Went down to Jacksonville over the weekend and stopped by for their grand re-opening and they did not disappoint! Food so good, I went back the next day! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the new owners gave exceptional customer service and were very attentive to all the guests. Ill def be back when Im in the area!!
I normally do not write reviews, as I don’t want negative comments for a family run restaurant.But, NYC bagels this place is NOT. I literally had to come home and add my own cream cheese to both of my bagels. The potatoes are the ones for 3.29. I literally think that will be 3 fork fulls of food. Extremely disappointed. I am from Chicago and KNOW how how cream cheese should be put on bagels. This is disgraceful.

I came all the way from Virginia to try them because of the reviews and I was not disappointed!!! Very professional and friendly staff!! Immaculate establishment! This place is awesome. The staff are so friendly and fun. I’ve been here twice, once I did a pick up order because I wasn’t going to get there until right before closing and then another for lunch with a friend. The second time, I customized my bagel and they were incredibly accommodating and just created a welcoming place with great energy. The art work on the wall is awesome and creates a wicked cool backdrop. This place will definitely become a staple in my places to get food.
An excellent (and only) fresh New York Bagel option in Jacksonville with excellent customer service! I recently attended the Grand Re-Opening of the Holey Moley Bagel Bar in Jacksonville. The shop has new owners and an entire shop make-over. The shop is very inviting, clean, and offers a comfortable seating area. One entire wall features a custom-painted mural while other walls exhibit local artwork. There is a neat coffee bar with numerous syrup selections to compliment locally-roasted coffee. There are also display cases with pastries and shelves full of fresh bagels ready to be selected. The Burch family has truly poured their hearts and souls into this fine shop.I ordered several items and was very pleased with each of them. I first tried the KB Special based on a recommendation from the cashier. One of their daily specials, the breakfast sandwich, featured bacon and egg on a French toast bagel drizzled with maple syrup. The was a perfect balance of salty and sweet. I was very pleased and would order it again.I next tried the “Debo” breakfast sandwich on an Asiago Everything Bagel. This sandwich had seasoned chopped steak, egg, peppers, and smoked gouda cheese. This was everything! It was very filling and was a complete meal. I was most impressed with how fresh everything tasted and was shocked (and impressed) to learn they make eggs fresh for every order. They literally crack and scramble eggs for each order. None of their food is waiting under a heat lamp and everything is prepared quickly and delicious for every order.Finally, I tried the Lox on a Garlic Bagel. My choice included the veggie cream cheese layered with fresh sliced tomato and red onion, capers, and plenty of smoked salmon.In addition to the fresh bagels and pastries, there is a very nice coffee bar, plenty of beverage options and breakfast bowls and platters, and sub sandwiches. The shop also advertises catering.It’s very important to point out that this location is called the Holey Moley Bagel Bar (not shop) as there is a different location with different owners.During my experience at the Bagel Shop, I was impressed by the continual interaction between the staff and customers. They treated everyone like family, but also acted very professionally and maintained a clean environment.Overall, the Holey Moley Bagel Bar is a wonderful locally owned and operated business with amazing customer service and outstanding bagels and food. I highly recommend checking them out!
Dropped in for the first time for a quick bite to eat while out shopping with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter. I was hesitant at first because my daughter is a picky eater and it was unknowingly the day of their Grand Reopening and it was CROWDED! But let me tell you.. Although the line was LONG, it moved along fast AND the food was also brought out hot, fresh and in great timing. The atmosphere was friendly from the staff which trickled down to the customers. Very home grown feel, great vibe and my daughter loved her food and said she should have ordered two. We will DEFINITELY be back. Keep up the great work!
I came two days in a row for that steak egg and cheese! Bagels fresh, fast service, food hot and the staff is really nice. The atmosphere is also real chill. This will now be my regular breakfast spot since Im definitely a fan of a good bagel! The welcoming staff will make you wanna visit over and over

Stopped in on their Grand Re Opening Day and felt so welcome by the new owner & staff. Got the sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich. It was delicious!! I also purchased the bite sized Apple fritters.. they melt in your mouth!! Will be back very soon for more bagels and Apple fritters.
I have been to this shop 3 times since its reopening. The food has been delicious and the coffee hot. What makes this place stand out is the phenomenal customer service. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in until you leave. Customer service can make or break a business. This establishment is headed for success based on customer service alone. Food is delicious! We asked for a sandwich on a croissant but they were out of croissants that day, which wasnt a big deal. To make up for it, they gave us a half dozen apple fritters which we didnt even ask for or expected! So friendly and they really care about their customers! Will definitely be coming back.
Yall so I heard about this bagel shop in Orange Park and had to try it even though Im not really a bagel kind of person. Its a must try especially for breakfast. I got a turkey, egg and pepper jack cheese on jalapeno asiago bagel 🤤 this is really good and this my second time coming here. The best part about this place is that the owner remembered my order from a week ago and that was my first time coming! She is so nice and sweet! Yall should definitely check this place out. Its called Holey Moley Bagel BAR!! Not shop, BAR! Its in Orange Park!
Bagels were delicious! The home fries have an amazing seasoning. The customer service was great and the owner is very nice and very open to new ideas, even let us try an item shes thinking about putting on the menu to get our feedback. Will definitely return!

