August of last year(2020) I made a purchase and till this day I have not received it. Most frustrating part of this is that you would expect someone from Titan to reach out and give an update on my order but that is not the case. They never respond to email. Sometimes they’ll answer the phone but they just give me the run around each single time. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing from them it’s my biggest regret to date.

I went in to purchase a gun and ammo after doing a Google search and finding mostly favorable reviews. I was excited to find them. Sadly, that excitement came to a screeching halt once I walked through the door.I entered the establishment and was told to have a seat. I sat and waited as every employee chatted with each other, laughed and paid absolutely NO attention to me.There were 2 customers in the store besides me and I just sat, and sat and sat, for 15 minutes, no service, no help. Im not an expert and I was really looking for people to help me. These are not the guys. Really disappointing.😔As I got up to leave, I was asked if I needed any help.Seriously? Not anymore! Ill head to Fowlers, thanks.

The Showcase is nothing what it looks like on Google Images rifles on racks, its fake. Also had rude service.

Don’t order from here I ordered some gas block shims that were listed as in stock on sept 26th it’s now November 26 I still have not received my order and these people will not answer my e mails or respond to me so I assume I’m not getting what I ordered or a refund...

Excellent customer service had a purchase placed back in February and orders were back up from Spikes. Every time I called they would constantly keep me up to date with any news on my order. Called maybe once every two weeks and each call they were helpful and I know they probably got tired of me but were always there to help. Thank you so much!

This is the most UN gun store there ever was... In a good way. All the guys are helpful and friendly. Its not like going to a gun store at all, where more often than not you would have to chose between the pompous ass, the old grump jerk or the tactical know it all as your sales person. All these guys are great, and a lot of fun to just hang out with. I have literally been to every gun store in the county, this place is the best!

My stepson bought a pistol from Titan plus 1,000 rounds of .45. He was extremely happy with his purchase and weve shared the ammo together and have been very pleased with it. Titan people are very informative and patient with their customers. We had a great experience and it was nice to deal with a smaller mom-and-pop shop.

Worst firearms dealer Ive ever dealt with. Purchased my rifle on a Saturday. Normally you receive your firearm 10 days later. I had to wait 12 days, because they didnt submit my dros application til late Monday evening.Now its day 13, I call and speak with an employee to confirm business hours for the next day. Because they will be closing before I can get out to their location. Employee says, tomorrow well be open at 10am. Well its 1048am and the doors are locked. Because theyre closed. Door says they open at 1230pm.It just keeps getting better! Now that Ive expressed my negative opinion, I will leave a positive one. Their price was very competitive. Lowest around at the time, for the type of rifle I was looking for.

Havent purchased anything from them yet but cant hurt to have another option for weapons around.I did speak with the owner and he seems to be a stand up guy and everything I saw there looked to be made with the highest quality.Had some very fair pricing on bulk ammo too.

Customer service is Very friendly and they recently open to public so you have to wait sometimes because some people are ahead of you in line. Every time I go there, there are always customers. The price is pretty reasonable.

I recently discovered Titan and have enjoyed visiting their office many times since. I’ve had ammo shipped there (the cost is extremely fair), had a gun shipped there for transfer, and purchased AR15 goodies.They really know their stuff with the AR’s. There isn’t a regulation (and best work around) that they don’t know inside and out. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. No big egos like you find at most gun shops—they make you feel comfortable no matter how much or how little you know. I highly recommend them!

The guys here are knowledgeable and easy going. I came in with very little knowledge and left well informed 😎. They take there time and explain everything plus more.

Bought a lower from them at the gun show - waiting the 10 days and called to see if it was ready for pickup, they said i couldnt pick it up until the next day after 3:30. I left on note on their website questioning the waiting period, i get a call from Danny who said that they explained at the show that there would be a delay because of submitting the documentation thought the computer. I told him that was not explained to me, i was told ten day which is the law, Danny was a bit rude on the phone - not sure I will do any future business with them. I can understand a miscommunication but not the rudeness.

Pretty good experience for me. I have purchased double digits in guns from them and everything has been very smooth. Im used to not getting the best service in guns stores because come on.. they are gun stores...These guys have been great as far as my experience with them goes. They seem happy to answer questions about the new weird laws semi auto fast!You guys complaining about gun show purchases and the timelines... maybe stop buying from gun shows and throwing tantrums because you mis understood the weird California process.Just a thought...

Bought a Spikes lower receiver from them. Good group of guys with a good selection of handguns, ARs, and AR parts.

I just had a bulk ammo purchase shipped to Titan from my usual dealer in the East Coast, what I can say is that the stuff was very friendly and I don’t take this for granted due to past experience with Gun Stores ;)
