What can I say I absolutely love Publix I really do they cost a little more but well worth it

Ordered an online veggie sub and when I say I was disappointed I was highly disappointed! I dont know what is happening to Publix but they are completely going downhill. The sub had nothing on it, usually you have to be worried about the abundance of lettuce they would stick on it but this sub had no lettuce on it and hardly any toppings at all. I dont like paying for things that I have to go home and doctor up or add things to. I had to go home and add everything to my sub might as well made my own sub instead of paying for bread. I wasnt even offered help with my groceries to my car. 😔

The staff is always welcoming and so helpful. I am always happy to buy my groceries here!

They have a great selection of meats, fresh produce and baked goods! Their produce is outstanding! Their bakery is First Class! All of my neighbors buy their birthday cakes at Publix. I love their deli, too. They carry Boorshead products. Publix is conveniently located in Oakleaf. It is located in a safe part of Orange Park. I always feel safe shopping there, I even shop there at night.

The store itself as nice and clean and the employees are pleasant. However the customers simply cant be Southern. They are rude if not down right hateful! I have lived here for decades and spent years with the natives who are very hospitable. They have been out numbered in this area. Driving here is dangerous!

Always well organized and with friendly, helpful staff. The parking lot is also kept clean and well lit.

The folks that work here are always in their game. Josh, the manager, is a good fit into the Oakleaf store.

Very clean store and they carry lots of healthy choices! I even found some sausage that i thought i could only get from Louisiana. No more special trips to get this family favorite! The aisles were not busy and I was able to check out very quickly.

Deli department waited on me at 20 mins to closing. First group of employees to not make a bad face at the request of a Publix ultimate sub. Sandwhich was great and service was even better! Thanks to that deli team for genuinely and willingly making a sandwhich at almost closing time.

Always good bakery products and the prepped foods are great. Best subs outside of Firehouse. The store is very clean and the staff very friendly. They are not crowded during the week so go then if you can. Great prices and a pharmacy on site. Love Publix and this is one of the nicest

Seemingly ok, too new of a place to properly evaluate. My first time at night in the area. Too deceivingly calm and quiet, too isolated and a large sprawled community with limited law enforcement activity or presence noticed...Not a good combination of factors for safety of residents, patrons and or businesses employees in the area...My honest opinion, thats all!😔

As an instacart shopper for this store I always recieve the best service. Check out is great besides the bagging. Just a little and unorganized even when I already have our sectioned for them. If you like spending money well this is the store to go to they are so overpriced in there I dont know how you can save money and if you do spend it its all going to the big people up above theres other stores to go to we do recommend checking Walmart for all your perishables and their produce is a lot better its more fresh give me an example if you buy Publix and hold it for three days its out you need to throw it out you buy the same item at Walmart and you get over two weeks so somethings going on over there also Walmarts Dairy is a lot better and a lot portable so reading review we help this help you out

I cant believe I had to wait in a long check out line at a Public. This is not my usual store so I dont know if this is the norm here. Plenty of employees to open another register. At my store the manger will come out of his office and help when it gets busy.

Jovon the FRONT END SERVICE MANAGER helped me to the car with my groceries amazing guy...customer service was excellent through and through...clean and ALL employee seem like they genuinely love to work there. Never in my life living in LOS ANGELES ever see a grocery store manager deliver customer service like that.

The pharmacy staff is so freaking amazing because they are nice and dont seem like they just want to get you out of there. They actually talk and seem like they want to help. Great place because of them. Also the rest of the store staff is also super nice. Never have anyone rude or mean in any kind of way. Only flaw would be the one younger dude at the deli place when I get my sub made he always seems like he doesnt want to be there. Sure jobs suck no one wants to be there but dont make it seem so miserable. I still leave a 5 star because he still does his job well but in a very slow miserable kind of way. But like I said pharmacy is freaking awesome and the cashiers are super nice and chatty as well as everyone else who walks around and greets you. Favorite publix.