We love supporting small businesses and Im sad we didnt find them SOONER! the food... Was... AMAZING!! We had bagels, the omelet, apple fritter. I love the drink selection and the fact they thought about making sure the kids had something to drink too! Most places dont offer those options.

I want to say that I’ve have been to this establishment several times and it has always been delicious. I was telling my friend about it because he is moving closer and we pulled it up on the website and saw that they had a couple negative reviews. Don’t listen to any of these people! Go see it for yourself and it’s really easy for somebody to go and put some negative review out there and not go back and give them another chance or even understand what might’ve been going on.This place is great and it is a mom and pop store so please go out and support them and don’t ever listen to the haters.
I had an Everything Asiago bagel with Basil Avocado cream cheese on one side and Veggie cream cheese on the other. It was delicious! The customer service was impeccable. Try this place out!
Change of owner changed it all!!! Love their bagels, sandwiches and especially their friendly, welcoming attitude. Worth the drive to College. My Asiago bacon, egg and cheese made me happy!! You need to try it again if you haven’t or try it the first time. You might get hooked. My nieces and their girls especially loved the Unicorn surprise bagel. A-mazing. Give the new owners a chance. You will be glad you did.

Was craving a good bagel sandwich and this hit the spot. Classic new York bagels that are soft and chewy. You can definitely tell they are baked fresh. Happy to return and make this place a regular.
Went here this morning & got the steak, egg, & cheese bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese…..YALL, it was sooooo good! I wanted the bagel sliders, but they were out at the moment, so I’ll get those tomorrow when I go, because I am going back! The owners were so nice and friendly. You gotta go here! Oh My Goodness! Holy Moley Bagel is awesome. 😁 As a Jersey Girl who is use to a REAL good bagel my faith has been restored for finding one in this area. Not only did they make me a fresh Everything Bagel because they ran out they made me one with Pork roll, egg and cheese. Talk about feeling like Im home. Hummy. This place is just wonderful. Will be going back. The owners are very nice and socialable.

OMG! I had the most amazing experience while visiting, Holey Moley Bagel Bar on Saturday. The rainbow 🌈 bagel egg and cheese top with Avocado melts in your mouth. The only thing I could say was HOLEY MOLEY! The best 🥯 ever. The owners blessed us with their presence. The staff was friendly and welcoming as you enter the door. All hands were on deck. These are not NYC bagels they are doughy. Waited 10 minutes for butter on my bagel. There was only 3 guests in the store. And 4 people working. Not going back. Horrible. Better bagels at Publix.
Holey Moley should have 5 stars, but Karen below couldn’t wait for the pot of coffee to refill after she drank it all...this company gave out free meals when they opened to get their name out there. Small business owners have to pay for their items in their shop unlike managers of big chains and can offer you free items. You practically stole from this company, Karen. I wouldn’t want you to step foot in my business.

This was our first visit. We were disappointed with the selection of bagels. We bought an assortment of bagels and brought them home after ordering breakfast, which we ate there on the premises. My partner is from New York. She said, the bagels were hard, and probably not made on the premises. Mind you, we went there first thing in the morning thinking they would be hot and fresh. We will continue to look for another bagels shop.

Came in on a recommendation and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the environment just seemed happy then the bagels were delicious even took home some for later. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice start to the day.
Only bought 6 bagels just to try them out. I will be going back! ✋ up. High five. Prices fair 🥯 yummy. No photos to add lol we ate them.
We were there for at least 45 minutes and they only had 2 regular size cups of coffee available despite one of us bringing in a large cup of our own. The first came available when we were almost done eating. One of us asked for more lox as the original amount was minimal. Capers were missing on both. $24 for two cups of coffee and 2 bagels w/lox was excessive. We heard great reviews so drove 30 minutes to see what was so great. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Apple fritters are good and bagels are yummy too. Service is horrendous unfortunately. The guy taking orders at the register had a horrible attitude. Unfortunately you can’t run a stable business with workers who treat their customers like they’re being bothered by doing their job.
Overall its pretty good. I feel like I could have made a bagel sandwich at home about the same, but bagles are better than what I would start with.The food was fast, and thats really what makes it worth it. I could make this at home with a lesser bagel, but do I want to?Its a good stop for a quick bite when your on the go. Its good, but not 5 star because its about what you would expect. I plan to go here again, and would recommend it, but dont expect to be floored by an extraordinary experience or anything.

I was really excited about trying holey Moley, but unfortunately I was not impressed at all. The service was severely lacking and the man taking our order wiped his nose on his hand repeatedly as we were ordering. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The eggs were soggy, and the cheese was like thick cheese whiz. My husband ordered a cranberry bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel was ok but they hardly put any cream cheese. This place is far from “NY style” and I feel like I can say that considering I grew up on Long Island. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately I did not.
Convenient. Good bagel sandwiches. My wife and I had eggs on toasted bagels. Tasty. Good fresh coffee. And reasonable. Challenge to find good bagel in Orange Park.
