased a picture frame that was the wrong size. The Michaels staff handled the exchange exceptionally well to include applying a coupon she used for the original purchase. In and out in no time.

Havent been out and about in awhile. Was sad to see the shelves for paint and polymer clay supplies pretty empty. Seeing all of the Halloween craft supplies and decorations cheered me up, though!

Understaffed but everyone was very helpful. Low on stock and/ or out of stock on items I was there for, but that seems to be the going rate of most Michaels stores Ive been to since COVID-19 shut everything down

I like this store, its a fun place to shop so yeah a 5 star is what I give it.. The people that work there is also worthery of a 5 🌟

Good variety of yarn for my crochet projects - I am currently working with Lion Brands and Michaels carried every color of the yarn I am using.

Use to work for them and still shop at their stores after all these years. Prices I feel are not always the best but I still come back to my local one. What they dont have other stores will have and cheaper, but for a brick and mortar store Ill keep coming back.

First time in a long time coming to this Michaels. I got yelled at by an employee for not having my mask over my nose. I told her I was medically exempt, and that my asthma doesnt allow me to breathe properly wearing a mask, hence the reason why I got an exemption. She processed to give me attitude in front of my children and other customers. Her name is Heidy btw. Be careful you may get yelled at! She may also compare your health issues to others like her mother.... how rude! I did call to speak to a manager because this is unacceptable.

I ordered a white satin ribbon for curbside pickup. I opened the bag and the ribbon was unraveled, pulled from packaging, and dirty. Looked like a returned product. Had to go back in to store to ask for a replacement & go find it on the shelf. Did the employee packaging orders not care, or was merchandise tossed around enough to be in that condition? Was not a good experience & disappointed. Check your merchandise before leaving.

This location is rather large and connected to an equally large shopping center just be careful where you park can be very busy at the end of the store row

Michaels, the wife loves Michaels, and so does my son! Lots of Arts and Crafts and Holiday merchandise. Great prices and coupons, try to visit before peak times as lines can be up to 10 people, but the cashiers are always fast.

Great store for getting crafty. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable when I asked them where something was. My go to place when I need something for one of my hobbies.

Not enforcing masks, and no ability for the staff to assist. Very understaffed, but the employees managed to hold it together as best they could.

Large selection of items. Lots of artificial flowers. I bought some tee shirts. Much cheaper than a regular clothing store. We bought a decoration for our door and beads for jewelry.

This Michaels is a nice one. Staff is helpful with locating specific items. I wish that some of them would brainstorm with you, if you are working on a project and not exactly sure how to finish it. Would definitely come back.

Ive been here a handful of times since we moved to the Orange area, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful! Plus, they have great sales prices practically all the time & almost everything you can think of for arts, crafts, seasonal decorations, etc.

Finally, a craft store with fun stuff that guys might like using, and doesnt stink of potpourri! And after decades of severely outdated cash registers, they finally upgraded - still cant use Google Pay though, which is worth half a star for me. Other half star deductions: checkout lines are absurdly long; they have a whole three carts with four working wheels, good luck finding one that doesnt go strictly in circles.

The store is very cramped. They have tried to fit as much product in as possible but it can make it difficult to move around, especially with a cart. Additionally, since everything is so cramped it can be hard to find exactly what you are trying to find. There is a lot of good products available and they are the same Michaels prices you would expect but it is harder to locate them.

So many fun things, gift ideas, crafts and sales. Never like the long line so thats why one less star.

This Michaels is ok. The staff is average...not overly excited to ask you if you need help, but if you ask they will tell you where things are.The parking lot spaces are awfully small.

I was looking to put together a wrist corsage and boutonniere for my Schools prom coming up. I was able to go in to Michaels and find almost everything that I needed to put that together. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and funny. They call me to my stress is down and help me put together a series of items that will allow me to make the perfect prom accessories.

One of my favorite places to visit. Weekends are busier than normal. And dont forget that they always really great sales and if you join their rewards club they always have coupons for loyal customers.

I always check online for the items Im looking for before I go in the store and it tells me if the store typically carries it - it does not accurately show the inventory though. The store is clean and stocked up and the staff knows how to direct guests to the right place. I am signed up for the coupons, however, the cashier is usually very generous and rings in a better coupon. Lots of parking near the front entrance.
